Super, super nice UPS Store! The people who work here are awesome! We came in today because we needed an odd sized box to pack something. We didnt need an actual shipping box so the lady recommended a moving box. She found us the right size and even cut it down for us so it wouldnt be too long. The place had plenty of employees there to handle the crowd and everyone was very helpful.

These are very trying times, it seems like everyone is on edge and while it is very easy to get frustrated and put others down, I just wanted to take the opportunity to give praise where it’s due. I went to the UPS store today. Upon arrival I noticed it looked full and all the ladies who work at store were super helpful. They had everyone in and our in no time. Awesome, I love coming to this store. Keep up the good work

After not accepting my military ID for notary, they now responded to my review below that its because a military ID doesnt bear a signature.... but all active duty military like mine that I presented do bear a signature because they are valid federal IDs. A quick Google search can tell you that a military ID is fine for notary services. The notary I went to afterwards at Mail Depot had no problem figuring it out. Thanks for your apology 🙄

Customer service is absolutely terrible. One of the workers was treating the white customers very well. The lady gave us attitude when we were sending a package. She’s the exact woman in the pictures. You guys should fire her, it’s sickening and disgusting to see a worker treat another person who’s a different race terribly.

This place is a rip off. I need one page printer for a fed ex return they charged me 48 cents for the copy and 3 dollars for sending it through their email. One page printed 3.48 plas tax. Im driving a little further next time and going to dittos

The notary wouldnt accept my military ID. Terribly inconvenient to have to find a different notary just because she didnt know thr handbook. Also, not very respectful to military personnel and families.

I had to give it a star when it should get no star. I get a UPS envelope delivered to my house that doesnt belong to me or anyone living there. I thought Id be nice and return it to sender. I go to the UPS store and the line is out the door. I stay in line for a few minutes then just try to walk in and ask wheres the drop box for an UPS envelope not belonging to me. She tells me they are not a UPS and to take it a couple miles up the road to the main UPS . Why does it say UPS store sign on top of store then? I have dropped off packages before with a UPS label. I was very upset about the service and will not go there again if I can help it!!

AWESOME place!! I have gotten to know everyone that works there and they, along with the owner are super nice, very accommodating. Excellent customer service, even when they are busy, and they are great at multi-tasking.They handle all shipping needs, great mailbox service and they also do Notary 6 days a week. Its a great 1 stop shop for everything! Ive been a customer at this location for years!

The old owner and staff were great. These new people however are terrible. Customer service is a joke, they dont even know what contracts they have and refuse to do any work unless you are coming our of pocket. Numerous times now I have been told they dont print labels or package products for companies that they in fact have a contract to do so with. Dyson being the latest example. They refuse to look up the information and are rude when they speak to you. I will be driving to Modesto UPS store from now on so Ceres one gets zero money from me. I would encourage everyone who reads this to do the same.

All I gotta say is this... a 3 dollar email retrieval fee is absolutely ridiculous. Not even including the additional fee for printing. You guys should be ashamed for taking advantage of people in this area that just need their stuff shipped. You guys really tried to charge 3 dollars to LOOK at an email? More reason to give USPS more business in these times.

The karen working right now answered the phone so unprofessionally, even I cringed. I asked for help with a tracking order number that I lost. And I get it, that’s on me, but this Karen proceeds to tell me how she can’t help me and then literally hangs up on me. I just graduated with my BA, during corona virus times might I add, and moved back to Ceres. This encounter has once again reminded of why I moved so far away for college. You can bet I’m telling everyone I know (everyone who lives in town) how ghetto this was. Even 9th street has politer people than this.

I guess this store just went through the ownership change. The new Owner is Amazing and the customer service has been much better. I love the fact that they dont charge for taping your drop off Packages anymore. I would highly recommend this store.

I typically drop my packages off at this store whenever the UPS truck has already passed by my office and my package was not ready to ship. I always have prepaid labels on the boxes and drop off is easy, quick and courteous. Ive always experienced great service

I asked to print my airline tickets and seat receipts and the worker printed me 100+ papers completely ripping me off. She printed the terms and receipts, who does that??? She asked my 15 year old daughter for reassurance and used that against me later on. Also being completely sarcastic and unprofessional. The customer service here is absolutely horrible that it is ridiculous. Instead of being charged for 20 papers they charged me 127$. All I wanted were my airline tickets double printed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE.

So I went in to return a textbook from Chegg. I usually go to the one where my university was located, but I came home and decided to do it here. I should have read the reviews, would of saved me a horrible experience.First of all $3 really?? for tape, you apparently have to bring your boxes sealed. From my experiences I have never been charged for tape. Usually the slips are clearly marked to what goes inside, and for some reason mine was not so I did not seal my package. I then asked if they can seal it for me, only to be told that it would be a $3 charge. I then asked why and I was told that it became too expensive for the owner to provide this service. So now they charge you $3 to seal your package or $5 for your own roll.... How in the world does it make sense to charge $3 for a strip of clear tape? A STRIP. A dollar maybe, but come on.Secondly, as I went in there were and handful of people waiting before me. I was in no rush, so I didnt mind it at first. Every time a new customer entered they wouldnt look up to greet them, instead they would just look down/ignore them, and just yell out that they will be eventually be assisted. Then when one clerk decided to see how many people were waiting, she scolded a customer for not realizing that her return was suppose to be at USPS and not UPS. She sarcastically told her she should of read the box more clearly then she wouldnt be wasting her time in line. The customer then asked a question, only to be spoken over and then be ignored.I seriously dont get the $3 charge, maybe for some you might think you should of sealed it prior to returning it. But from all the times I have used UPS (which are several in different locations) they would double check that I was returning the correct product with the correct slip, thus my box would be sealed from them free of charge. I dont think it is fair, especially since I already paid for shipping and handling and now I have to pay and extra $3 for a strip of tape...unbelievable.Yet overall this team needs help with customer service. No one should be spoken to and treated that way.

For over 7 years we had always utilized this UPS store, and had always found the staff so friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with them that we utilized their Christmas toy drop of as one of our favorite charities during Christmas time. However today 2/15/2017, I was so humiliated and angered that I will never use this store again. The young blonde female clerk that waited on me was one I had never seen before. I was returning a package from Amazon that was damaged. I printed out the return label and brought it with the package to be sent off. The female clerk looked at the label and stated to me you are supposed to put bottom part of the label in the box. I told her I didnt realize, and she quickly responded And sarcastically, well if you would have read the instructions you would have known! I was humiliated and I was going to stay cause I wanted my package returned. When I asked her if I could have some tape to reseal the package, she pushed the tape towards me and said, well usually I am supposed to charge you for this. That was it! I picked up my package and left. I told the other female clerk, who had waited on me several times and was very friendly and helpful that I would never be returning to the store because of her co-workers attitude. She was apologetic and I left. It is clerks like the first one that needs lessons in better customer service. I can only hope her manager realizes her shortcomings and get her better trained before she loses more business.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. i have had a p.o. box there for about three years now, theyve had the same crew the entire time, its always a pleasure . the store has recently changed ownership, and this fixed my one and only problem......... they dont charge for tape anymore. totally satisfied customer ........

Went there to drop off a package for Amazon. They charged me almost 4$ to print a label. When I questioned it, the clueless girl told me its a service fee to pull the label from their email.Thats insane! Thieves!I will never walk into a UPS store again. From now on, its FedEx for everything.

I always utilize this UPS store to pick up my packages. Experiences have been good. Up until today. There was a line, and as usual I go with my 2 year old son. Hes comfortable around the store as weve been there often. He Was looking at cards, he accidentally drops one and the clerk (Lauren) tells me I would have to pay for that. I didnt say anything and paid $4.23 for a greeting card. She then, wants to harass me about a tracking # of one of the boxes. Never have I been asked for a tracking #. I had my DL and it matched the boxes. As if I am supposed to memorize the tracking #?!?! Im glad I had my emailed saved, and shut her up. She needs to learn how to do her job more efficient.

Horrible!!! They lost a sensitive package and had the nerve to tell me that it waz still being delivered only to call the next day and tell me it was lost and to have the shipper send a new one. First off, it was a birth certificate and it needs to be found. It was scanned twice to be delivered and now its disapeared. Second, the vital records want me to pay all over again until it can be investigated. And lastly, I paid $50 the first time around to be delivered on time... Why would I pay that again.

Dont answer the phone. They seem to pick it up and not say anything. They delivered to a boarded-up, chain link enclosed home. So the tracking information says. These are life saving medications.

Nicole was Rude... I walked in along with a few other customers. A line had formed all the way to the door and she yells out well be with you eventually forget about the other cashier who wasnt helping and forget about greeting your customers. Poor customer service, not to mention, she looked like she hadnt bathed, or combed her hair in days. Then once I get to the counter she tries to charge me 3$ for a strip of tape on my envalope, then continues to talk to the customer that was already done and just standing there. I will never walk back into this store again. Ew, I will definitely be sticking with the McHenry location.

Horrible place.... waited 45 minutes in a line of 6 people... then I get up to the front and I was charged 20 dollars to send a fax... crazy!!!! It cost them nothing but a phone call, and they charge 20 for 6 pieces of paper!!! And the cashier was so rude, and sooooooo slow, I will never visit this place again, what a rip off!
