I understand you were about to close, but a customer is a customer which make your paycheck possible, we were there with kids and the fact that one of your employees was being bullied was totally uncalled for. We felt so bad because she cried. If we ever decide to return I hope it is a better experience. Bullying is a NO on our list.

Great customer service. The only thing I didnt like was I got 2 pairs of shoes from the clearance section and when I paid I noticed that 1 pair was not on sale but the lady that helped me gave me a discount and saved a few bucks. Other than that their customer service is great there.

Late night crew was very helpful they all had the same customer service energy. And made my exchange experience very easy.

I had a great experience shopping at the Cerritos Shoe Palace. The young man helping me (Kenny B.) was awesome and took the time to make sure I got what I needed. Ill be back again the next time I need to get a pair of kicks.

I called ahead time to confirm if they carried a size in a specific shoe. I get a disrespectful answer over the phone. No type of customer service skills at all. I get to the location and they try to sell mismatched pair of shoes. size 9 and a size 8.5 . And when I called out the employee he went to the back to find the right size he never came back 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 so I left. Good things champs had them (:

Me and my wife were brought here by my sister-in-law to shop for shoes for our kids and indeed the choices were endless that you will have a hard time choosing whats the best option. Aside from the myriad of choices, the prices can drop as low as 50 percent which is crazy since you cannot find these high quality branded shoes at these ridiculous prizes from where Ive been.
