I bought a pair of slip resistant boots, I worked in them and almost got seriously hurt at work because of them. And I was then told WSS doesnt refund just exchanges, I will never go back to any of those stores as long as I live. Pathetic to con people out of their money and refuse refunds on faulty goods.

Nice place for kid shoes. Popular shoes sell fast. Some of the minor issues are that some of the employees are young and rather gossip and talk with there security friends instead of helping customers find what they are looking for. If you know the type of shoe your looking for and know how to look for it youll be fine and most of the time find it at very good prices.

Nice shoes for decent price. They even have military discount. The store associates were helpful and nice.

The sales associate Jimena R. Was super polite and did her very best to help me with my recent purchase I would personally give her five stars.Unfortunately the associate working at the desk as well as the guard at the door were completely rude and stood there making fun of customers as they came in and out of the store and I quote I hate seeing them try on shoes walking back and forth looking like penguins.You can have the most beautiful store very good prices awesome products but if your sales associates suck your whole store sucks

They could never could give me a straight answer if the shoes were there or not... They would always say they would call me back and they never did... All I have to say they lost my business

Deals were fine. Having my identity stolen from your store wasnt. Someone used my short form name and number to try to steal my identity. I have Identity theft Protection. Only store thats asked for my name and number in the past month is this store and one other store. Management looks shady.

Shoes are easy to find. If you need help employees are always happy to help. Wide variety to choose from. The sales they have are even better same goes for coupons that they give out and point system for loyal customers is great. Always shop here for my kids shoes. Definitely my go to place since it is not far for me to drive there also.

Pretty good selection. Prices are comparable to other places but their rewards program seems decent (collect 350 points aka spend $350 and get $10 off). The only downside is the lack of help when it comes to finding shoes. Nobody was really walking the floor to offer help. At the end of the day I found what I was looking for and they have military/veteran discount.

I like to go to stores and be greeted and ask to find something and check out to a friendly employee but none of this happened at this store. The cashier wasnt friendly. The prices are the same as the vans store. Will probably not return, as I rather go purchase shoes at the vans store inside vintage faire where the employees are nice.

Its a good place to find nice affordable shoes. Plus the employees are really friendly. I have went there multiple times and have not had a bad experience yet.

The employees were so rude and out of line. They made my girlfriend open her purse to show them what was inside like she stole something. Which was nothing, it was so embarassing being called out like that in front of other customers. We left immediately and told them they just lost business. Screw this place they have garbage for sale anyways.

Good prices. Big selection on their SALE section, nice clothes, alot of offers. Workers wont ask if you find everything ok. I needed help to find a pair and had to walk around to find someone, once i grabbed their attention they did help me until i found what i needed.

Came to WSS for non slip work shoes. They suprisingly had a good selection. I didnt want to buy ugly work shoes. I was able to find a shoe that worked for me. I browsed around for a little bit, they have a large selection of womens, children and mens shoes at good prices. Customer service wasnt the greatest but it wasnt horrible either. Not in the greatest of locations.

We didnt get anything, we couldnt find shoes for our daughter with good arch support that she liked.

That was literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a shoe store! And the store manager was more then rude! I cant belive the harassment and poor customer service I experienced there. I will never go back there and never recommend anybody going there. The picture I attached is the store manager. Beware of her!

I liked buying shoes here and have been a customer for almost 3yrs, the staff was very customer friendly and welcoming.I bought a pair of shoes but after purchasing them; I noticed they werent comfortable and I tried returning them but was told they looked worn after they first told me I could pick another pair and when I came back up with what I wanted. So I purchased my replacement pair.The associates made me feel awkward on my way out after hearing all their small giggly laughs and watching them eye me on my way out after purchasing my replacement pair.If they just told me the shoes werent returnable I would have been ok, but it felt as if I was being laughed at. I only wore the shoes for less than 5hrs hoping they just needed to be broken in with a mild walk on separate days and I didnt leave them dirty nor any creases.Now walking in I just feel watched and uncomfortable shopping. Future purchases I will probably only do online or elsewhere.*Returns should be more privately handled and not shared among other associates, the security personnel just really ended it for me after noticing he was also part of the giggles. Train your staff to be more professional.
