My boyfriend purchased a used car from Bi Right a few months ago. Within the first week of owning it, the battery had an issue. We experienced a wobble at slow speeds so the car was taken in for service. A few days later the car was allegedly repaired, but both tires went flat within the hour of getting it home. We filled them up, only for both front tires to go flat on the freeway. We didnt even make it the distance from our on ramp to the next exit. If we hadnt had a spare, we would have been stranded on the side of the freeway, just hours after bringing the car home from being fixed. The car was taken in again for repair, and again, flat tire within hours.Youd be better off going to Danny Devitos character in Matildas shop.UPDATE: Just 6 days after posting my review, the car is useless on the side of the road again. What a joke.
Great service
Its always a great experience.
Great experience!!!
I had heard from friends, and read reviews before going to this place to purchase a vehicle. I was really disappointed. I do understand that a used vehicle is not, perfect, or, showroom quality. But I do expect it to last more than a day. I bought a 2003 Chevy S-10. Nice looking truck that I only needed to get me to and from work, a trip of just 10 miles, (round trip). I was told that the AC worked fine, but it didnt. It was recharged, and still didnt work, and was told, sorry. It didnt even make it 10 miles. Before I could even get it home from the dealership, the service engine soon light was on, and a headlight burned out. I told myself that it was an older truck and not to worry. I drove it to work that night, and then home. It sat in the driveway for the next two days before I jumped in it only to find that the battery was dead and there were no lights left on. At the end of the day? My wife and I sunk what little savings we had left into a truck that we will now have to spend more money on just to get to the point where I can use it to get back and forth to work. Would I recommend Kens cars to a friend? No. I would tell them to use any car dealership other than kens cars.
There is just something about buying a car from a small town family owned business. Ken the owner is great to deal with he found exactly the rig I was looking for, and when an unexpected problem arose he went out of his way to make it right! When it comes time for a new rig I wouldnt think of shopping anywhere else. Thanks again Ken!!!!
Looked at a car thereGood selection
Great customer service. The owner and staff are great to work with and they have an excellent mechanic. If you are looking for a good used vehicle this is the place to go!!!!
Great locally owned business! Great customer service! If you are looking for any sort of used vehicle, i highly suggest you check them out first!
Ken and his son Kenner have always gone above and beyond to keep my service vehicles on the road. Highly recommend
Good honest work at a fair price.
Great place tho buy a used car, truck or SUV.ALSO a great mechanic shop.
Great small town auto sales and repair shop. good people.
Great place to do business and find a clean pre owned car or truck.
I bought a 2001 f250 4x4 for $12,000 and soon as I drove off the lot the passenger window quit working and the heater only works when it wants to. 2wks later the spark plug blows and now need Heli Coil so I fix that and now now compression in the Cylinder and he wont give me the time of day. I got paper showing me all the options in my Vehicle that he had in truck and not all work, believe me after talking to Mechanic something needs to be done about this. This is the first Vehicle Ive paid and went all out on and now dont have the $4,000 to fix while I still making payments. Bought 3months ago and thought I better share my experience with Bi-Right Motors. I cant believe the Owner wakes up in the morning thinking he makes an honest living.... Guy
Their a great family business, i would recommend them to all of my family and friends. :)
The owner was very nice and honest.
