We are regulars! Good solid frozen yogurt. Also they have Dole whip which hits the spot during a hot day. Self serve but staff is friendly and place is clean.

My first time in a sweet frog. It was a wall if softserve frozen yogurt flavors, then every topping you could want. Grab the big bowl

This was a very nice and clean building. Roomy and bright. The worker there was very kind and helpful. She was busy and still took the time to help me out with a friendly face quickly and efficiently. The food was also very good. I got a raspberry and pomegranate sorbet with raspberry chocolate cups. Delicious!

Good variety of flavors (Dole Whip is my favorite) and lots of different toppings. Great for a hot summer day.

Delicious frozen yogurt. Love the Covid precautions - wear gloves to prevent cross-contamination of the yogurt handle bars. While the price of frozen yogurt has been steadily getting climbing and now at $0.68 per ounce, its worth it! The different cup sizes can be overwhelming, go with the smallest size pink cups.The Cake Batter and Chocolate Cake Batter twist was sweet and a nice dessert topped with a fudgy brownie and a couple of cookie dough pieces.Will stop by for dessert at Sweet Frog when Im in the area!

The bathrooms could use a bit of touching up more frequently, but overall love this place.yet too pricy for me,I like to think of sweet frog as a little expensive treat.

Good froyo of course. Understaffed at times. My froyo was melting into froyo soup by the time I got through the line to pay. The cashier was going back and forth between the toppings station and check out.

Went to the Centreville location today. One person working that we saw and she was arguing with customers. Caused all 3 different parties in line to leave without buying anything. Rude, and said it was her last day. She stopped dealing with customers and called the owner of the store. We drove to the Greenbrier location and had a great experience. Centreville disappoints quite often with customer service. I know a lot of restaurants here do not speak English very well, but please ask for help or an interpreter if youre going to be in the service industry.

Always clean. Great fro-yo and non-dairy options. The toppings area has sooooo many fun choices. Great for kids and grown ups

This place is cursed. The froyo was melting before I even got to pay. The cashier was missing and we had to call to get her attention. The music was repetitive generic garbage. Just two musical notes over and over again. The place was confusing.

Me and my family come here every so often its a great place to relax with the fam and talk about anything. Only thing I would say thats not good and the reason its not a 5 star review would be the outside tables are always nasty and messy. Cant enjoy the dessert in nice weather with nasty unclean or sanitized tables.

Good froyo, decent price. they have some gluten free options, and sometimes dairy free options as well.If you have experience with froyo places its more of the same, if not its a great place to try.

Love this spot - great rotation of flavors and good choice of toppings. Becareful what you put in your cup, cuz it can get pricey fast.Customer service is kinda lacking thus the 4 stars.

Always a fun, friendly place for frozen yoghurt. Their hours are great on the weekends for a late night snack or dessert. The selection is very good and the flavors are great!

I dont eat frozen yogurt, but my son loves it. The place is open, bright and they have good music.

Overpriced. There are a lot of flavors, but the flavors are a bit off. Toppings arent very fresh and service is the worst...waited 15 mins just to pay. Will stick with Tutti Frutti and Iron Ice for lower cost and better options

The staff is so serious!!! It would be nice to have people at the cashier more friendly :) also, now that the weather is nice, they should have the outside tables clean!!! They are disgusting :/ so dirty!!! Also the exit door is lock from the outside and it is hard to go all the way around just to get napkins once you sit outside.

Stinky, wouldn’t let me in at 10:15 when they close at 11:00 and lots of people inside :( super sad, wanted that yummy yummy sweaty frog

The cashier had an attitude problem. So very rude. Otherwise, we all love sweetfrog, really yummy frozen yogurt, just maybe go to the Fairfax location instead where staff is super nice.

The frozen yogurt here is good but its been a couple of time Ive came and they were close when they dont close until 11pm

Overall it has nice staff and a decent selection of flavors and toppings. Occasionally the yogurt is to hard to dispense or the sorbets are WAY to weird in flavor.

OMG this place is amazing! It smells like super sweet strawberries, they give out free samples, they have cute, happy musix playing and the staff is pretty friendly. My choice of yogurts and toppings was sooooo delicious, not to mention. The only thing I hope they fix is that some of their flavors are either out of stock, or the machine is broken. So I hope they fix that. Im sure they will!

Wellllll I can’t blame the service around the entire area, it seems no one can speak English anywhere lol. The froyo was just ok but very pricy. Now where this place loses some stars is the small area with dirty tables and floor. All the little kids running all around making a bloody mess all over the dam place while the two people sit and watch notCleaning anything. It’s repulsive

This place has aweful customer service. I was there and this customer had bought so many frozen yogurt and I guess she was waiting for smoothie to be ready. It took them so long to make smoothie and customer was worried that all her frozen yogurt were melting. The frozen yogurt melts so quickly. Even mine was melting and I was not happy. While I was waiting for my turn, the customer was showing me the froyos sheve got. Yes, they were all melted. The person who works there was suggesting that she would put those in refridgeator and wont rush her making smoothies. Ummm... they will be still bad in regridgeator. Because I observed bad customer service, I wont go back here. Oh, they are not cleaned as well. the chairs and tables are so dirtly I didnt know where to sit. Terrible place.
