I bought my new 3016 tractor from Rick and Wade several years ago. I was a new owner and had lots of questions. I felt no pressure and got all my questions answered. Price was reasonable, customer service was excellent. They were always friendly and helpful even from the office, Debbie has been cheerful and friendly on the phone and in person. I love my tractor and have worked the heck out of it. They have always been eager to do the servicing/repairs quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Farm equipment. They feel like family.

I am pleased with this business. I recently purchased a front end loader from Rogue Valley Equip. and had them install it on my tractor. They did an excellent job. Both sales people and shop people were great to deal with. All very helpful. The unit was quickly installed. I give these folks an A+.

This would be a a -5 star rating if possible. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! The worst service Ive ever encountered . After being passed over two times wile waiting the owner lady(I think the owner, old gal) finely asked me if I had been helped. I said I was waiting for one of the guys with a technical question. After asking me what, as I take a breath to explain in detail she stops me (with her hand up in my face) and says if you dont want to talk to me let me know. At this point you can only imagine what Im thinking. All I say (very calmly and cool) is damn lady as I calmly turn and start to walk out. As I get almost to the door one of the guys says can I help you all I say is thats ok buddy and his response was dont come back! Never in my life have I EVER seen such a unprofessional business. I guess Ill get that $460 Bush hog gear box from CENTRAL EQUIPMENT at 3008 Biddle road Medford OR. But thats ok Rogue Vally Farm its just small potatoes to you, right?
