Good place to shop and cheap prices but some of the employees are rude or were rude towards me, friends, and family. One employee was being rude towards me and friends. I think her name was Lisa, she needs improvement on doing her job and not being rude to people.

I love this store because it makes it easy for me to get groceries AND items for the house in one trip, so its more or less my go-to every week. They have a little bit of everything, at relatively cheap prices. The name can be misleading, because it sounds like it would be a store that sells everything for $1, but its not. However, they do have a dollar aisle and a couple other sections that feature good, quality (and name brand) products for $1 or less. The store is usually clean and the layout is very straightforward and easy to follow, which is extremely helpful when Im in a hurry and forgot to bring my shopping list. Most of the staff members are super friendly AND theyre open until midnight!

The lines are always crazy, the service needs a lot of improvement. While employees are generally friendly and helpful the management and procedures of the store are problematic. Never enough help on the floor or available to check prices which makes service slow.

Dollar General stores have more stuff reliably in stock than you might think from the size of the store. Also if you havent shopped at one before, this is NOT a dollar store. Youll find plenty of name-brand food, housewares, even some odds and ends that might just tide you over in a pinch. My only complaint is that sometimes there arent enough check stands open and it seems they dont always have enough employees on duty, but I suppose thats one of the way they keep their prices so low, so you may have to just be patient if youre in a hurry.

Staff are friendly and the atmosphere, the minute you enter the store, is very welcoming. The aisles are spacious and items are clearly labelled. Fruits and vegetables always fresh. So many plusses...

I like that DG has a little bit of everything from clothes items, toys, hygiene and cleaning products. They have food and even produce. And this particular location is even more convenient because it is open until midnight. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I like that you have the option of paying with your paypal account too.

I love this dollar general, literally have everything from home to car to baby to food, even fresh veggies to frozen food! Service is always great, ladies that work there always so nice.

They dont have everything on the grocery list, but you can find deals. The app with the coupons is helpful.

The employees are so very kind and helpful. The location I go to quite literally has alittle-bit of EVERYTHING, andalways beautifully displayed. From the produce to cleaning products, Every head of Lettuce and can of Lysol never looks out of place. Its a very clean store, and all the products have been choosen with customers in mind. I tell my husband...If The Dollar General Market doesnt have it, then its probably not worth buying..LoldVsTt

Dollar General Market, grocery/general merchantile,located in the former Richland Shopping Center, open seven days a week with some closing times adjusted for the *-!? nonsense (well not go there, I try to assist, not influence).Theyve generally (couldnt help it, you knew it was coming...) got what you need, and sometimes you get what you want (cheeky, I know, Ive been away for too long).Nice store, clean, intuitive, easy to navigate floor plan. Great for those quick just one more thing for dinners on the way home, but be warned, this is a Dollar General and theres usually a special or two lying in wait to trip you up.Speaking of waits, check-out can sometimes be a bit onerous (trying to keep it family friendly, not one of my go to words...), so many shoppers, so few cashiers. They HAVE the registers, what they dont have are the staff to open them. I will say that these times are easily predictable, a quick look at Google Maps for peak times can save you a lot of grief when trying to save a little money. All in all, its a good store for what you miss on your regularly scheduled supply runs. The General gets a Semper Fi from this old grunt. Thanks for playing along...

I enjoy this place so much, and visit often. Its a clean store with a good variety. I love especially going on Saturdays and using digital coupons. The folks recognize me and make me feel welcome, especially one lady named Lisa.

They dont take $5.00 discount, the cashier Lady, dont put attention what shes doing.

Compared to other Dollar Generals this store is organized and always clean. Their workers are friendly and helpful. If the lines get long they open up more checkstands to get you out quickly.

Dollar General oh boy everytime unit this store I get stuck I go in for cleaning supplies and laundry soap and come out with so much more( like 62 dollars more) but Ill tell u I have been looking for this on body spray forever and the only one store had it and that was dollar general

Great deals. If you upload the dollar General app you can get excellent deals on top of the already sales prices. I compared prices and they are cheaper than wal mart or Costco. It is not so crowded and the lines are not long. There food is also cheaper

Your friendly neighborhood market to grab a quick gallon of milk, a case of beer or some frozen quick snacks or simple meals. The meat section is light with a limited selection as is the produce. They do have a good selection of household items such as bleach and other cleaners.

I am a everyday customer, i live like 5 block away from the store, my 4 year daughter wanted to use the toilet, i asked the cashier may I use the restroom; the lady said; is out of service, is out out service for how long? We walked back home with a wet pants. You can tell wholl give good use of the toilet.

Emergency shopping its ok. Prices are a bit higher on certain items than reg grocery store.. but everything is up to par.

I love the quality to price ratio. But even though there are many checkstands there is only 1 ever open till the line gets really long. Why not have 2 ready for people at all times? At least during the holidays.
