Wife and I always have a list of items that only Costco carries. Always a big surprise to what well find there. This time I scored on this great tasting coffee ☕😄. Cheers!!

Always great. Spent too much but dont get there too often. Most were wearing masks. Quick,friendly checkout.

Got gas. They have to fill it for you in Oregon, the staff working were running around going as fast as possible, all while masked up and it was hot. They deserve big kudos for working so hard.

The Costco here in Central Point is pretty good. They have some of their staff that will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you out. Others, not so much. But you basically know what to expect when you walk into just about any Costco. My only little nudge about this particular one, is that a few times my family will go in and find a food item that we really enjoy, only to come back a couple weeks later, and its now out of stock or discontinued..Not the end of the world, but a tiny bit frustrating when youre trying to feed kids. Other than, your basic, decent Costco Location.

Thats nice and clean. The lanes go fast and they have a good selection of items. And Im glad they dont close the food court down at the exact minute the store closes like other Costcos. The staff is helpful and everything moves at a good speed.

Enjoy going. My kids love it. Hard to bring my autistic son as the carts are large and up high I cant get him in the child seat of the basket. Would be cool to see a special needs cart or a cart where you can fasten your child or special needs person.

I love Costco. Probably too much. The only issue with this place is too many options and too many great things! We spent far too much money, but it was worth it! Stocked up on food and household supplies. It was clean inside and everyone was very helpful.

Well looks like everything is up and running as normal including the food court. I went in for a couple of things and came out with over $300 worth of stuff. But the deals were so great that I could not pass up the purchases. This time I bought things in bulk or by the case and then I got some of those green olives stuff with garlic and jalapenos oh my goodness but I digress or did I? Not sure. Anyway sister and I picked up some really good deals had a good time looking around shopping.

Had some business at the membership desk. Jason was so helpful, pleasant, and was done in a flash. I was able to get the rest of my shopping done and out of there pretty quickly.

Going to Costco Tuesdays or Thursdays during the 9 to 10:00 a.m. senior hours helps me feel safe enough to shop in store. Lots of spacing between customers. I can get in-and-out during those times

The churro was unique because it had apple and chocolate flavor, unlike the other ones from other cities. Also, the soda was fresh because it was good as cold enough to drink it with full of ice. Would recommend it to go there since they were delicious to taste.

Costco? 5 Stars. Whats really special that people dont know about Costco is they have a full-blown discount vacation package air lines n rooms complete, when youre a member. they own shares in big hotel resorts all over the place and have travel deals all over the country I didnt know that? I give Costco five golden stars for outstanding performance in a field of large movements of wholesale products in bulk. Costco people really keep the tempo up mini I see running a back-and-forth assisting people.fast check out and theyve got a great Pharmacy. you already know that. whats not to like ? During a pandemic why Costco was a major player in helping out the public make it through the long shortages. Go team Costco

If you have never been here shame on you, JK, but seriously get down here. There is so much stuff. Better than any other grocery place. They have the best snacks to get from their Kirkland brand. Such an amazing place. Just make sure to not get lost in all the isles. Such a good place.

My husband and I have been on a road trip for 11 days with our 4 kids, we decided to stop at this Costco for gas and phones my husband just started having trouble with his, as we were walking in my kids went ahead of me because they needed to use the restroom since we had been in the car for hours Luis L.at the front door wouldn’t let them through when I was clearly not far away because they needed their member card which they are clearly not old enough to have one. Then went to look at phones and Mitch was extremely rude and clearly not wanting to work he said they were out of the ones we wanted and didn’t want to check if they had them anywhere else or help find another instead he told us to go to T-Mobile and we can get it financed which we never finance anything and never asked about that. We pay to have a membership, so to be treated so poorly is extremely frustrating and this Costco really needs to reevaluate their employees.

I just moved here from out of state. Very nice to know that this Costco has all of the usual Brands I purchase and enjoy. Only downfall is I can no longer get the Kirkland Signature Scotch no more😢

Costco is a great store and a very big store. When trying to find an employee to help you, this seems to be impossible. Totally on your own when shopping there.

Shopping at this Costco was a pleasant experience. I will be back to give myself plenty of time to enjoy the isles. I hear next week (6-18-2021) Costco will be doing their free food samples again. So looking forward to that.

The pharmacist are completely rude and must live a miserable life!! No one is smiling or happy, they talk to you like you are worthless. Its a shame everyone behind the counter has the same demeanor. Treating my 82 year old grandmother the way they did, Costco Pharmacy should be ashamed!! Must make you all feel good to make so many feel bad!

Only Has 3 or 4 rideing carts for Handicapped people. Had to wait over and hour to get one for my mother. With all of medford and Klamath going over to shop you would think they would have more Riding carts. 30 handicapped parking spaces 4 carts total BuS.When one dose come out you have 4 to 5 old people fighting over it.

It looks like Costco no longer is requiring masks. There were about thirty unmasked people in the store today. This will be my last trip here for awhile. The Governors​ requirement is still in effect, and it appears Costco doesnt care about the health of its employees or customers.According my checker, Costcos lawyers have told them that the mask mandate should no longer be enforced by Costcos employees. So masking is now just suggested at Costco. If that makes you uncomfortable you should stop using Costco. I know this was my last trip there for the foreseeable future.Update: I just talked to Eric, one of the managers at Costco, and he said the lawyer story isnt true. He has no explanation as to why thirty people could be in the store without masks. Im still not going back anytime soon.

Love this Costco. They let me buy the floor model of an outdoor playset for my son. I had been meaning to get it but when it went on sale they flew out the door. I was so lucky to have such a nice manager who let me buy the already put together floor model. My son loves it!

Gotta love Costco and the variety they have with a lot of good prices. Best gas prices too. Food court great to grab a quick snack too. Employees were nice, store and bathrooms appeared clean.

You can buy enough for days on end. Always good fuel prices compared to local stations. The lines can be long at times so be patient. The $4.99 chicken in the deli feeds the family and is way better than fast food.

What is there to say about Costco? Great prices and I found everything I wanted. Costco is my go-to store for most everything I buy.

Quite possibly the best Costco shopping experience Ive ever had it wasnt crowded everybody was friendly and nice and actually spoke English whenever I asked a simple questionThe returns lady was little bit on the Rough Side anytime you offer service without a smile there might be an issue.. but at least she was quick

For a Saturday it wasnt very crowded and there were plenty of associates to answer questions, find items, etc. and theyre all very friendly, cheerful, and go out of their way to find an item for you.

It’s busy. But what Costco isn’t? Lines move very fast, and I have never felt like I’ve been waiting to check out for twenty years like I have in some other Costco’s.

I was very disappointed to find out that Costco prioritizes anti-maskers money over their workers lives. They ask at the door but if someone refuses Costco has decided they would rather have money over heathy workers.

Always a great selection. The staff at customer service arent very savvy and they take a long time to get you set up. We did have to tell them our address four different occasions before they actually got it right. But overall a nice Costco.

Tried to buy a new phone and it didnt happen because of technical errors with the phone company but Martin who was helping me was awsome because he exhausted all avenues until it just wasnt gonna happen. So needless to say but the customer service was exceptional

I try to go early as it is less crowded. There is a good variety of items to buy but most packaged goods are geared towards families.

Everyone I shop here I am amazed at how quickly I can checkout. Warehouse is always clean and staff are very friendly.

I agree with other reviews here that customer service is great and products are great...until COVID hit. There are staff (especially greeters and security) that are looking for conflict. They cant wait for you to move your mask down to itch your nose or examine a product.They love the power and they love having an excuse to chastise you. Order online or dont go in.

Was very disappointed this week when we saw a dog in a car that had been parked over 30 minutes. The temperature had been over 100 degrees that day. It was over 90 degrees when we observed this dog. When we contacted staff at Costco to page the owner because the dog was in what appeared to be getting stressed in the hot car, they refused. They said management would now allow them to page for the owner. Absolutely unacceptable. Finally 20 minutes later the owner strolled out and left. Very disappointed in their customer service

Computer says no. Its not my fault nobody booked an appointment. So you make me wait 2 hours to unload 2 pallets as punishment? There is a bald gross man that works at this Coscto named Michael. Every time I have an encounter with him he is very rude. I went through quick check today and he was working there. I had my hands full and I said can I please have a box? His response was they are over there under the busy registers. Really . I asked someone else and they got me a box

Good prices like all Costcos. Park by the tire service center for better parking during peak hours. Really clean. Only one exit that I found that lets you turn left on table rock road

Just went to have my hearing aids turned up and serviced. Couldnt leave without buying a rotisserie chicken. 5 bucks, wow.

I was in the hearing aid section. The people there are absolutely wonderful and the hearing aids are great. People were being good about distancing.

I like this store. But Im old. No place to sit n rest a tiny bit. And, they move stuff a lot. One week its here, next week its there. Five stars if there were some form of direction signs... as to where stuff is? Otherwise a great place to shop. And no cake mixes? Hm.

Brenda in the Optical Department gave us excellent customer service!!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable!!! She made sure my husbands new glasses were properly adjusted even though one nose piece was being difficult and she helped me pick out 2 perfect pairs of frames...both prescription & sunglasses!!!

I have been a member since 1989. For last 2 years the desert menu has deteriorated. Fruit pies are seldom available. Here it is February 2021 and there are no sweatpants in any department. Very disappointing. In general my experience was satisfactory but not overwhelming.

Love Costco, yesterday was a optical day. It was Mothers Day and it was a pleasure to see the families.

Ageist policies only allowing shopping at certain hours based on age, they should be ashamed of themselves. All members pay the same amount but are actively discriminated against.

Love costco! The only concern is it is way to crowded. Today trying to merge from one isle to the next reminded me of LA traffic. Perhaps its time to open another store on the Klamath side of the hill.

If you go to Freddys instead, you can get the good sanitizing wipes in the canister .You can get most of the items here cheaper elsewhere, its just a matter of convenience .
