Great place! The piercer was so nice to my 15yr old daughter getting her septum done. She made it comfortable and easy. In and out super quick.

Sasha provided me with my first piercing, an industrial, on 7/30/21. What a great shop to find on my travels! Extremely LGBTQ-friendly, and Sasha not only provided expert service and evaluation on my piercing, but, got a novice like myself up to speed on after-care, as well. Great place and fantastic customer service, I lost a 3/4 inch gauge in the pool at the great wolf lodge and black pearl had my back after a short phone call to the store, and a five minute drive, I had myself a very affordable replacement pair. Thank you guys so much.

I had my nose pierced here. clean, nice place. I was pierced by an apprentice and she did a great job! whole process took less than 20 minutes.

Jo was the tattoo artist that put my tattoo on we have to say that who gun was goal setting she did not draw any blood who gentleness and professionalism of which of tattoo gun was done in no time and the triple Goddess & the horned God was done to the way I wanted to see it actually well go back to her again everybody in the shop grade A people and you all seem to know what to doing.

I took my daughter there to get her second holes in her ears pierced for her 16th birthday. It was very clean and everyone was so nice. Kasey pierced her ears, she was so sweet and did an excellent job! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone needing piercings or tattoos.

Just got pierced here, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will absolutely not go any where else. Aaron had me laughting the whole time and was increadably informative about my new piercing. Prices are very reasonable and super friendly staff!

I think this is a great place. I came in this morning to get my nose pierced but Tom wasn’t there yet then I came in later to get it done and he still wasn’t there so I’m a little disappointed I had to go home twice with nothing done.

A girl named Joe had the opportunity to tattoo my wife on a Sunday around 1800. They advertised and bragged about being open long hours, seven days per week.I called Joe twice to confirm the time and after our arrival, she made several references about getting out of there and time being an issue. The tattoo was simple and discussed in the previous phone calls.After noticing this, I asked if she would like us to reschedule. She quickly responded, yes, and tried to take down our information. I facetiously and acrimonioisly said, well call you... Uh, no phone call ensued.

Completely unprofessional. Do not tell them any of your business or they will blast it all over online and throughout the community. If you deal with them be very careful what personal details you tell about yourself.

Booked an appt. for their Friday the 13th special. Mike tattooed one of the candles on my left wrist, he did an amazing job! Absolutely love the tattoo, they have a very friendly staff. Already have my next tattoo planned after this one heals. Will definitely reccomend black pearl to everyone, and thank you for the great tattoo mike!

This company LIED about their prices, i saw very unsanitary practices and it was not run well. i DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you would like a bad piercing for an unreasonable price.. very unsatisfied
