Sarah and Shandel were helpful during my visit. James, a checker need to improve his customer service. I was standing at the lobby infront of his checkstand. He could have asked if I need help or to call for a customer support at the lobby. The intercom is right next to him. He looked at me and immediately avert his gaze. I was at Savon pharmacy and it is crazy there. Long lines.

A very large and clean store. It is also very well stocked.

Only about half of the customers are masked most times Ive been here and those without masks are getting way too close and cozy. If you arent masked at least keep your distance from those of us that dont wish to be exposed. I suppose its futile to expect people that dont care enough to mask to respect social distancing and since the management of this store in particular arent doing anything to encoura

I love Mondays and Fridays here where you can get 8 piece dark meat chicken fried or grilled for only $5

The employees are always friendly and go out of there way to help you. This store is always clean and the quality of perishable food is impeccable so you feel comfortable buying for your family.

For Christmas open 9-5pm. Very busy and staff minimal, yet excellent job on management to call on staff to cover registers. Well done. Only one checker with 15+ in line and within just a few minutes 4 checkers were on board. Excellent quick coverage. All staff were polite and extended more than expected service. Well done. I was looking for a place to stop on my cross-state drive and also buy some water / snacks. Glad that this Albertsons closes late so that I could come in pretty late at night and get all I wanted done.BTW I noticed that some cakes in the chilled dessert section are already one plus month old (past expiration)...that seems very unacceptable.

I love Albertsons, the Just for You, app lets you clip coupons as Im literally walking through the store. I can always get exactly what I came for, and normally find a sale or Just for You electronic coupon, I can clip right there.I had a total at the register for $146, and change. But the time she took my electronic coupon, which was for $30, off if I spend $70, and another $10, off for a couple other electronic coupons I clipped,. So the cashier applied my savings, which brought my total to $106. $40, savings. The lady behind me asked, how did you do that?

Great store with decent prices, but employees dont care if you get harassed by other customers.

I made an appointment to get the Covid vaccine here and when I showed up to get it, they told me that not enough people are getting it today so you can come back later. So I went and got it from an actually reliable place that honored their appointments. Ill never spend another dime at an Albertsons for the rest of my life.

I went in, in the morning to do my shopping. There was an obviously new checker. Very nice I am a regular customer, I purchased an item that was on sale for $2.47 so I got two. Regular price $5.99 I would not purchased if not on sale because your store brand in always lower priced. I told the checker I had beer under my cart for her to scan. She was very slow because of being new I’m sure. I reminded her again about the beer and moved the cart around to the end to make it easer for her. She still forgot and was about to ring me out when I stoped her and had her ring up the beer. When I got home I went over my receipt because it didn’t seem right. There were a couple of things rung up wrong and I was not given the sale price for the two items.When I went back to the store to show them I was met by a very rude person asking what I needed in a voice rude and loud enough for the whole store to hear and made me feel like someone just trying to get money back. If that’s how I was I could have walked out of the store with $28 worth of beer.She was very rude with a very loud voice. I have been shopping at the store 2 to 3 times a week for the last six years and I am now too embarrassed to go back !

The bakery!! I order a cake and changed my order a few times causing a hiccup but baker Rachel saved the day!! Not only did she decorate the perfect 1st birthday cake she made sure everything went smoothly for me!! I appreciate that so much, we missed out on a lot of traditional things with covid the 1st birthday was very important to me to be perfect!! Not only was the cake perfection but it tasted amazing and was baby approved!!

3/3/21 We went today and thought we would try the Chicken Gordon Blue and The Chicken wrapped with bacon and stuffed with mushrooms. Because they finally got some and last time they was small and upset our stomachs this time the same thing had a funny taste and grizzle. Not impressed and We do not what happened but where ever you are getting them it sucks. Need to make them fresh. Would be better.

Great store. Very clean and well kept. The checkers are always friendly and seem to be pretty quick with getting people rung up and out the door.Not a whole ton to say, I mean if youve ever been to Safeway or Vons, that is the same stores as Albertsons as they are all owned by the same organization.Anyways, its a chain grocer, not sure what else I can say other than they are my number one major chain grocer.

Albertsons in Central Point is always awesome and welcoming! The store is in tip top shape everytime I shop there and I appreciate it, it also family friendly and the cashiers are always consistent. Im sure if you shop there you would experience the same positive energy as I do.

Albertsons store located in Central Point, In this day with pandemic this store is clean, has good sales on many food prices and products. Not to forget a good all around quantity of products on shelves and meat product to necessities items. One draw back is the US Bank that is located inside . They have discontinued Bank services. No fault of Albertsons of this highly used customer service bank. Ill has effected patrons from coming and shopping due to bank was open and now closed.

The staff is friendly. Its never very crowded when I go there. some of their items they want almost double where you can get elsewhere, then they could put a coupon on the price so it looks like youre getting a deal. Coke Zero for example.

Clean & roomy.this is a larger store so it has a large selection.

I like shopping there but its sister store Safeway has a bigger selection.

Digital n good weekly deals

The pharmacy is typically OK with filling human medications, but had a prescription called in for my dog and they completely dropped the ball and did not care. As someone who often calls in prescriptions for people’s pet, most pharmacies clarify spelling and any dosage concerns. They claimed to not have filled any medications for me before despite them being the only pharmacy that fill my asthma inhaler, after going back and forth it final occurs to them that they spelled my name wrong. Then they reveal that they won’t be able to get the prescription in for another 4 days. When asked why they did not relay that to my boss(the doctor who called the prescription) I got a shrug of the shoulders and a half hearted sorry. Now my pup gets to spend the next two days without his medications because they simply didn’t care to put the effort in.

If I cant get what I need at Rays, I will be sure to find it at Albertsons.

Albertsons is a decent grocery store to shop. It isn’t my preferred place to stop at, but I occasionally do if I’m in the area instead of driving farther somewhere else. They do have a variety of food, household, and personal care products. They do not have much for organic/natural foods or products, which is one of the reasons I don’t prefer Albertsons. The main reason is that everything is a bit more expensive than other stores.

Just a quick trip to pick up a few things. It was around 9:00 pm so there werent too many customers. The checker was a sweetheart. She was nice to everybody but not in a canned way. I think sincere is a better description of the way she acted.I havent been to Albertsons much lately since theyre now the same store as Safeway only because Safeway is closer to my house.Im glad I decided to stop in since I was in Central Point. It made the rest of my evening quite pleasant.

Not usually one to shop anywhere but Fred Meyer but since its closer to home I go here. You can find really good deals if you are frugal enough. Also use your coupons it really helps.

We always come here for their fried chicken...8 pieces for 7.99. They also have baked, but I havent tried it. If you go earlier in the day/evening its fresh and soooooo good!!

Every time I go its always tons of fun! These guys are awesome boat pilots!! 56 people on our rise everyone loved it!!! We took the dinner trip and the food was outstanding including the beer and wine. We read Bo on the blue heron Bo has lots of facts on the area and lots of fun family stores that were great #1 thing to do with family and friends. Its so much fun almost everyone I know has done it several times.

Nice, clean, updated store with a fantastic butcher shop with many partially prepared meats (stuffed, marinated, etc.) ready to take home to cook. Nice produce too. Easy I-5 access.

I came in for beer and the pharmacy. This pharmacy is average at best. The pharmacist is knowledgeable but the associates are not that friendly. The associates at the checkout in the grocery store are super friendly and overall the store appearance is very clean and organized.

Albertsons on West main, should go to this Albertsons on how to cook chicken! This store seems to be better organized. My only complaint is just 1 cashier, ringing up customers. The self serve seemed larger, then the rest of registers combined!! I should have figured, I hit this store on a good day. On October 16, got their chicken, since I live in Medford, this trip shouldnt be necessary. Upon my arrival home, found the chicken was literally pink, definitely dangerous to eat, needed to be put in the oven, to finish. I, also was stopping by employee, about donating, not at the registers, but as I was still shopping. I reported this to the cashier, she look bewildered, as if to say, what was I talking about! However did she call for a manager, anyone in management, no!! I still dont know if this was a scam, or sanctioned, by the store? I, will no longer visit this Albertsons and neither should you!! Danger, Danger Will Robinson, uncooked food, accosted, while shopping, what does this store have to offer NOTHING!!

Prices have always been kind of high compared to other grocers, but store is clean and well maintained. Wish Albertsons hadnt bought Safeway; all this did was reduce competition and cause prices at Safeway stores to go way UP 🤨

At times you will be backed in line to checkout with 15 or more in line in front of you good deli but they leave their shopping carts all over including in front of other businesses when I mentioned that there where carts over in front of ATT and Premier Martial Arts the employee told he didnt get paid enough to walk that far.....

Sorely disappointed with their customer service and especially with their employee Susan G. who absolutely put out NO, thats 0% effort to get me change for a $100 bill. Your self checkouts dont take cash. The U.S. bank was closed (and they only give change to their own customers). Ive broken $100 bills here 4-6 other times no problem. Even when they dont have it in customer service tills theyd walk just 20 ft over to an unmarked door and 3 min later come out with the needed change.Susan however didnt bother with any of that. Without even looking under the bill drawer she said she didnt have change. The older gal working the other cash register said in an aside comment to her she thought she might have enough, she just needed to finish the customer in front of her. Susan then went and stood behind and barely waited 45 seconds before looked at me and said they couldnt do it. The other gal hadnt even finished with her customer yet and there was no chance to even check the till.Slow checkouts with newer employees doing their best are one thing, an employee who wont lift an eyelash or at the worst for her take 20 steps and a minute of her time to SERVICE A CUSTOMER? It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I love that this Albertsons is less than a mile from where I live. It makes it nice to pick up those items you forgot when you went shopping or youre just craving something and its so close. I gave it a 4 star because their prices are high! I would not recommend doing your regular shopping there since the prices are double and triple the cost of some of the other stores. I prefer when doing my major grocery shopping to go to Food 4 Less or Sherms. I only pick up small items at Albertsons when I dont feel like going all the way to the other stores.

Love the avocados here, cookies and if you go to their meat department they have some great handmade options for seasoned or stuffed dinners that are fresh. Lots of options in the stores for vegans, whole 30, gluten free or any kind of diet. One of the few Albertsons that I have see carrying doughnuts with cereal or candy. The one thing I would go to Safeway instead of them over is the fresh soups and hot foods at Safeway like potato soup or chicken fried rice are delicious.
