I love the store. I feel like a kid in a candy store. I like looking at physical books... And there are electronics, home items and gift accessories. Plus I get to use my Prime discounts.

Amazing great to see another book store they are becoming extinct. What can i say its amazon customer service top notch and the prices also reflect on amazon and they give you amazon prime prices top notch.

Well maintained. They have Kindles of various shapes and sizes; echo dots, etc.Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I found out yesterday that the book inventory they keep is geared towards the Los Angeles area Readers preference. Which was very helpful to know.I had to call the store after a purchased I made last night.The associate was very clear, concise and helpful. She was able to look up the order number and explain to me what had happened.Highly Recommend this store.

Fairly good selection of books, friendly and helpful staff. We picked up a couple of books. Place was uncrowded. Pleasant shopping experience.

Nice clean store with helpful employees. They have a fair selection of books. This store is small considering that it is not as massive as Barnes and Noble stores. I will go again, most definitely!

Visited Amazon Books at Cerritos Mall last weekend. Bought a book related to Exercise and a car toy for my youngest son he chose. This store has several choices of books and overall visit is fine. No hassle.

Books are not in maze forms but straight up. Makes it less accessible and the focus seems to be Amazon products like Kindle. I’d still prefer Barnes and Noble over Amazon books

A small book store and does accept Amazon Prime membership. I will continue to order my books online because this store doesnt carry the books required for my book club.

I was looking for a specific book and the staff was super helpful.

I personally went to apple to get my phone fixed, and saw this bookstore and got my attention. So I decided to walk in and ended up purchasing 2 books, there was a girl there name Sam who helped me out and assist me with my purchase. She was great and knew what I was looking for, Sam is great with the customer very nice person as well .

Im a prime member and I love to read. This store is amazing for book lovers

Good food that you love

I wasnt even aware amazon had a physical bookstore until I visited today. The selection was surprisingly grande despite being a small location, and the little blurbs about each book were very helpful. The prices ( if youre a prime member) are excellent and most importantly I asked a staff member for reccomendations for a book on marketing for social media and he had glowing reccomendations with explanations on why one of them was better than another etc. He clearly was well informed and i found his insight extremely helpful. I will certainly be returning.

I was just window shopping at the Cerritos mall. The store had a small selection, but a variety of books. Customer service was awesome.

Every time I look for my favorite book, I find it there !!!! And at a great price.
