As a former employee I may be biased, but I wanted to address Justin Calebs false review. As mentioned below, Defenderworx sells products to distribution and not to the public. When Justin called he mentioned he could not find the correct size part and we were happy to provide this to him. He then called back and said he was having banking issues and wanted to buy direct. He was informed that Defenderworx does not sell direct and gave him a few additional distributors he could buy from. He then called back again and asked if he could buy direct for a few dollars more than a distributor. After explaining we would not be able to go around our longstanding relationships with our distributors, he became angry and did not understand this concept. It was explained that you dont call Nike direct to buy shoes for a few dollars more, but that did not satisfy him. After reading a few other reviews by Justin you can see he has a history of false poor reviews.Defenderworx makes quality products here in the USA and has been doing so for many years. They pride themselves on the quality of the parts and the relationships they have built over the years.

Mr. Calebs review is preposterous. No good company that sells to other resellers would go around their clients backs for a few extra dollars. If you ask a company to do something to hurt their bottom line you are asking for harsh words.Defenderworx makes a quality product and that is what should be important here. They are helpful with install and customer service.I recommend their products.

I could not find the exact emblem I needed online so I called him directly, upon calling him directly he did give me the part number that I needed and unfortunately I had some issue go on with my PayPal account that it was not working for some reason. I called him back directly to ask him if he would sell them for a few dollars more than his distributor was selling them for so he was not under cutting his business and which I thought was a reasonable offer. After asking this question I got a very sarcastic and nasty answer which turned into an exchange of words. Being the representative of a company of this size I felt this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I would not recommend you dealing with this guy or his company for emblems on your lawnmower. I will now be going with a different company that I am already spoke to on the phone that is giving me half off emblems just to keep me away from this guy and earn another customer respectively.

They have not replaced my chrome locking gas cap even though I called them in April and notified them of the issue. It’s now November and nothing. I will be taking legal action for not honouring their warranty.
