Jorge and his team are just a pleasure to work with. I had used them in 2017 to install a new duct system, HVAC system. In 2021, they helped me relocate my A/C unit and remove an old A/C unit. They are prompt, take extreme care during installation, very methodical and clean up thoroughly after the job is done. Outstanding service. Very professional and courteous. Jorge knows his stuff pretty well. Honest and focused. My furnace heating unit started to make a chiming sound, late last night. Based on previous reviews, e decided to give a call to Levanair. Jorge was at my door in 15 minutes. The inducer motor was in the process of dying out. He went and procured it and fixed it the same day by afternoon, just when my unit stopped working. He gave me a detailed account of the costs, including the price of the motor. I cant say enough good things about Jorge and Levanair Heating & AC. Jorge is absolutely the best heating and AC professional that has ever serviced my home. If you need a new unit, I would strongly encourage you buying the Lavanair package and getting the 2 year labor warranty.If something goes wrong, Jorge will get it done fast for you. The price was very fair and I worked out the contract for a new Heat pump. Literally the next day Jorge was getting the truck loaded and his people ready to complete the install. There arent many people out there that provide this level of service. We also had an issue and Jorge came right over and took care of it.I will say it again! Yesterday our AC unit down, we contacted this company based on its excellent reviews, unfortunately our experience does not live up to the reviews online.A gentleman came in, he was a little push, told us it’s not worth repairing, gave two quotes of replacement units of $6,500 and $7,500, respectively, and told us “take it or leave it”. He was so impatient, didn’t do any proper inspections, told me we didn’t have filter installed even I told him where it should be. After he left, I went to double check and found the filter right there.We respectfully told him we would seek second opinion and thanked him for coming. Well, that’s a right move. We contacted another contractor who came in 8:04 am this morning, replaced a worn out capacitor, washed coils. A total of $180 plus tips. Job done.I’d like to respond to the gentleman below.1. When my AC down on the hottest day, I might not understand the differences between coming here to give quotes of new units only which would take 3 days to be installed even if we signed contract on spot, and to check if a replacement truly warranted or it could be fixed. The other gentleman coming Monday morning didn’t say anything like that, instead he performed a quick check and advised me to do quick fixes instead of buying new unit from him. Overall, $180 vs. $6,500+, numbers speak volumes.2. The moment the gentleman pulled into my driveway, my nanny was at home and called us immediately, we were 2 miles away, no traffic. 10 min to home maximum.

This is a lengthy review but its important to share all of my positive experiences with Levanair Heating. The short review is that this is definitely a company you will want to call. Jorge, the owner is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My longer review starts here. It started about a year ago when my furnace stopped working during the winter. Being on a budget I researched average costs for a furnace and then set out to find a company that wouldnt try to gouge me since it was cold and we had no heat. I got lucky and found Jorge through Angies List. Jorge quickly made a service call, assessed the issues and gave me options for short term and long term fixes. I opted to replace the furnace since it was old and had given me trouble the previous year as well Jorge didnt try to sell me the most expensive furnace out there. He was candid about what my home needed to be comfortable and also advised me about the need to replace my coils for AC during the summer. My AC has always been less than what I felt it should be in terms of comfort so I agreed to install the coils and a new furnace. Jorge and his team did a great job installing the furnace and I enjoyed a warm comfy home during the winter. The AC worked out great during the summer too! Fast forward to this week when the furnace wouldnt turn on. After trying to troubleshoot it myself, I texted Jorge on a Friday night and he responded right away! He talked me through all the things I needed to do, clean the filters, etc. and when the furnace still didnt start up he agreed to come in the next morning and see what the issues might be. Of course, dirty filters were the cause that led to a humidifier pump not working properly and he resolved it right away. The thing is, when I asked how much for the service call he said no charge. Now who does that anymore? Jorge knows how cultivate a relationship anyone else wouldve charged me for my mistake in not cleaning my filters regularly. For these reasons Levanair is great in my book. Jorge is exceptional in his approach. He doesnt just do the job, he tells you what hes doing in lay terms. The guy is a doer and a teacher. Seriously.

Tried to sell me an entirely new furnace. Diagnosis was not making sense. He didnt even identify the correct corresponding exterior AC unit (I live in a condo). I called a 2nd AC repairman for second opinion and he found the actual problem, which was completely unrelated.Edit: Jorge reached out and was very apologetic and offered to rectify his errors next time I need HVAC services. Ill be changing my review to 3 stars pending further services.

Our air conditioner had a compressor problem. I called at 7:30 p.m. Levanair (Jorge) was here 30 minutes later. The problem was solved by 8:30 p.m. Fast, fair, professional, knowledgeable and kind. We recommend Jorge to anyone.

Jorge installed a Humidifier in my home in January 2016. Although he patiently explained everything to me when I had a problem the following year he walked me thru the solution over the phone and then followed up with a visit to my home to make sure it was operating properly. This year when I had an additional problem he promptly came out to the house and replaced a malfunctioning part. Soon after I was experiencing a problem and once again made a house call. This issue was not in any was associated with my humidifier but patiently examined my heating system to locate the problem. After more than one and half hour he found the problem which was caused by a partially clogged drain. He cleaned the drain made some adjustments to a hose leading to the drain and the problem was solved. This call was unrelated to anything he had done and yet didnt even charge me. Jorge came out to fix my fire damper in my air handler system for my heat. I have had the run around from several other heating and air companies telling me that they didnt service the fire damper component. Jorge was prompt and very professional with me taking photos of the fire damper issue so I could see with my own eyes the issue and explained the problem. He then repaired the issue and stayed long enough to make sure my heat began working properly. While he was at my home the heat from my air handler caused the fire damper to close again. He fixed the damper again for me and explained to me that the issue isnt my fire damper at all but the actual air handler itself causing the damper to close due to the unit producing too much heat for the space it was installed. He was very patient with me and waited for me to call my warranty company regarding the issue and spent almost an hour on the phone dealing with them and explaining thoroughly the actual issue. He went above and beyond what I could have expected him to do for me and I truly appreciate him and his honesty. I wish I knew about his company years before now and will recommend and use him for any future issues.

Levanair got the entire job done in a single day, left the worksites both indoors (furnace) and outside (compressor) tidy and clean. In 2016 Levanair Heating & Air Conditioning, install a Humidifier in my house which had improved tremendously the drying air in the house, even my nose stopped bleeding in the wintertime. Yesterday I a had the company that does the maintenance in the system for the winter. We found out the water noise selenoid on the humidifier was not working. And they charged me an absurd to replace that. I decide to Call Mr. George Levan, and he told me that he would be in my house in 30 minutes, and that he was. Took care of everything, and way less that the company that I have a contract for 17 years. Guess what! They won’t be doing any maintenance on my heating and & Airconditioning anymore. Much better than expected, and I am obsessive with comparisons and trying to get the best quality at the best/affordable price. I needed 2 heatpumps so I did thorough research including BBB and online reviews including Angies list, Their reviews sounded too good to be true so I was skeptical at first. I got 5 bids after filtering out through about 10 installation companies. I did a lot of research (about 3 spreadsheets) before I asked for quotes. Lenavair got a perfect score compared to all other competitors in regards to:- Customer service, they will make sure youre a happy customer- They didnt try to BS me at all, unlike most of the other companies. The worst BSer was MyPlumber.- Did not charge to give me an estimate, and they came right away compared to the others.- Incredible attention to detail, quality of work, and making sure I understood what they were doing and how it should be done.- I knew I needed duct work as well, they did an amazing job at that too- Amazing Price!! Not only they nailed my every expectation but they beat all other bids, and by a huge margin to the point that I felt guilty about it and had to make sure they were not missing anything.their work.

Jorge showed in my house on time and performed a detailed checkup of my broken AC. He was meticulous in testing the wires and parts to find out the cause of the malfunction, and he even gave me a great lesson of how the HVAC works. Jorge alerted me that the indoor coil and blower needs to be replaced and the refrigerant needs to be refilled. He clearly provided me with the cost of repairing the current old system and the optional cost in the next few years. He also provided me an affordable new HVAC.I finally decided to replace my old system with a new one. He came in the following day with his staff. The installation job was completed within few hours. His staff did a neat and clean job. We are very satisfied with his service. I got two years of labor and 10 years manufactory warranty. Jorge is a great instructor. He explained what his staff was doing patiently, teaching me how to maintain my HVAC system.

After having a hvac contractor quote me a price for over $2,000 to replace 2 parts on my gas furnace, i needed a 2nd opinion on what was wrong. It turned out no parts were needed, just a little cleaning. The Levan representative was obviously more honest and charged a small fee for the cleaning.

We have used Levanair Heating and Air Conditioning for a couple years now. Jorge installed a new AC system and the next year, during a heat wave plus a holiday weekend, a warranted part failed. Jorge came out almost immediately, diagnosed the failed part and as quickly as possible got a replacement part and installed it without charging a penny. We were happily surprised at his ethical handling of the problem, and at no time did we have to argue with him about whose responsibility it was to resolve the problem.While in our home, he noticed a rusted piece of ductwork attached to the furnace and did a quick fix, but reminded us it would need replacing before we should use it the next winter. When I called him recently just before the weather turned cold, he again responded with an early appointment, recalling the piping that was leaky and he came and had it fixed at a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner.We will continue to contract Levanair Heating and Air Conditioning because they are trustworthy, and always try to work within your budget to get the best product or service you can afford; they never try to “upsell” you or create problems that aren’t there with your HVAC systems.
