Dont go here if you helped on Saturday at 4:30 for tires/wheels. Was ignored till almost closing time. When asked after they helped several other customers if we were going to be helped all we got is an well see. Dont waste your time or money here. Went to point s down the road and got tires and wheels within minutes of stopping in. They were happy to help us. Good bye les schawb.

People are great here been coming here ever since I’ve gotten a car generally no issues, however two days ago they ordered brakes for my car and come the day to put them on I’m waiting over an hour for them to tell me they didn’t change the brakes and they ordered the wrong parts, and that they couldn’t help me that I’d have to ask the dealership to change them I’m just having trouble understanding why make me wait the time before saying anything

Lady at the counter was really rude and not the least bit friendly. As much money as my family and I have spent over the years it’s pretty sad. Makes me not want to spend another dime there. Im from California where I bought tires from Les Schwab in Ceres for my RV. I had a shredded rear tire and the Les Schwab here Centralia was so accommodating and actually came out to fix the tires. We called them send my driver all the way from Tacoma driver show up wait over 1 hour no one came to help him sorry this is worst service I seen at les Schwab ever

We always shop at Les Schwab for years now and in 7 different states never had issues. We stopped to have our tires balanced and rotated. They very politely told us a few of our lug nuts needed to be replaced we asked them to replace all 5 of them on the one tire and take off my hub caps because the did not have the lug nuts that would allow my hub cap to go back on. We also asked for the other 3 lug nuts to be put in the bag with the hub caps because the guy told us they were between 5 and 10 dollars a piece (expensive). We were told all of our tires were out of balance one by 5 ounces and anytime we wanted we could get some tires that were all weather ours are snow tires. (We bought all weather tires from Les Schwab in Utah that were on the van and they were still in great shape) They were told we were leaving on a 15 hour over night trip for our anniversary that night they even said happy anniversary. We drove across the street home and finished packing left a few hours later about 9pm. When I got on the freeway my van started to vibrate very badly and we had to go home and wait till morning to go back. I was least to say unhappy I was suppose to be hours from my destination. They had to rebalanced my tires rotate them the way I asked them to by putting the best two on front and almost all of my lug nuts were loose and had to find all 20 of my lug nuts. (It should have only been 5 and we were told they pulled them out of the garbage and yes we paid for all 20 lugs not realizing they had done it had other things on our minds that was our own fault). We got on the road at 9am and at 910am my van started to vibrate again but we had family and friends to meet and were already going to be very late for our own party. Our van has never vibrated like that. At 3pm when I was supposed to be at my anniversary party I was still on the road and 6 hours from my destination. We made it by 930pm (our time 1030pm at our destination) missing most of my friends and family. This is the reason We were leaving the night before and to miss the 100 degree weather we drove in. We are staying for the week and I am broken hearted that they did this to us that we missed my own party and people we have not seen in years and will not see for years again. Not sure I will ever go back and we have been costumers for more than 25 years.

Such a great team of employees. I had 3 different associates check in with me at separate times. I felt very welcome and they never charged me for anything extra.

I recently had a flat tire & am fortunate to have AAA... but after they came & changed for me.. I needed to get my tire fixed. Unfortunately I arrived at the Les Schwab center just B4 closing intending to just leave the tire. They not only stayed open to fix it right away, but there was no charge AND the staff was very pleasant! Will definitely be going back when Im ready to get new tires!!

Broke my strut and axle tonight. They had it replaced amazingly fast for a very fair price so I could get back out in the woods tomorrow. Davis and crew top notch professional service, as good as it gets. 5 star

This morning I went in to this leschwab to make a payment. The service I received is horrible. Will never returned to this location. They need to retrained this female worker or let her go. Is not my fault is she is having a bad day or she is having a busy day.

I was given a two hour window for work to be done on my vehicle. After the initial two hours I returned to the store and mentioned who I was and that there was no need to call. After two additional hours of waiting at the store I decided I needed to ask what was happening. I was then told the vehicle would not be ready for another 2.5 hours. The car was finished after a total of 6 hours. I was told the parts werent in but I find that very hard to believe. The car was ready in two hours after I left. I dont believe the replacement work even started until I left the store after the first 4 hours. No one called to tell me it would be a longer wait or that the parts werent in. Then on top of all that I paid full price. Not sure Ill ever get work done here again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ive been a loyal customer of Les Schwab since I could drive (Almost 30 years). Not sure I wanna even go utilize the free services at this point.

Friendly, fast service. Had a valve stem replaced. Fixed it within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Didnt even charge me for it.

Edit* they since honored my original quote and Im pleased with that. The new sensors were bad so they did have to replace them again but overall, great customer service*it always amazes me how much more they are than all other tire places in the area. Only reason I went with them was they were the only ones that still had winter tires in stock. Good on them for that but the way they handle their quote is shady to say the least. I bought four winter tires and wheels. They gave me a quote incuding the tire pressure sensor. Was a little over $40 each. After they got the new tires on they said they ordered the wrong senor so they would have to order it. They never told me if would cost more. Not until they installed the new sensors did they tell me I owed 315.90 (72.99 a sensor) according to them it was never factored into the original quote. Looked online after I clearly got ripped off and found that you can get 4 sensors that work on my vehicle for $42.99 for 4! Couldnt feel more cheat. Will be shopping else where in the future.

Got an estimate for four tire. $388.20. Said they would have the next day by 10:00 am. Said I would be there. Was asked if I wanted to have wheel alignment CHECKED. If no problems there would be no charge. Waited approximately 1 hr. Then was told that the quote I was given was for a different tire. Seems they should have told me before an alignment was done. I might have had other options. They did do a good job. The personnel were friendly. Actual costs were approximately $200 higher than anticipated.

Was given first class treatment. Went in to have one balance check on my left front tire and they balance all 4 tires and rotated them to for no charge. Thats why I continue to do business with them.

Got flat on I-5 in Smart car-no spare tire. Called and they would bring tire to us and put it on for $105/hour before 5 and double after 5pm (this was on a Saturday). Were going to do that but Luckily a good Samaritan stopped and drove us and tire there. A few minutes later we were off. Want to add- I told Les Schwab employees on phone we were stranded middle of nowhere and it was 4:40pm and they promised to stay open for us until we got there even though they were supposed to close at 5pm. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location!! Everyone is friendly and ready to offer help when in need. I’ve lived in this area for 9 months and I’ve come in here probably 4 times now and they’ve always been quick to help. They break everything down for you. Let you know what they are doing any why. They seem to really care about their work and want to make sure you are safe in your car. Came in today just for a tire rotation and they took a look at everything! Needed a new rear tire but because my tires are still under warranty it was totally covered! I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend seeing if you can get an account started here because that has saved my life. I haven’t had to drop a bunch of money at once just to make sure I’m safe on the road.

We visited Les Schwab in Centralia on Nov 2 when we woke up to a flat tire at the beginning of a very long road trip. This was the first place we were able to get to and thank goodness it was! Not only did they have our flat fixed and all of our truck and cargo trailer tires checked and filled to the optimum pressure in less than half an hour, when we went in to pay for the service we were told it was NO CHARGE! Back home purchase local tire shop charges about $40 for a flat repair so this was a pleasant surprise. We would totally recommend Les Schwab in Centralia for awesome service!

Simply needed to have front tires balanced. As usual I got a laundry list of work that needs done. And to top it off, they stripped a lug stud. Of course its not there fault. I only put new ones on a year ago. And checked the torque myself a month ago because I got new tires. They were fine before Les shwab touched them. Now Ive got another 400 dollar repair to do. Cant believe I was dumb enough to think that a simple tire balance would be done without a huge bill. From the sound of other reviews this is the gimmick at the store. I told myself the last time I went there, never again. Guess it is my fault after all.

This place is always fast and convenient. Every time I come here they have done their best to save me money. They have many courtesy services that are quick and convenient. I have been coming here for years and it is comforting to recognize the familiar faces and to know they have reliable people working on my vehicles.

Les Schwab I havent had to have anything done major to my car but if I did this is the place that I would take my car these people seem to work with honesty and integrity they treat you right on entry of the store they offer you coffee popcorn while you wait magazine Stevie and its just an all-around they make you feel at home they dont try to swindle you like a lot of mechanics do they tell you what it is I get it done honest its a good thing its a breath of fresh air because we all know that once we have issues with her car we need to have a trusted place to take them and that is definitely yet they are wonderful

Friendly staff. Decent sales on tires. Prices are ok depending on what you are buying. Ifeel like it always takes too long (several hours) unless I come in right when they open. I guess they just started accepting appointments which is nice. Worst thing is They have also tried to sell me services that I didnt need. I have friends who have had things broken after getting things worked on at LS. Doesnt make me want to go back.

Today my kids and I were packing the car to take my daughter to her summer camp down in Oregon. I noticed a nail in the tire and said oh we can just go to Les Schwab, theyre fast and theyll fix it we get to les Schwab on sat morn and the customer service was great. Landon and Nicole in the front were so helpful.They came out and said we can fix your tire the nail is too far into the side wall. My tires were super bald to the point it was unsafe to drive.Landon ran me a quote and gave me several options to move forward. They were fast, efficient, and customer service far exceeded what I expected.We were there 45 min tops and out with 4 new tires. (Which I knew I needed)Grateful today, for the les Schwab team.

Went in for a flat tire and knowing that I probably needed all new tires. Dropped vehicle off and got a call shortly that my u joints were in very bad shape. I had been driving my car with a clicking sound for months. Davis D B was the person who helped me. He told me that as soon as he put my car in drive he knew something was wrong with u joints. They stand behind their products. I had a lifetime warranty on my shocks on my Dodge truck. Orginally had the shocks installed April/1998. All four finally went out after 21 yrs. Got them all replaced today for free. Thanks mgr. Mark Witham. Thanks for standing behind your warranties.

Repair after repair and still the problem not fixed! But they keep assuring me the next repair will fix it!? Over $500 bucks on 3 repairs...but NOW they think they know problem! And thats another $500 in reapairs!? Should have listened to my Co workers and gone elsewhere!So went to T n T tire and they fixed my car right! Too bad after 3 alignments and repairs here at Les. My new tires were shot! Thanks les for ruining my new set of tires! Now I have to replace the tires again! After paying Les Schwab 3 times for an alignment! Biggest waste of MONEY ever!

They were exceptionally great. I have a new car with dealership tires. I drive I-5 daily. I got a bolt and a piece of metal lodged in my tire causing a flat. They fixed the tire and reinstalled it at no cost. And they did fast, first thing Monday morning and with a great attitude. Customer service has improved here 10 fold and I cant recommend them enough.

Never been a one Stop service. I’ve always gotten work done and then had too return 3-4 times after atleast too fix what they couldn’t the first time in. Recently spent $1,000 on rims and they where lazy with balancing it and put the weights on direct opposite sides of the wheel. Took it back too figure out what was wrong and they did the same thing again. Finally a friend of mine was working on the third day and he took his time and fixed the problem. On my previous truck they broke a sensor when putting on new wheels and told me they wouldn’t rub with a new offset. They rubbed.. oh well I made it work myself. Went in too get the sensor fixed they still couldn’t fix it. Finally ended up having the store manager look 5 visits later and he couldn’t figure it out. Went too discount tire in Lacey and boom problem solved. If you’re in centralia I get it it’s convenient but don’t expect too have experts working on your stuff. Also they try and sell you on cheap quality lifts. Did the research on what they sell and it’s junk. I will say some of the staff are polite and kind but the quality of work has never left me satisfied.

Saturday evening my tire light came on in my car. So I made the decision to change to the doughnut tire and limp it home later. Thanks to my wonderful family for changing my tire for me. So I decided to wait until yesterday after work to take it to Les Schwab. Due to the location of the wire they were unable to repair it, and they didnt have my size tire in stock. So I tried Walmart. They didnt even carry it. So I called several different places to no avail. Finally my last resort, I called Centralia Schwabs thinking maybe because they run things a little differently than Chehalis I might have some luck. Im sure glad I did. Marisa Peterson answered the phone and I explained my dilemma to her on the verge of tears. She told me that she could set me up and have me on my way. Shout out to Centralia Les Scwabs for turning my really crummy day around. ❤❤
