AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from a manager. :( With my daughter in the hospital I went into this Zara with 2 shirt, tags attached w/o a receipt due to me washing it. I wanted to have her choose something in stock to exchange since she can no longer wear the shirts. The first manager completely understood. He told me to have her choose something offline and come in store to do an even exchange just for another item since she could physically no longer wear the shirt and wouldnt be able to get to the mall for a while. He said to take her time to choose since this would happen again. With not being able to go try on clothes, after a couple months she found a jacket for the even exchange price. I went in, that manager was no longer there. I was connected to the womens manager who I explained the situation to. She in return REFUSED to make the accommodation. I asked her why and she said it isnt the policy and even though the previous manager would have she would not. Her words. I dont want to have my name attached to it I then politely, in a flustered tone asked please for the CS service number and her name. To top it off she REFUSED TO PROVIDE HER NAME. I specifically ask, so you are refusing to provide your name? She said yes.

I wish Zara would go back to making stylish clothes like before. Their last few collections have been pretty ugly, low quality, overpriced mixed with bad policies, bad service and they need to come off their high horse.

Zara men and women with two entrances. Good prices, designs, and discounts. It’s a trendy brand. Same products I found in the Grove Zara and in this one. However, standardization is good.

COME ON PEOPLE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE LONG LINES!! I dont see any hiring signs so you couldnt be short of staff. Why do you have registers in the childrens and mens dept but only operate in the womens section? Dont you think its about time to open the dressing rooms?? thats a hassle to wait in a long line to buy something then wait in a longer line to return it. The place is very inconvenient, I cant count how many sales they have missed from me becuase of the lines. Im sure Im not the only one to leave my stuff there and walk out. Its really not that serious.. sometimes Im greatful cause I come to my senses and say I didnt need to spend that money anyway.

Amazing store with HUGE selection and the best part is its organized by price. We could barely get out of the store 😀 The mens side had some good stuff as well. We will be back here soon 😁

Nice clothes and other stuff, too long waiting in line to pay

I asked for help, the employee told me he needed to talk to his coworker and he watched me wait. I stood there and waited, he didnt ask me any follow up questions. I was just waiting there to ask a question. I left and felt neglected and embarrassed. Ill never shop at another Zara again. BTW I thought the uniform was formal

Worst store ever!!! Wait an hour in line to exchange a gift and they won’t let you without a receipt. No exchange, store credit and a complete waste of time for extremely rude customer service. What would possess someone to want to shop when you can’t try on and then take it home to find out it’s not cute on and now you have to spend two hours going back to return it when there is only two employees cashiering for kids men and women and 300 people in line. The WORST management and configuration for a stor the has the potential to be great. I will NEVER shop at the store again. No matter how cute the clothes can be it’s not worth it in any aspect!

Waiting way too long with so many workers just hanging in there doing not much and one cashier open. With no fitting rooms open. It’s totally a waste to go exchange or return. Cause there’s a huge waiting period. No shopping here any more for a long time. Seriously.

How can one of the greatest places to shop and find treats be the worst because of the longest lines to wait to checkout. The absolute worst. Also trying to get some assistance is most difficult. The sales people don’t pay you any mind. And if you get ones attention. They act like they are so much in a hurry which makes you uncomfortable

Once a favorite store now with their extreme restrictions on entering the store and closing down the cash registers on the mens side of the store makes shopping here slow and dangerous. Because there is only one pay station on the womens side which also happens to be the only enterance side the long lines and entering customers end up crawling over each other. My last visit IS my last visit!

Zara doesnt always have the best customer service, especially during sale period, which I understand. However, Daisy, was so nice and helpful. I had a couple questions at check out and some returns and she was patient with me and very nice. I left feeling that I had a pleasant experience even though the store was stressful and hectic. Good customer service from a nice gentleman with a handlebar mustache. I asked him if he had my size in the turtleneck, and he checked in the back and online and told me what stores near me has the top. Their store was clean and everything was folded.

Staff is very rude with clientele. Cashiers always look mad and anoied . My daughter is 11 years old, however, she’s tall for her age 5’11. Staff from the children department didn’t let her try on the clothes, just because that “department is for kids only” and she was told that she looks older. Not friendly at all.

Got aome nice clothes on sale

Its Christmas Eve at 4:30pm at mallthe Cerritos Mall. Its packed and everything is open except Zara. There was a huge crowded in front of the doors. I guess they just lost alot of money for being closed early.

Worth checking out during their sales.

Update your hours!!!! I traveled 30miles to find out they closed at 5pm when the website says 7pm

Wouldnt even give one star as the manager who came to see if i wore the shoes before returning them while it had the tag. he accused me of wearing them which i never did i just tried them out !! He was arrogant and ignorant !! However i will never buy anything from zara anymore as the customer service experience was bad and upsetting.

Zara should train their employees especially in this COVID situation.

Ive been in this Zara store a few times (usually when I have an eye appointment at the Lenscrafters nearby). Im only familiar with the mens section and I love the style of clothes. They have urban outfits with some edgy jeans and jackets; some preppy shirts and pants for guys who want a classic or boardroom-ready look; and - my favorites - a party selection thats kind of rock&roll but also has Gucci and Versace vibes, with vibrant colors for men who have bold fashion tastes. The sizes are slim fit (its a European company, after all). The prices are higher than most clothing stores, such as Forever21 and H&M. For example, dress pants that cost $39.99 at H&M might be $79.99 at Zara, so be warned! Also, Ive never seen a fitting room in this Zara store. They have a lot of mirrors on their walls, though, so you can see how the clothes fit on you.

The gloomiest and most depressing Zara I have ever walked into. Why must it be so dark, messy and gloomy inside. It looks like a dead mess in there. Clean it up!

Yes this store is nice. I love the selection and even the layout and decor lend a quality feel. But the associates are terrible here. They dnt great you or offer any assistance. The look at you like you’re not good enough to be there. It’s disappointing every time. I really like to shop here.10/2/19Here we are some time later. And this store is still horrible shopping experience. Literally they won’t speak to yu. Acknowledge yu. Apologize for their behavior nothing. HR needs to look into some customer service training.
