Nice people. Good service but they are way overpriced on all their products. They are selling the stinger bass knob for 50 and I can get it for 18 online. Also I got the 12 kicker comp r for 400 online but they had it priced for 650.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Good selection of car stereo components.

Prices are way to high. I went in to ask if they had a GPS antenna for a pioneer stereo and the guy told me they dont keep them in stock but would be able to get me one for $88. I ask if they were all the same for pioneer and the guy said yes. I got the same Antenna is San Jose for $20 I would think it would have been more in San Jose.

Had my Truck detailed and lost my Kat Country channel,my radio is very complex, I got the man who insuled the radio to reprogram it. He was happy to help me and didnt even charge me. I really recommend Professional Auto&Stereo on Mitchell Road Ceres.

I am really surprised by the bad reviews. Being busy, I am finally getting in here to give my review. I wanted a new radio system in my car. Needless to say shopping was really easy with Adam. After a few minutes talking with him, he knew exactly what I wanted and what would be good for my car. After deciding and leaving it up to him, I was thrilled when the work was done. What I bought from him was more than I was expecting. Radio, CD player, bluetooth, back up camera...the works! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable with his products. I found him to be very honest and would recommend him and his shop to anyone.

The Greedy and the worst service provider.Good when you buy something.If you buy something from them they give guarantee for 1 year or 6 months don’t believe them they won’t cover it as they say if anything happens we are their to help you out or we can change it but they never do and if you ask them what is guarantee then they will say you talk to the company people.I bought a battery (for $430) from these guys and within 10 months it bulge from one side and they gave me 3 years Warranty but now they are not changing it. They are forcing me to talk to the battery company and when i call the company the number they gave me no one answer my call i even left voicemails but nobody ever replies and when i told these guys they are saying we can’t do anything you have to talk to them. My car is parked for more then 1 month at my home and I can’t drive it. I had to tow my car from my work to my house because of battery problem. And they are blaming me that your car has over charged problem. I went to the mechanic shop to check my car charging status he checked everything and told me its battery problem not your car its charging normal.The WORST decision i made in my life to go this place for my Hummer H2 to get amplifier, base and alarm invested like more then $2100 to get it and after some time the base (JL Audio which was according to him the best quality product in the market) started creating problems (like wiring stuff) i was having 1 year warranty so they fixed it(with many problems asking them again and again for many times) and after 1 year when i went to these guys to equalize the music with the base in the amplifier they started telling me you have to change your music player, all speakers and even car battery too otherwise this problem gonna be the same...They started like FORCING me to change and buy from them new speakers, music player and battery otherwise they can’t fix this problem. I told them when they put base and amp in the car everything was good but now their is no warranty for the products they started forcing me to change all other things...

Owner tried to sell me a 200 amp battery isolator for $150. I bought a superior 500 amp isolator online for less than $50. All of their products are overpriced just like the Modesto Car Toy store.

Worst shop ive ever been to they charged me 400 to install a stereo i already had and 2 door speakers which keep cutting out i have to hit my door to make them work. They are not professional. -1 star

Absolutely amazing customer service! They work with you and affordable prices! I bought a car without a working radio(they cut all the wires), brought it to them. Found out it had no speakers. But didnt need to worry. They had all your stereo system needs. They are very knowledgeable! I will be recommending them to all my friends!

The owner was very kind, gave me a great deal on a viper alarm system, very fair prices and they had alarms on sale too! I got my 300ZX taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about his craft.
