Went here 3 times during May 2021...everytime I went here I had to wait at least 25-35 mins for 2 coffees. Each time they seemed very unorganized and did not take my order for over 5 mins even though I was the only person in line. Definitely nothing personal to these girls. EVERY SINGLE TIME I went here they messed up my order and did not make my coffee the way I asked after I told them thats not what I ordered. 1 girl actually asked me if I was sure like I did something wrong wth lol...anyway I cannot recommend coming here the coffee does not taste good and definitely not worth your hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and make the coffee yourself at home.

The team members were very distracted and the manager seemed to make them close early disturbing a couple sitting outside. Way to lose customers. Also, the lady helping us with the order rushed us and was very snarky. Because of that, she messed up two drinks out of three. I wouldnt go there again. Got mediocre service and bad attitude. Also, when we asked for them to fix a drink by putting the extra carmel its a known rule that if you mess up dont charge us a 60 cent fee for your mistake. Treat the customer with hospitality in order to keep the customer.

The employees are overworked apparently and are very unhappy. The rudeness and apathy are visible in the air. Im sorry they are too simple to find new jobs. Im going to stay away from all Starbucks for a very long time. I suggest you do the same so these poor broken people will get help. Lets bring more Peets coffee locations to Modesto!

I went here yesterday and the guy, I think his name was Josh, was SO NICE. I messed up my drink order and he fixed it right away and made my experience a great one. The drinks were super good, just what I wanted. He was also very nice to my toddler in the back who was talking to him.

They are out of a lot of stuff right now. They are always quick which is awesome. But they are usually always out of something I want which sucks. But I just pick something else.

Althought the barista was nice, they did two of my drinks wrong! They redid one but refused to do the other. I was nice enough to give them two stars since they did the rest of the drinks right. Wouldnt come back in a few weeks for this.

The Coffee here is amazing and the service when they are training someone is bad, the person usually gets confused or does not understand how to charge through the app. It would be beneficial to train when there is less customers for a better experience overall.

They are either out of basic items to make drinks or they are closed on the inside so mobile orders have to wait in the long drive through line. The 2 in ceres are having the same issues on a weekly basis. I only go to help a good friend otherwise I would not give them any of my business.

First the employees tried to give me my drinks that were only filled 3/4 of the way up and then tried to charge me more to fill them up. When I asked for the manager she gave me some BS excuse that because I asked for it filled up to the top that they would have to charge me for a while different drink. It’s really nice to go to a Starbucks and place an order asking for no water and no foam ( not that hard of an order) and get that order exactly like you asked for and with a smile and saying hi to my dogs. Very upbeat and nice and they get your order right

They never make my drink good. I’ve had to go back multiple times so they can remake my drink because I always get it too milky with hardly any taste of the coffee or matcha. The drive thru Starbucks in Turlock on Monte vista makes it perfect every time. My stomach hurts from the coffee I got in ceres today.

Never open on time. Sat outside for 15 minutes after they were supposed to open and still nothing. Another time we sat in line for 10 minutes behind and in front of other cars and then when we got to the speaker they waited 5 minutes then told me they were closed. Never make the drinks right and just hand out whatever they have at the counter.

Avoid this location at all costs. Long lines that cause traffic jams in the entrance to the parking lot. During COVID, Refused to use mobile order in the mornings when most people want coffee. Do not ask questions to make sure they have your order right. If mobile ordering was on this would not be a problem. All the other Starbucks locations have this sorted out, whats up with this one?

Absolutely the worst Starbucks location in town. They have messed up my order at least 3 times in the past six weeks and when you ask them to fix it the baristas are rude and unapologetic. $5 for a cup of coffee should be made correctly and fixed with a smile if not. Finally had a enough and not returning to this store again. Waste of time and money!!

I give it 4 stars because Nicole is a very nice and friendly Barista who works the drive thru window when I go in the mornings. Great job Nicole the one with the 2 dogs. 👍😊 See I even know that about her!

So this place used to have amazing staff..now when you order there is one person in particular that interrupts your ordering with, will that be all? Im not done talking!! Today got someone in the drive thru so abrupt and rude. My drink tasted like milk..and if the label they stick on the cup is to be believed, my drink was made wrong. I rarely go there anymore, just for the reasons above.

This is the second time in less than a month that they made my drink wrong. I ask for non-fat milk in my dirty chai because of my sensitivity to lactose. Well once again I had to throw my drink away and was doubled over in pain the rest of the day.

This Starbucks drinks have always been inconsistent for me sometimes they taste good and other times I have had them remake them a handful of times.

This Starbucks is always busy, especially the drive thru. I do like it better than the location closer to the freeway. The drinks dont take a super long time to come out and it is very clean.

I dislike the politically charged management of the company as a whole. That aside, it is a good place to meet others for unofficial business meetings.

Went today and specified to the Barista Katie TWICE that I wanted blonde espresso in my beverage. The 2nd time I asked for blonde espresso because she didnt get it when I asked the first time...she made me THINK she heard me... BUT when I got my drink it was regular espressso. Too disappointed to even bother getting it remade !

Used to be one of my favorite spots. Now they cant make a consistent drink to save their lives. My order is Always the same, yet my drink is always made wrong. I can only assume its because they are constantly hiring new people. There isnt any regulars that I know anymore. I just wish they would be consistent so I knew how to order my drink. Very very frustrating! I would HIGHLY recommend the scenic and Oakdale starbucks!

If theres ANY WAY you can applaud this employee PLEASE DO!!!!!! My girlfriend goes in almost daily and today Calli (her favorit employee) gave her a free drink over a conversation about a previous purchase that had been slightly wrong. Every time I go in there the people are rude to me Ive been ignored waiting to take an order for 7 to 10 minutes and this girl knew what she was doing she watched me walk in knew I hadnt ordered yet she helped the person in front of me and then turned her back to me and deliberately ignored me! Ive never seen this girl in my life I dont know her I dont know why she acted like that but it was very rude, and unnecessary she should not be working in customer service if thats how she treats customers

Drive thru service today was terrible. Haley is rude and has no patience with customers. She was irritated that I used 3 Starbucks gift cards, then she remade my hot coffee as a cold coffee. 3 stars because Victoria, the assistant manager, was kind enough to remake my sandwich and coffee sue to them both being made incorrectly.

I have gotten the same drink in 3 different occasions and they have gotten it wrong every single time. Its not even a complicated order. I ordered a gingerbread TEA late. Every single time I get a gingerbread late. If you ask for a TEA late be aware you may never see the tea bag and you dont ever get the right topping of cinnamon dulchè. Then when I approached the Barista the last time I told her if I could please get the tea bag and the toppings correctly, her response is that it doesnt have a topping. When the Starbucks menu clearly says it does and so does the picture depicted in the store. I love Starbucks, but this Starbucks needs to get its baristas and recipes straight! I went to this one because of the proximity to my house but to be honest the on off of hatch has there drinks on point and have excelent Baristas!
