Excellent waffle ice cream! We first had ice cream like this in New York, and have been craving it for awhile. Glad I have an option close by!

You can always expect amazing quality desserts no matter what you might be ordering. The downside is the seating inside is quite limited but they were able to accommodate multiple parties but expect to have to wait for an opening if you’re expecting to sit down. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for a party of 5 late night during a weekday. Prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream and I had a red bean Taiyaki which was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the ice cream and waffle bowl.

I love that we can create our own ice cream here! I tried green tea ice cream and it was delicious! The staff here were very nice too

I got the matcha sundae and let me tell you, the detail and care that goes into crafting the dessert is amazing. Worth every penny!

Good ice cream but the space needs updating. Floors were filthy and dust all over the vents. Service was a bit slow and ran a bit like a mom and pop shop.

Really good puffle sundaes and fun combos! Kids enjoyed it alot. The puffles were great - warm, slightly sweet, and perfect with the ice cream. Really good mango and strawberry smoothie as well.They are not very quick so dont go if you have a deadline. Just sit and back and enjoy!

This was a good shop. They actually do give you your money’s worth since they provide so much waffle, ice cream, and toppings. There’s such a large variety too. Tastes good and it’s a really unique form of ice cream. I went there for my bday dessert and I don’t regret it at all!

The kid size was enough for me. They are beautiful pieces of art you can eat. The batter taste like pancake or a waffle, I really enjoyed eat it. The staff was nice and the restaurant itself is cute.

I havent really tried much of their ice cream so I decided to come here with a friend.I let my friend pick for us so I had no idea what we ordered until it came out. It was around $8 and I was surprised of how much was mixed into our cup. We both enjoyed the taste of the whipped cream and sprinkles and every toppings were very satisfying. There is a blue ice cream at the bottom which we couldnt figure out the flavor but it almost tasted like blueberry or cotton candy.Either way, our order came out nice but I think the environment could be a little better. I understand that this is a small place with limited seating but sometimes there are trash that arent cleaned up on the table and floor.The temperate is perfectly adjusted for each seasons of the year so that you wont be freezing while having ice cream.

I have come to Iron Ice quite a bit, staff is always nice and the desserts are always good. I love the chillers (recommend strawberry or peach), the puffle by itself is yummy and I recently tried the taiyaki! Absolutely loved the custard filled taiyaki!

Hands down the BEST ice cream Ive tried! My favorite is the matcha ice cream sundae with rice krispies, condensed milk drizzle and the pufflie - - kind of like in inverted waffle with the texture of a pancake. The strawberry ice cream is excellent too and I normally dont like strawberry. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The options and add ons were endless! So much more worth than spending on froyo. I loved it

Love this place! The Korean waffle is soft yet crunchy and not overly sweet. They have different mixes or you can create your own. Delicious.

A fun little ice cream w/bubble waffle (they call it a puffle, idk why). Serving is big enough to share if youve eaten pretty recently or just arent a huge eater. Tends to be busy in the evenings and theres limited seating so cant always count on getting a table. They call out your order, so you should be attentive for that. They have jenga and a few other group games you can borrow while youre there sitting on the counter in the corner. The bathroom looks like it used to be a freezer once upon a time.

Iron Ice is such a swell hole-in-the-wall ice cream shop. Their signature dish seems to be the Puffle which I can only assume means Puffy Waffle. Its a tasty waffle with a large scoop of ice cream and various toppings and drizzles. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

I love their ice cream flavors. The ice cream is so creamy and the waffle is a little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. So good! Its cute that the drinks are in those packs, kind of like Capri sun pouches.

Soemthing new for me... Basically, a puffle is a waffle served with ice cream... The waffle isnt just a basic waffle... It is infused with deliciousness, for example, matcha... I recommend it...

Absolutely horrible service. The food is delicious. The staff is atrocious. We ordered, got our car and I came back to wait. They just kept looking at me and saying nothing. After waiting for 10 minutes I went up to ask where my order is after which they said here but the waffle is cold instead of warm because they had been calling my number for 20 minutes. They were not. I wore a bright red jacket and was very hard to miss. We asked to have it remade and they said sure but you will have to wait 40 minutes. I felt lucky that I got my money back

Great place. Very unique (here in the US) and they do everything right making it by hand. They forgot half our order and didnt seem to care much or they would have had five stars. Half our group was left waiting ten minutes before we asked again (the first time they said it was coming)

This place is awesome. I have never gone during busy hours so service is pretty fast. The puffle is made to order so that could back things up a bit when they are busy. It would still be well worth it though.

I really liked the innovation in these desserts and drinks! They are very unique and cool. I wished there was a little bit more functional seating options and possibly some options for different sizes for the menu items. Other than that, it was great and definitely interested in trying more on the menu!

Best place for dessert

This place is amazing. I really enjoyed the unique desert options. There combination #4 was great with Oreos, and m&Ms.I was pleasantly surprised by the chillers. They were similar to a Starbucks refresher, but way better in my opinion.I highly recommend this place for everyone! It would even be a great date night spot.

Took the family and friends to Iron Ice to have dessert on a weekend. Was very surprised to see how packed and busy it was inside such a small place. Line was somewhat long but it gave our party enough time to decide what each wanted. Had to wait for a table since the place was busy and seating is very limited inside the small store. However, once the ice cream was served, we were all pretty delighted to the taste of the ice cream & with the variety of toppings! The warm waffle was also very good and prepared just right. The overall dessert experience was great and would definitely come again w/ the kids, but maybe on a weeknight instead of a busy weekend.

The custom creations are all so yummy. The waffle is surprisingly crunchy so I really enjoyed it. The kids size just means one scoop instead of two. Dont do it 😂

Great ice cream, went with my kids and they enjoyed it, only thing is if you dont like waffles might want to go to a more traditional ice cream shop. The waffle takes up all the space. Still definitely a great dessert

Very unique puffy waffles wrapped around icecream. I have never had anything like this before. The portions are large with a lot of choices. The pull apart puffy waffles are awesome, freshly made for each serving. I highly recommend this place, great food, great service a unique concept well executed.

Essentially, they sell egg puff + ice cream + special toppings + Pocky + condensed milk. Taste great. Find it slightly over priced. Had the spring creation. The shop is kinda small. Not good for large group. Small group of 2-6 ppl would be fine. Next time, Ill try the drinks. Will come back again.

Cool little ice cream place that has these things called puffles that they put in with your ice cream. They are like waffles in different flavors. Then you can add different toppings to it, or choose a predetermined creation of theirs. They have lots of other cool little things, drinks, add ons and what not. Its a unique place. Worth a visit for sure.

Really tasty ice cream. My favorite is to customize the flavor. Strawberry ice cream, chocolate puffle, strawberries, fruity pebbles, and light chocolate drizzle. YUM. It is a tiny space so dont be too surprised if you need to sit outside to enjoy your ice-cream.

I got the number 4. It was delicious but a tad overpriced. Id recommend to share. Its a ton of dessert so either share or go hungry! The decor has very clean lines and yet a vintage feel which I enjoyed. You do have to wait a little after you order so not necessarily a quick in and out trip.

Wow, what is there to say about the perfect dessert? The “puffles” they make are out of this world. The ice cream is quality. The people are friendly. I used to think I didn’t like ice cream, it turns out I just never had it done right until now!

The food was fantastic, and unlike anything else Ive ever had. The creations are freshly cooked waffles inside a cup, with ice cream and toppings including sprinkles, pocky, cereal, and candy. The restaurant was clean, and the experience was great even though service was a little bit slow since the waffles are made fresh for each customer. There were also games available such as Jenga for guests to play at the table while waiting for the treats to come out.

This place is not skip out on any toppings. The waffles are pretty delicious in the ice cream feels like its a pretty good quality. Im not a hardcore sugar sweet person so ice cream is a little bit sweeter for me but Im also the type of person that really likes dark chocolate 85% up. I went with the mint chocolate chip and did not regret a bite.

A family favorite. The blend of baked waffle and the ice cream is great. However for the gluten free, you can go with the chillers. Never had a problem with those and they are delicious.

One star for the taste of ice cream, which is not better or worth then any supermarket brand. Other wise its a waste of money. WAY-WAY overpriced, not clean (the chairs were dirty and we found long thick hair on one of them) and not appealing place.

Great service. I got my order within minutes. I couldnt make my order to go.I was mildly disappointed.Guess, I should have asked them to pack the puffle cone individually. But still, I was able to pack it with a lid after I finished half of it.The seating was cozy and closely packed. The walls were decorated with cool insta photos from happy customers.Should try experimenting with my own customized ice cream next time.

Not the best quality picture, but I ordered the original with fruity pebbles. It was pretty good and not too pricey. There was limited room inside though so it was a little crowded when it got busier.

Love the dessert here, but they do change around the menu sometimes. I once ordered #2 which had everything with chocolate flavors and I loved it, but when I came back for the second time and ordered the same thing, they had changed the menu to include the word mint, which I didnt see when I ordered. So even though I went there for their chocolate ice cream, instead I got mint chocolate ice cream, which I do not like.

Definitely one of my favorite desert places in the area. I do find that the level of presentation is inconsistent, guess sometimes they can be in a rush during busy hours. Great value, servings are huge, lots of options, but hella rich with sugar. Highly recommended if thats what youre looking for.

I got the ice puffle. Delicious! Excellent customer service. I also had a chance to try the bubble tea...great price, delicious flavor. The other places around here are more expensive. This place also offers a rewards program. I believe I finally have an official bubble tea spot :) They also have chillers, its served in a bag, looks interesting and I cant wait to try it next time.

Iron Ice is the Truth!Ive been here 3+ times. I absolutely love this place. A tad bit pricey, but worth every penny. The puffle in combination with the ice cream and toppings sets this tasty creation apart. From my first experience until today, I love this place. I always find flaws with every place I dine and the only one I find is not enough seating - for proper reason and organization with the line - there needs to be a sign directing the direction of the line to avoid confusion.

The customer service is horrible (employees have an attitude, give dirty looks, and its unprofessionally run by little high schoolers), the menu is limited, ice cream is not home made (Jack & Jills brand), you have to wait 45 minutes to get your ice cream, and its nothing new. Its better to go to Cold Stone because they gave more choices and its the same price.

Puffles are pretty good. Ice cream is okay. Service is eh. Theyre still very slow and cant seem to handle large crowds yet.

I always wanted to try this place because of the puffle since it reminded me of those hot mini cakes they sell on those carts in Chinatown, NY.When I saw they had a matcha puffle I knew right away that was what I wanted because I love matcha, which is why I got the Matcha Madness. I substituted the rice krispies with logan, the waffle with a matcha puffle, and got a red bean filled taiyaki.The green tea ice cream tasted like vanilla, the matcha puffle tasted like a regular pastry, and the taiyaki was okay. The logan tasted fresh and good though. If they were to make their matcha stuff more matcha flavored, the whole thing would prob taste a lot better.I can say that the smoothies are pretty good though. My friend got a mango lychee smoothie and it was really good.The staff was really nice and accommodating when I was having trouble deciding what I wanted and what I wanted to change.Dont know if Id come back but it was worth a try.
