I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years! The staff is wonderful! In May I had my leg amputated and I called one day for some medicine and the pharmacist even got on the phone and just ask me How I was doing make me feel good! I do think they should move the drive-through at the other end of the store, they definitely weren’t thinking when they made the drive-through at the store! But not the workers here fault. Thanks for many years of great customer service
The worst Rite Aid Ive ever been too. Ive came back a few times to see if there customer service has gotten any better but it hasnt. Made an appointment for testing today and they only would do my daughter because they couldnt find my appointment. You guys obviously care so much I should call the health department.
This pharmacy used to be much better, but in the last year, theyve gotten very sloppy and unprofessional. Miss filling perscriptions, dont follow up on needed authorization, and general training issues. Very frustrating!!
0 star but no choice just 1 star here unfortunately. The pharmacist is sure spoiled and entitled . He’s rude, no apology and a jerk to the customer. He treated my husband like a 2nd rate citizen like he didn’t matter at all. Rite aid you should vet your pharmacist for good manners.

Rite Aid Pharmacy has an app to automatically fill your prescriptions, save money on their weekly ad.
Haven’t had a good experience with the pharmacy.. wouldn’t recommend
Ive been going to rite aid my entire life. They have been a great chain of stores throughout washington& other states. Dependable& accurate & when they make a mistake they quickly & most importantly make sure no harm of anyone has been done & quickly FIX WHATEVER NEEDS to be fixed!!
One of my favorite places to get snacks on my way home. I also pick up my prescriptions here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Loyal Rite Aid gold member for life.
Its a great place to shop for all your needs
Grow up. Stop blaming your customers. Just apologize when you don’t have the prescription ready when you said it would be ready.
This pharmacy miss-filled 2 out of 4 prescriptions for me within the past month. I just went in to exchange the second incorrect prescription and instead of accepting responsibility, the pharmacist entirely doubled down in defence of the mistake. He explained that they would fix it but really it was the manufacturers fault because the boxes are the same shape and color. Excuse me, WHAT!? Youre a pharmacist. Your entire job is to fill scripts accurately and ensure that the scripts you fill interact appropriately. You dont get to blame the manufacturer because you didnt bother to read the labels! Ill be transferring my prescriptions immediately.
The worst, kid working the counter with black curly hair was stoned out of his mind and a horribly rude individual does rite aid drug screen the staff maybe if they did they would have better customer service.
Ive been shopping at this rite aid for 4 years their service has been exceptional theyve gone to great lengths to help pick up medications that were not available locally. The team in the literally drove to pick up medications at another pharmacy so my wife could have her meds that she needed desperately to help her braids with her asthma. That kind of service is hard to come by but not at Centralia rite aid they go above and beyond thank you.
Not a lot of choices employees are usually very rude and have no idea what theyre doing or talking about theyre very unhelpful and very high prices
It is not my habit to write to complains, but what happened to me in this pharmacy is strange, they clearly lack professionalism, and they do not respect the patient’s privacy. I am a disabled person I have four surgeries suffer from severe pain.
This was the most horrible Rite Aid experience. I am standing in line ready to checkout when the cashier hollers out- Excuse me the self checkout only accepts credit cards. Clearly she thinks because I’m brown that I don’t have a card? Ok Karen. If you’re brown don’t come here unless you want to be racially profiled.
Love the Staff here and they have Great prices
No patienceNo compassionPharmacist will assume you don’t know how to follow instructions. We had an issue with pain during a COVID test and he insisted that we “continue to follow instructions” despite my partner being unable to continue. When asked about other solutions he recommended a spit test (??) but refuses to suggest anywhere instead telling us to “research it yourself” as if we didn’t already look at all the options around here. What hurt the most about our experience wasn’t the lack of guidance but the animosity and pure lack of compassion from him. He had no other information and instead of being honest and saying he didn’t know, he insinuated that we were dumb and we’re not wanting to research more.
The store is fine. This review is in regards to the pharmacy. Six weeks ago I had my wisdom teeth extracted. My husband received written prescriptions for my pain meds. He took them here to have them filled since weve used this pharmacy for years. It took two hours to have four prescriptions filled!Well, I chalked it up to a fluke. Someone called off, something happened. Not a huge deal.Today my daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. Took the prescriptions here for filling. I was asked when I needed them. I asked for as soon as possible since I wanted my kid to have oral pain meds before the neve blocks wore off.I was told 30 min, but theyd try to rush it. Cool. I wander the store for about 30 min, then go sit to wait by pharmacy.Ten minutes later they call my daughters name letting me know her meds were ready.Sweet! I get in line to pick them up. 20min later I get to the counter. Get told only one was ready. Asked why they called her name and how much longer since I was told 30 min an hour ago.Get told by the cashier that Ive only been waiting 20 min and theyll be ready when theyre ready.Appalling!I would strongly recommend you have your prescriptions filled elsewhere. The wait was unreasonable and the rudeness was unforgivable.
Will be transferring prescriptions out of rite aid. I will normally never leave a negative review, as I know first-hand how difficult working with the public can be, but this is absolutely ridiculous. To have and issue almost every month refilling prescriptions. Either the automated system says there are no refills left because it cant calculate a 2 month supply, or tells you it will refill and does not, or somehow you get enrolled it auto refill without asking to be and no one says a word, then you find out and ask for it to be cancelled, asked twice, and still issues and yet not one person has yet to apologize, just uhh and doesnt care. So of course one person will not ruin a franchise, however would be nice to leave feedback of the last 14 months of issues.
I have been using this pharmacy since May of 2015. I cant understand some the lower ratings because I have never had a problem with the pharmacy. They have always been courteous to me and family. Even under pressure, they have performed admerably. I have witnessed several rude and impatient people at the window that the employees must deal every day and yet they shake it off before the next person arrives at the window. Good for them!!
Quick to get thru lines, even when busy. Courteous and helpful employees. Decent prices for quality items. Pharmacy is open late in evening, so pickup for meds is very convenient, even has pharmacy drive up window.
Pharmacy staff is overwhelmed, as is anywhere right now.
I go to this Rite Aid frequently, as its a good option for quick needs vs the bigger busier stores. I have always had a pleasant experience. I fill all my and my familys prescriptions here too. The pharmacy staff isnt overly chipper or anything, but Ive never been treated badly.. I guess be nice to them and theyll be nice back. Simple human decency goes a long way.. Working with the general public isnt always the easiest job.
I come here because its close to my house but these people need to learn customer service!!!. The last time I went in there the girl calls me up front and doesnt even say hi to me and the next thing you know she is interacting with her co workers about why one of their co workers didnt show up to work and that you need to call them and let them know they need to come in so you can leave and why isnt he showing up blah blah.. They were all three talking about it the whole time I was there and I believe one of them was the manager. They need to take that to the back or when customers are not around, its unprofessional.
Needed a blood pressure monitors rite away. Looked on line, this store was closest. Omron bp7100. $34.99. So off I went. Got there and the same monitor was $57.99. I was shocked. I showed them the price and the said oh well that just an online price . It said I was shopping at the Harrison street store and they had one left. They would not honor the price. That is major price gouging. I will never trust their prices again. I checked more places on line. The average price is $36. I went to Walmart and paid $32. I understand online prices can be less but $23 less. It also usually says internet pricing. Rite aid should be ashamed. Dont shop there, they will rip you off
I like the drive through pharmacy pick up and usually not a long line for in store shopping.
Only two of the four people we saw working were wearing masks, and no social distancing between the staff was being practiced. I can only assume the staff do not believe in the risks posed by Covid-19. Pharmacies serve a disproportionately higher risk population, and this ambivalence towards a severe medical threat was infuriating. Also, we ordered the prescription a day ahead, and were still asked to wait half an hour when we came in for pickup.
Couldve been 5 if the pharmacist Heather wasnt so rude
As with all places, there are some nice and some rude workers. For the most part, most of the employees in both the pharmacy and front end seem disinterested and uncaring. There is one though who I absolutely love to see: Rene is my favorite of all time. Hes always helpful and bright when I see him. The store is a bit dirty on occasion, and they dont have a huge selection, but it is a small town pharmacy store.
The general merchandise associates are nice but the people at the pharmacy and always super backed up on prescriptions (making the wait long and the customers get pissy at them resulting in the pharmacy workers a bit grumpy at all the costumers). But other than that the store is generally very clean and well stocked. The registers move quickly so its a great place to make a quick stop (unless its a prescription! Then good luck! Youll be there forever).
The pharmacy is great they are all very helpful and usually very quick bout getting me in and out. The store itself although has a good selection is very expensive
Great customer service.
Their pharmacy SUCKS they said they would call us when the prescription was ready and they never did, then they didn’t give us the amount we were prescribed. Then the next day we came back at 5, they told us it would be filled at 1 and it still isn’t done, they told us to come back later so we will not be using them again.
Night manager needs better customer service skills .wasnt impressed with how they run there store.
Great RX option in the area!
Ive Always Loved the Friendly staff and Cashiers at this Rite Aid!!!!! Always nice to have conversations with as Im making my purchase :)
Have had poor customer service here. Its closer to me than any other pharmacy. I went there yesterday because my right kidney hurts. I looked and looked for what I needed with no luck. A young gal from the pharmacy happened to come by so I stopped her and asked. She wasnt sure so she asked someone else, which I appreciated but she returned unsure of what I needed so I explained it to her. She left again and when she returned she sent me to the other side of the store. To the personal care isle, not what I needed. I walked around for a while longer but finally left because I couldnt find the Azo.
Ive gone to this location for the past 15 years or so (used to take 20 min to fill a script) but I havent been there often in the last two years. Things have really gone downhill the staff was very incompetent and told me to have a four hour wait which I did, at which point they informed me they didnt have the prescription and it would be in tomorrow afternoon. We live over an hour and thirty minutes away so that wasnt very convenient for me. Yesterday my son had a prescription and it took around 4 hours to fill too. Plus when you ask a question to pharmacy staff they have to run around trying to find an answer, it wasnt even a prescription question! We transferred our stuff out of there after todays incident.
The store is mediocre, bit the pharmacy is horrible. I would never give that place my money after going in at 9 PM to get a prescription filled for my wife (just released from hospital for C-SECTION) and the pharmacist said it was too late and he would not fill it. I explained my wife situation, to which he said listen here bucko and started going off on me. Go to Safeway, if you use their app you can get a $25-$50 Safeway gift card for new prescription fill.
GO TO SAFEWAY ACTOSS THE STREET- The pharmacy should educate themselves on handing issues with insurance companies. They told me 5 times there was a new law at the start of the year and I was no longer able to get meds monthly. That it was only MY insurance, and EVERYBODY who has mine is dealing with it. They said I exceeded my limit for the 90 days, & couldn’t fill till March. Although I only get a 30 day supply not 90! I called my insurance, THANKFULLY all I needed was a pre-authorization from my insurance by dr. Pharmacy could see this in their system and didnt give me that info. There is 1 women who works there who is older with glasses. She is amazing & truly always does her best. But the other girls are very unprofessional and walk off to gossip and come back with random excuses why I wasn’t able to get my medication. They refuse to price match or accept good rx. I will never come back.
Most of the time we have a good experience. Definitely not on training day 😁
So, Im pretty sure the pharmacy is full of..... redneck idiots who drank way to much fluoride. They are rude, and dont know how to do their job. Ive been filling my prescriptions here for 4 years and I am so happy that I am moving out of this idiot town. To a city where people are actually decent and have half a brain. Im pretty sure all the village idiots got a job as a pharmacy tech at this rite aid. Dont fill your meds here. Go somewhere else! Youll be sorry you didnt listen to me.
One star because zero stars isnt an option. This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used in more than 50 years of using pharmacies this one tops the list of the worst. Unfriendly. Non-communicative. SLOW. If my health insurance didnt pretty much force me to use this scabby outfit, I wouldnt. Truly the butt crack of pharmacies!
I have had very good service here, they are helpful and courteous, i highly recommend Rite Aid Pharmacy
The pharmacy drive thru has got to be the slowest service ever, it is totally ridiculous. When I go to a drive thru I expect it to be fast service..if your Im a hurry dont get your prescription filled here.
Nice clean store, quick service, friendly employees.
Super great people, clean and Good selection
We have dealt with the same girl the last few times, blonde hair and a facial piercing. She must hate her job, shes incredibly rude, doesnt want to actually put effort in to helping you. Its fine if customer service isnt your forte, but admit it and do something else. And dont count on getting your prescription with any sort of speed. I called one in at 8 am, was supposed to be done by 2. Went in at 6:30 and had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through for them to fill it! The ONLY reason we go there is because they are the most common pharmacy, so no matter where we are I can get my prescriptions filled (in theory anyways) but once we are done traveling, we are switching away from Riteaid.
Open until 9pm on Saturday, that is great. Friendly staff.
This pharmacy used to be good. Now they are rude and the cost of their drugs are expensive to the point I wonder how people can afford it. I had been getting my cats meds here for seven years. But I had it filled for the last time in September. The cost had jumped from $10.00 to nearly $25.00. When I polity asked why such a huge increase I got a very rude we dont control the price. Then once at home I checked the medication and discovered that it was a different name and color. Retune to rite aid and got a hole different story. Said that they were having problems with their supplier. The thankfully it was the right medication. It turned out it was a generic brand I did get a refund of $5 I because I supposedly had a Discount Drug card. I still shop here for non prescription items, but I will not have any of my medications filled here in the future. By the way I found my cats medication at Walmart for four dollars. I would think twice about using this place.
Iwas in Rite Aid today and was shocked at how dirty it was around the building and parking lot it reflects at how the inside looks and what kinda impression one gets of the place just think of all the visitors we have come to our town and what their impression is You need to take more pride in your store and city
I dropped of a prescription at the pharmacy drive thru and wrote my sons birth date on it and left his insurance card with it and the girl who took it said nothing to me and just took it and walked away so I left and just went in the store to wait for pick up. So I walked around the store for awhile and then got in line to get it, She took her time not to only say I was the only one there! She then said what was the name I was waiting for I said my sons name she then said; Oh We couldnt feel it, because it was just left and had no information on it is I said ok really well you took it and I waited there a a few moments an you didnt come back so I just left. She then tells me they dont fill drop offs after 9, but I could pick up tomorrow. So I said okay Ill get it tomorrow. And I said what other information did she need that she couldnt fill it. Then all she asked me was if my son fill before and that was it! Shes ridiculous and needs to be fired. And I know they fill prescription after 9 cause I was there the night before at the same time dropped off my daughters prescription and picked it up by 9:45p So shes a liar. Last time I go there!! very rude uncaring employees! (p.s. she had reddish brown hair)
Weve been customers of Riteaid for about 20 years, all but that previous year at the store on 132nd Ave in Kirkland Wa, and now here in Centralia on Harrison St. We always had great service in Kirkland, friendly and skilled staff, and enough of them to run the pharmacy efficiently. So nothing prepared us for the Centralia store. Most of the staff is very brusque and uncaring. They always seem to have a reason why they didnt help the customer, and nothing seems to improve, even after Ive written to their corporate office several times. Well be checking around to see if we an find a better balance of cost and customer service than this store. It might help if theyd staff enough for the huge amount of business they get there too. No one there really wants to do the job of face to face with customers, and avoid it as much as possible. Having worked in customer services for decades, I believe these issues are always due to poor management.
Never had a problem with customer service and they always help me find what I was looking for and their prices were always good for what I need it
Extremely slow service regardless of how early you call in advance. Plan to wait at least 20 minutes and up to 2 hours after you arrive for them to have your prescription filled.
Terrible long lines, drive thru is badly designed, blocks traffic. Switching to Safeway!!
Staff are not friendly, they are slow slow slow, and expect to spend some time on hold... poooor pharm.
Horrible costumer service both on floor and especially at the pharmacy... Will be going to Safeway from now on,,, Horrible horrible service plus I think there cashiers at pharmacy are high on pills
Very bad experience, not recommended for a patient who needs immediate attention
Terrible customer service and very slow.
Great store, friendly staff
If you want to be treated badly, and DONT want your prescription filled then go here.
Very bad attitude in pharmacy have had many arguments with staff.
Very very snotty staff. Not helpful at all. Do not use the pharmacy here. Horrible.
Staff is friendly, drive thru options, dog treats
The Pharmacy people are rude but other then that i like the store
Extremely rude pharmacy staff.
Love this place
