Terrific customer service! I stopped by this past Sunday and was so surprised by the level of service I received. Thanks for helping me pick out the wallet to go with the purse I purchased.

Tried to exchange a defective watch that I got as a gift. The manager told me I couldn’t return it or exchange it since they can’t resell the item. Told me to take it up to customer service hot line since it wasn’t his problem even if I bought it from that location. Poor customer service

Poor customer service, attitude ( around 12 pm - 4pm shift on Sat Feb 22nd, 2020). The old guy ( skinny and Indian alike) is so rude and gets mad when you don’t buy what he suggest... Definitely not shopping there again..

Havent gone back to that store for a long time because of bad experience. I and my friend was asking the price of a purse and this ladys answer was thats expensive. Which we even have purses more expensive than MK.
