I actually had fast service at sporting goods counter. And the stock prep are always cheerful. Just wish the shoppers dressed better.

Waited 30 minutes for sales person to open perfume case no one ever came, its like a running joke with the checkers. Not good!

It is a place where you can get in and out quickly. The young man in electronics was helpful and the guy were I got my fishing license was very helpful. He had a rude customer who thought he mattered more than anyone else. Got snotty with the kid but he kept his professional composure and didnt react. I hope this guys kids are treated better than he treated the Walmart employee.

The shelves have product unlike Dollar General. Dollar General looks like they are going out of business. Eventhough they say the missing product is in the back room going on 4 weeks now.

One of the rudest Walmart i have ever visited. Sam Walton was an amazingly kind and Philanthropic gentleman who offered his oversized parking lot to weary travellers overnight and into the morning hours to catch some refreshing zzzzs before they hit the road. My wife and I refueled $85 at their gas station and then spent over $200 in store. We are traveling over the summer and most nights when not posting up at a campsite we chose Walmart as our resting place. We have NEVER had a SINGLE problem at ANY other Walmart. However the centralia location we were first harassed around 6am by an hourly associate asking us when we were leaving, being flipped off, and threatened to have the cops called on us for drying a few shirts from the family swimming the previous day. Luckily the local PD was much more courteous as they did call the police to have us removed from the lot. Needless to say we went down the road to Salem a smaller and more courteous town in which we again spent the night overnight in the parking lot and had no issues. This Walmart staff was rude upon (not) greeting at the door. Followed my wife into the restroom when she came in with a hand towel around her shoulders from the heat and sweating. Apparently they are not partial to campers at this place. The restrooms had 2 stopped up toilets in the mens restroom and was informed that the condition of the womans facilities were not much better. I would definitely say their customer serve could use some attention and their bathrooms could use a revamp in the cleanliness dept.

Not sure who to blame, Walmart Corp for not keeping up with demand, or freight not being ran by employees standing around in the rear of the store talking.

Give them 1 star. Because the workers are hateful and when I go there is around 15 people waiting to get checked out. And the other workers doing cart to check out online are not friendly or helpful..I am very disappointed at Wal Mart.. Id rather go to dollar general now..

Very big and clean food seemed more fresh and the clothing options here compared to my regular walmart were awesome loved the different hoodies and shirts here

Customer service here is horrible. Staff was rude but the Wal-Mart itself has a good selection of different brands of what your looking for. Went in for some graphics pens which I thought was going to be impossible to find but found a decent select few that I could get by with until I could actually get to an art store.

Walmart is a good place to shop, I know, worked there for .any years long time ago.

The Visa gift card took a few hours to activate but other than that we had a great time

I am very disappointed of the workers there calling our family an friends making false accusations of me an my fiancee stealing cause we went outside an came back in to smoke a cigarette when we got recipes of everything we got from there very unprofessional hopefully the supervisor there can make things right!!!!Clearly the alarms would of went off or they would of called some one to make sure instead of making false accusations 😂

Im sorry to say all waart stores are lacking in products. I never go home with everything on my list.

Would be amazing to have someone check out my purchases instead of having to try to do it myself and then waiting on an employee of Walmart to come help you with the machine that they should be running because it screwed up and you have no idea how to fix it because you obviously dont work there. But ya if your lucky there is 1 checkout out of like 14 lanes that has a actual employee of Walmart to check your stuff.

Centralia supercenter is very very nice I went in at 10:15 am. Got fresh healthy produce and out in no time. Clean and friendly.

Its getting better now that they took the traffic stickers down. Only go this way only go that way.... they are gone now. Maybe just maybe we are getting back to the old normal amd not this new normal.....

The system for self check out is not elderly or disabled friendly to force them to bag there own items is challenging for many .The cashier register were a cashier is on duty forces customers that have weight handy caps to be crowded and now turns a good customers experience into a nightmare I recently shop at Carlyle Wal-Mart it took me twice the time for check out i am disabled and now elderly by forcing me to work at self check out puts hardship on my well being and by forcing me to wait a long time at cashier register adds to my PTSD

Apparently Walmart can’t explain to their employees or customers the appropriate way to wear a mask. Around their chins like a diaper appears to be the preferred way. When your a corporate giant apparently you worry more about money than safety.

Rude staff. Nasty self checkout scanners that have not been wiped down and have gunk all over them. And dont you dare ask a worker to please wipe it off because theyll rudely tell you they dont have time to do that. Needs a clean out, quite literally, and new employees.

I have so many issues with walmart. They never have enough registers open, a lot of the cashiers are rude and do not help you at all, and the store is not that clean.

After asking 2 employees where something was they werent no help I looked it up myself on my phone that was more helpful telling me what aisle I need to be in employee too busy socializing to help.

Visited the pharmacy. They were very friendly and had prescription ready.

Horrible store. App and website show items in stock, but they are not. No registered open, but plenty of people standing around flapping their gums, in the way of shoppers they could be helping.

Wal marts supposed cash shortage is complete BS they get their money delivered they are the only business that is doing this,I have to numerous Walmart stores in the last two weeks and nobody else is doing this.

Nice store at Centralia, Illinois. And friendly help. Seems to be pretty organized and carries more things than some of the other Walmarts.

I debated between a 3 or a 4 just based on some staffs attitudes or my perception of them.Maybe due to the Grand coming to an end or maybe some people here just are laize fare when it comes to customers purchasing firearms BUT I detest Walmarts POLICY to require a three day wait AND an NICS check to sell a muzzleloader when neither federal or states require one.I had to drive 300 extra miles to pick it up instead of walking out the door earlier this week. And when it comes to WALMARTS electronic AND paper system to go through a (not) required NICS check AND then because their staff DID NOT write in the paper tablet that my background check was approved on the day I tried to purchase it, they almost had to start over.Everyone seemed to know everyone elses passwords too - not very secure. And while it did not take as long as the last pickup, there was no apologies, authentic or otherwise, provided for my 50 minute wait just to pick it up...This experience was 180 degrees from the Centralia and Vandalism stores today. A 180 degrees...Yes, Im not in a good mood but that is more a reflection on several of the staff there in Sparta (not all) and not totally on me...

Centralia Walmart keep their shelves stocked often and does a good job with customer service.

I am old enough with numerous conditions which, by definition, means I should stay away from people. The drive up for my prescriptions has been very helpful. The staff @ the pharmacy have been very accommodating. If my order was too big to fit in the drive thru they would bring it out to my car...so I would still not have to go in.

They shop for me and have it ready when Im there to pick it up! Wonderful service on these trying times, and no contact so to protect employers. Thanks so much!

I thought this Walmart location had a great selection of products and a friendly staff. I knocked off 2 stars because they did NOT do a good job enforcing their policy of requiring masks. One of the main reasons we chose to go to Walmart was because of their supposed nationwide mask requirement. Unfortunately this location did not uphold that requirement. There was an employee in the parking lot wearing a mask that did not cover his nose and another employee in the parking lot not wearing a mask at all. Only about 65% of the customers were wearing masks. I hope the corporate office does something to educate the employees and provide more employee support at the front door and throughout the store to enforce the mask requirement until this pandemic is under control.

There are never enough check outs open ! Long lines at self checkouts ! There is no way toSocial distance! We are told, CDA to spend less time shopping in a store ! How ?,you can’t get out ! Stood in line 25 minutes. This is pure b sI hate going there !!!! Only go, if I can’t get a item, someplace else !! They called for extra cashiers, 1showed up. That was a total of four lanes open !

The Centralia Walmart is one of my favorite Walmarts to shop at. I hate to admit this but its a little better than the Walmart in my hometown of Salem. I come here a lot because my Walmart seems to be out of stock more often than not. I havent come here and seen anything I needed thats not in stock, whether its food or anything else. I needed some orajel for a toothache, and my Walmart was completely out of every single one even the equate one, I needed the triple strength one. I came here and they had every single kind all in stock so I bought three. My Walmart is out of soda I drink quite a bit as well. I like Cherry Coke Zero and I can always come here and find it in stock. This is a well maintained store both in cleanliness and inventory so I really appreciate that. Ive always had a pleasant experience shopping here, and I will continue to shop here.

Its a toy sized super Walmart with a smaller selection than the larger counterparts. The staff are friendly and willing to help, knowledgeable most of the time as well. There are never enough cashiers leading to lines at both the self checkout and the 2-3 lanes that are open but its the best one stop shop in town, but given the choice. Id.rather make the trip to Salem, Vandalia or Mt. Vernon.

The some employees are very ruid they never have the right price for the item or the item is put in wrong place
