The store was nice and clean, we got greeted when we arrived. I overheard them greet other customers as well as advise them on some type of deals going on, I just wish we were also told because we were planning on buying some shoes. One lady did talk to us while looking for shoes since she wanted to pick them up, she seemed like she was trying to be helpful but I couldnt help but feel like she was upset with us for some reason or was giving us some attitude. She also was the cashier for us and still had that same type of vibe.. So the store was fine but personally Id find another location to go to.
Service was good, place was well organized and prices werent bad at all for quality items. I think more inventories wouldnt hurt the store
The inventory is less than ideal, Im a size six and most shoes I liked were NOT in stock. Never good news.
So wonderful. Hadnt been out of the house in a year shopping and this was my first. Felt good to try on new shoes and buy 1 pair 50% off on second one. The 50% off is the cheaper of the two. Us girls love our shoes. My husband even bought 2 pairs. Lol
First time going here last year. My kids wanted cool shoes, we had been to many other places and hadnt bought anything UNTIL we walked in here. There was tons of selections to choose from. I remember the staff being really patient and knowledgable when it came to cool shoes for my boy & girl. I wound up buying 3 pairs for each kid that day. Some full price and some from the sales rack.
The style selection is very good. Unfortunately the sizes are hard to find

A store devoted to shoes. Does not get better than this. The staff dress to impress in style which makes me feel that they are in style and will give a good opinion about shoe styles. I like how we were left alone to shop but would have loved to have just a bit more staff and customer interaction to lessen the open space. A friendly reach out doe acknowledgement goes a long way.
Im giving this store a one star because I cant give them a zero. I came in to the store this evening to do a quick even exchange for a larger size shoes. I couldnt find my receipt, but since I had the box and the shoes hadnt been wore once I figured an exchange wouldnt be a problem. However, I was informed by the sales associate, Johanna, that i could not exchange the shoes at all because I had no proof I bought them. She said i needed to call the customer services phone number so they could look up my receipt and fax it the store. After literally 25 minutes of being on the phone, my receipt was located and emailed to the store. While waiting for my receipt to be retrieved, I noticed that the stores return and exchange policy was displayed on the cash register. Apparently, store policy DOES allow exchanges without a receipt, but instead of merchandise you get a gift card. When i brought this to the attention of the cashier and the manager, Liz, they told me due to theft they dont follow that policy. I was only left to assume that they thought I stole the shoes. I have never been so insulted in my entire life. After I called the manager out on not following store policy, she quickly ordered the sales associate to complete the even exchange (even though the still had not received the emailed receipt) SO beware that the store selectively chooses to follow store policy at their convenience. They WILL NOT receive another dime out of my pocket.
This place has many many selections at a reasonable price. Selection is bigger in tennis shoes though. Formal wear shoes options are limited.
I loved this store and love the product I got from here! I got some good deals:) a lot of bang for my buck! The employees were very helpful to me especially one in particular, I wish I could remember her name!

I understand the store just recently opened, but upon walking into the store, the greeter almost yelled at me, HELLO WELCOME, AND she was maybe 10 feet from me. Startled me. Also, too many employees, greeting me every 15 or 20 seconds. Seriously. I was in the store a whole two minutes and was greeted 6 times and was asked if I needed help by each employee! Im a grown man, I dont need help, if I did I would ask. I just want to shop, not get bombarded by overzealous sales staff. Calm the hell down. Besides, I couldnt stand staying and being constantly greeted by every single employee within 30 feet of me, so I went to DSW and found what I wanted for a few bucks cheaper, without the yelling and interrogation. Tell your manager to calm the hell down kids.
Disappointed didnt have the cheetah Puma shoes.
If I could I would give a zero star. None of the associates knew how to call another store nor were they willing too. When I asked for corporates number they couldnt find it and told me I could Google it. They didnt even know their own store number... after all of this they didnt even apologize. So Litsy, Monica, and Johana needs to be retrained and taught better customer service. Johana claimed to be the manager but definitely didnt seem like she knew anything about her store. And after all of them being rude and unknowageable none of them apologized. I drove an hour away to come to this location because Ontario had called them to put a shoe on hold for me the night before, I ended up finding something I liked better but they didnt have the correct size so I asked if they to could call another store to do what Ontario did for me. They responded by telling me they are not going to do that and they didnt know the number to any other stores not even their own that I would need to call myself.
I loved that store, and the cashier who helped me was very friendly and had a pretty Smile.People always have something negative to say.
