Like the fact that auto zone is more than happy to help their customers, they dont treat you like you are wasting their time by them helping you with your car. Used to be able to get help at OReilly but now I have had too many bad experiences with all the staff at all 3 of the ones close by that I WILL NEVER GO TO OREILLYS AGAIN!!!! Plus OReillys staff treat you like you are a waste of time for asking for help, or even coming in to their store.

I have been turning wrenches up here since 2019. Spent tens of thousands of dollars at the OReillys and AutoZone half a mile apart up Harrison Avenue since. I actually quit going to this AutoZone for a while because they had more employees working there who couldnt count past ten without taking their shoes off than not, that I actually wound up arguing with over differences in part sizes. I had to get a throttle body gasket set for a TBI 350 and wound up at AutoZone. Theres an employee named Crystal who found it in the computer system in less than three minutes, verified fitment, got it off a shelf in less than half a minute, and I got the vehicle back on the road in two hours like nothing went horrifically sideways.That is exactly the type of A - grade professional, customer service that I expect from an auto parts store, on par with the old school counter men from the seventies, not some dishonest, juvenile-mentality ex-car salesmen turned cashiers not wanting to hone up to simple mistakes and I commend her for raising the bar at this store.Since, Ive got a commercial account and had fair dealings with some new workers, and this place seems to be on the right track to turning over a new leaf. Heres hoping it keeps going.

Amazing customer service!!!My car battery died while I was in Good Will parking lot. My granddaughter and I walked to Auto Zone to buy a Jumpstart, they did not have what I needed. So A_ _ _ _n offered to walk over to where my car was and give it a jump with their machine.They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!! A grateful Grandma

My passenger windshield wiper quit working and a local auto repair told me I needed a costly new motor. I decided to just replace the drivers side blade. When I went to Auto Zone for the blade the very helpful employee Josh put the new wiper on for me. He said he thought he could fix the passenger side and he did! It was a loose bolt. I am very grateful for his help today. He saved me hundreds of dollars that I might have otherwise been robbed of and went above and beyond to help me. Auto Zone owners take good care of him. He is kind and knowledgeable and also great with the upsale. I also bought windshield water repellant. 🌞

Brandon B. Has truly gone above in beyond is customer satisfaction (his speciality according to him) he personally repaired all 4 of my flat tires with the appropriate amount of duct tape. He also helped my grandma (Grammy Dorothy) with her memory issues. Brandon is the miracle worker of auto-zone. Without him I truly believe the company would have succumb to bankruptcy and possibly worse. I am extremely satisfied with my service today. Long live auto zone. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Really was not impressed with the assistance I got. They really showed no interest. Listened a bit and gave me the 1st thing the thought. Was an additive that had nothing to do with the issue. Went down the road, explain my situation and had what I needed, was out the door 9n my way home in 15 min.

My favorite auto center is autozone they are friendly always willing to help and do anything to make my experience pleasant and thats hard to find these daysQuality service as far as im concernedOrielies not so much actually total disappointment never will go there again! I love Autozone in any town or stateMust be they way they train them or the care they put into picking there employees or bothI like napa to but autozone is closer to my place now...

Cheaper than orileys, although the man with the wierd voice was not very helpful. He was rude, and annoying, I couldnt understand what he was saying half the time.....

My cars battery died. I was hours from home. It was raining and getting dark. I asked but no one would help me. I walked to auto zone and was going to buy a jump box but found out it didnt come already charged. The guy at the store gave me a ride back to my car and used his jump box and got my car started for me. Wonderful service.

They are wayy bigger than ORileys so Id imagine they have wayy more plus they beat ORileys prices by a ton

Honestly kind of glad that your employee was extremely rude and couldnt get the POS system to accept payment because if it wasnt for her, we wouldnt have gone to OReillys and saved $1.62.Edit: Just looked at my bank info and your employee tried to REFUND my debit/credit card instead of charge it, which is why none of the three cards issued by three different banks would go through.So it looks like your employee humiliated us because she cant run the register 🤷🏽‍♀️

Atrocious customer service. I stood in line for 10 minutes behind the ONLY other customer in the store and saw 6 different employees look directly at me but not say a word to me. I simply wanted to make a purchase but gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere.

I ended up at AutoZone because I had a malfunctioning windshield wiper. It was an extremely rainy night and I knew I couldnt make it to Portland without replacing it.The gentleman that helped me showed me the options, including low and high end, with a best of in each of the categories. When I purchased one, he offered to come out and install it. Such a nice gesture!The prices were competitive and the service was outstanding!

No customer service, super rude and demeaning, and left me in the middle of helping me. Richard saw what happened and as I was about to storm out, he stepped in and apologized for her behavior and was able to fully help me with everything I needed. As well as save me a trip to a second store because autozone had the household tools I needed as well!Hats off to the manager Richard and if you have to deal with a Raychel please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere or ask for someone else !!

Went for JB weld. Was not upsold for something more expensive. Paid less for what I needed than what I was going to buy after consulting the cashier. Place is brand new and super clean, even in the parking lot. Made me and my buddy happy to not have been told to buy the most expensive option for a very simple job. Highly recommend this location

Very helpful and friendly people working there. Diagnosed my check-engine light for free in the pouring rain. Turned out to be a bad O2 sensor that they had in stock. Even gave me some pointers on changing it - things that I hadnt even thought of.

They tested my starter I pulled and brought to them and said it was bad. Turns out after they sold me a new $140.00 starter I still had the same problem. After replacing the battery (purchased elsewhere) my car now runs fine.

I just called this store to ask about a part that I bought in Oregon that turned out to be defective. The guy that answered was like talking to my disrespectful, arrogant and know it all condescending 16 year old son. He was argumentative, rude, sarcastic and triggered me like a Liberal caught in a Trump rally. I will never take my money to another autozone for the rest of my life. If I wanted to be treated badly I would have called my son.

Are you happy with these guys we need to buy a quick connect for heater core for a Chevy aluma computer saying the Hanuman stock they couldnt find them cuz an employee didnt put them back on the shelf on the return it when they sold to me they found the check them which I did too at the counter but it was still in the package cleanest person at Bonham return them by the back as he broke one of them to put it back in the package not cool

Asked to exempt me from sales tax since Im an Oregon resident. The cashier didnt know how to do it and called the manager in who told me that they dont do that here once you get 10 miles north of the Oregon border they dont process sales tax exempt. I walked out and went up to Napa in tonight oh and they processed my tax exempt status and charge me $20 less for the same bulbs.

They usually have what I need. But, the average staff member always tells me I do not need special tools most of the time, I did.Now that the human is gone, I resort back to my phone and Google. :-(

Lock your doors before you close out your registers! If a customer is allowed to enter the building 3 min.s to close they should be allowed to make a purchase or refund without issue!
