I went for a interview with Jace Milstead for a sales position at Galleria Mall in Sherman Oaks, CA., Jace was the most coldest and unfriendly sales manager I have ever seen, Im not sure how he became a sales manager, operation people are more pleasant then Jace. First when I called and text him he would not reply for 30 min, so he was 30 min late to our interview, but no apology for being late 30 min late. Jace asked me 2 questions during our 5 min. interview, if i know the formula how to make beer and if I ever sold beer with my current company. Our interview was done with 2 questions and I left, did not even offer to validate my parking, what a waste of time, Jace will run Craft Beer Sales to the ground for sure.
