Had to wait in line for a few quick minutes but it was worth it. The donuts are light but delicious. The fill the jelly and Bavarian cream donuts WHEN YOU ORDER THEM!!! Its great!!The to top it off they have a few Texas donuts that are HUGE! Loved it. These donuts reminded us of the large donuts that Shoppers used to sell and they were the best!Highly recommend.

Not a fan of desserts to be honest but visited here with a friend. She liked their donuts. They ran out of some special ones as we went there in afternoon so I would recommend you to visit early too have a full menu.The Texas style donuts and very huge and I guess if you eat 1 then you’re full.They also serve breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

Yummy, flaky donuts - didn’t try the “texas sized” ones. Coffee was nice and strong. Overall good selection of donuts to choose from. Sausage roll wasn’t very flavorful, but still hit the spot.Good prices! Clean store! Even though it was busy they kept the counter well stocked. The young man working the counter was very courteous even though I was being indecisive. Definitely a step above the national chains.

Was so excited to try this place while out in centreville from dc ! Unfortunately the only things I think it has going for it are good service and low prices. The chocolate cake donut had a chemical taste like it wasn’t homemade or not fresh from that day. The apple fritter had a pretty good texture but was cloyingly sweet- I couldn’t and didn’t want to finish it. I got a headache from having a few bites because it was so overly sweet. The iced coffee was undrinkabke too unfortunately - likely shocked in ice immediately from already low quality burnt-tasting hot coffee. I think kids would love this place because of the super-sweetness of the donuts.

Top of the donut places anywhere. Voodoo may have more unique flavors, but these are so light and fresh. Love the jelly/custard filling on demand, so you dont have to worry about the filling you want being out. The only downside is that you pretty much have to go by lunch (we went just before noon) to have a large selection - there were only a few trays left when we got there. There is one more downside - they dont have a location closer to our house (maybe thats really a blessing in disguise ;-).If youre taking the AutoTrain, youll be happy to know that theres another location just across 95 from the station in Lorton.

Incredibly responsive and helpful staff. I had placed an order online and mistakenly chose the wrong pickup date. I left them a voicemail and they immediately texted me back assuring me that I could pick up my order at the desired date and time.Their jalapeno cheddar kolache is delightful-- a savory juicy dog wrapped in a semi-sweet pillowy dough. All their donuts are solidly delicious. The cronut is large in size but very light and not overly sweet. This no-frills doughnut shop is wonderful and I am happy to go out of my way to visit it.

Texas Donuts was an absolute pleasure to work with for our brunch wedding. We had checked into a few other local donut shops in the area and Texas Donuts by far was the most cost effective. Not only were guests raving about our donut display but they also couldn’t stop saying how delicious they were. I also cannot emphasize how easy it was working with Texas Donuts. We had a few guests with allergies and Texas Donuts went the extra mile in helping us identify which donuts were safe for those guests. I read about this shop in an article, and saw that it was close by. We gave it a shot, and were pretty pleased. The doughnuts are tasty, and the variety is pretty cool. They have all the standards, plus some interesting things like cronuts, plus some really neat things like character doughnuts that look like Cookie Monster. I thought it was neat that they offer a choice of fillings for their filled doughnuts, and they fill the doughnuts for you right there. Decent bagels, but the breakfast sandwiches are microwaved until the eggs smell like when you’re cleaning the shower drain and find a bunch of the previous tenants’ hair.

Really nice people. Loved getting to choose the filling for a couple of them. I would say theyre overpriced for the quality, but I would go occasionally for the fun of the different types.

Yo the bacon egg & cheese croissant joint was THE TRUTH I was not expecting that at all the slight maple syrup taste was the nail in the coffin for me (Ill definitely be back for pictures of this establishment)

Texas size donut was about 3 donuts; soft, fresh, and dulcet. Buttermilk donuts were also good, cakey, not too sweet.

OMG CRACK DONUTS!! They have some crazy good donuts. I like that they also fill the jelly donut when you order it. I also got the breakfast croissant sandwich. Sooo food. It actually has a little glaze on it so you get a salty sweet sandwich.

Employees are always very polite. Donuts are great and sandwiches are awesome. Maple bacon doughnuts are the “bomb”. They have giant donuts, cro-nuts, and character donuts! I came in to review because I happened to be present when Julie Guill was in the store claiming she didn’t receive her full order. The employee was politely showing her the security footage. It showed her receiving everything she ordered. I had a feeling Julie would be the type of spiteful person to post a poor review even though she was wrong. Low and behold she did. Even after seeing the the video she persisted. Sorry Julie you’re not “entitled” to anything for something that didn’t happen and your review should be removed.

Authentic Texas kolaches remind me of growing up in Houston. Yeast dough, slightly sweet with savory sausage and cheese inside. Like a pig in the blanket and danish had a love child. Donuts are light, fluffy and better than the standard chains around. Delicious.

Donuts were so yummy! My second favorite donut shop but the prices are the best. We got a dozen donuts, a dozen donut holes, and a specialty donut for $15! I really liked the variety- chocolate buttermilk was a tasty surprise you don’t see everywhere. You can choose the filling for their filled donuts. Their apple fritters are AMAZING. Their donut holes are the best I’ve had. They’re so light and fluffy it’s like they melt in your mouth. My kids appreciated all of the different colors and the puppy shaped donuts. The employees were friendly and fast.

I went here because my grandson wanted hot chocolate... You would think a donut shop would have hot chocolate but they didnt. I had ordered a couple of filled donuts also and told them just to cancel my order. The lady said she already started filling them and couldnt. Said o would have to purchase the one filled no matter what. When I ate it the filling was only in 1/2 of it. I will not be returning there.

Great prices, nice and fast service, absolutely delicious. If you bring it home I recommend putting the donuts in the microwave for like 10-15 seconds to warm it up and melt it a bit. Friendly customers services. I tried their Very delicious Chocolate Eclair. They have a giant Donut that may attract your kiddies. However, may need to have more promotions. My husband and I just visited this Bakery for the first time ever. I had heard many great things about this place from several different folks and finally decided to go check it out myself. Their donuts are delicious and reasonably priced. They also offer an extremely huge donut for the customer with a never ending sweet tooth LOL. They make kolaches and offer several different breakfast sandwiches, which are all delicious! The store is very clean and the staff are extremely courteous. If you havent tried this place yet I would urge you to do so soon. We absolutely loved it!

One of the most enjoyable transactions I’ve had in a while. The staff was amazing and the 2 dozen donuts I purchased for my office went in no time at all. Definitely will be going back even though it’s out of the way of my commute.

Warm fresh donuts. This place is delicious. Such a large variety of donuts and croissants. Every bite was felt like I was floating on a cloud. The warmth of the fresh Texas donut just melted in my mouth. I left full but wanting more.

I’ve never even heard of Texas donuts before today. My sister just dropped off cronuts and hotdogs in pastry. I have never had anything like these! The cronuts are perfectly puffed and sweetened. It melts in your mouth! And the hotdogs have cheese inside them and the pastry is perfectly cooked. I am in love. They definitely have a new customer!!!!!

Today I bought a half dozen donuts for myself and my roommate (as well as a Dr. Pepper that I did not share with my roommate at all). Texas Donuts is a cozy shop tucked into a shopping center in Centreville. Their employees were cheerful and extraordinarily patient with my questions and indecision. It was a pleasant experience with delicious food.

Absolutely delicious! And its one of the only places around that sells kolaches which is amazing. Drove an hour to get them and it was well worth it.

Being a native Texan these Donuts taste just like Southern Donuts from Texas. They are nice and fluffy not heavy they taste fresh every time. Highly recommend getting a kolache which is another Texan favorite and the cinnamon twists.
