Bought a hat here and picked it up in store. It didn’t fit well and I went to return it and they refused to refund me in the store because I paid via pay pal( a service THEY offer). They had me ship it back to Ohio and then charged me $7 for shipping. For big companies like pac sun, shipping probably costs them $2-3.

I came in shopping and looking at their cute clothing. They had a misleading sign, it read “buy 1 get 2 free” for the winter clearance. I decided to buy into that deal and pair it with some cute Brandy earrings (the earrings were only $5). The cashier rang me up and the total was $97.39. I was confused because that is too expensive with the deal. Then the cashier explained how it’s not really “free” and that all they do is discount the original price by $15. But I decided to refund it back because it was way too expensive. When she refunded me, I only got $74.78 back, keep in mind that I only kept the earrings which was $5. So where’s the rest of my money? And by that, I could already tell the math was wrong and off. My friend spent an hour and saw what went wrong. I went to speak to the manager about it this morning and after I explained what happened, the manager’s response was “okay?” I then further explained it and my friend explained the math. The manager then asked for the original receipt and I said I don’t have it because the cashier took the receipt and didn’t give it back and only gave me the receipt with the refunded amount. Then I explained how I have the amount posted on my bank account and it showed the date and what PacSun I was at. He then said “I can’t rely on that”. I then said “I want the rest of my refund”. Then he said “it’s going to take some time to look for the original transaction so come back later” and I asked “what time”. He then responded with just “noon” and I then had to asked “what time” and he said “1-2”. So I had to go back home and come back later.

Some workers were really rude. At the fitting room, the worker there kept on glaring at me and when my friend wanted to see how the pants looked on me she rudely said only one person was allowed inside, which was a very dumb rule. Other than that the clothes were nice and cute.

EXTREMELY RUDE CASHIER, so glad I was recording me purchase my clothes on my Instagram live and got the whole situation on camera. everyone else was nice yet sent out to fold clothes when the one person who is meant to speak to every single customer (the cashier) is this extremely rude woman. I am shocked and will be calling the stores manager tomorrow. If nothing is done about this, I will post the video of this and make sure no one shops at the Cerritos pacsun location ever again.People always say who cares about having many Instagram followers, but this is exactly when having a large following matters.

Gave the worst service ever. Inconsiderate and impatient toward a customer, not to mention rude. I was trying to make an exchange as polite as i can but was just completely shunned by and showed rudeness by most of the staff

Be careful on the saws they put, bc right when you get to pay the change the whole “sale offers” they have on, the service was an atrocity, the manager ... lets not even get there, I never thought that they could have such a disrespectful service to the costumers, it suck literaly, they just want to take your money and charge you way more... horrible service the manager was disrespectful and very rude,The workers picked the labels off the floor because they didn’t know which price was the jacket I was trying to buy and we’re going to charge me 40 dollars more for a jacket I was going to buy. Very disrespectful. I do not recommend to go to this store for anything it sucks amd it’s not well appreciate it
