Walgreens corporate should have figured out how to fix their current staffing issues before buying the local BiMart locations. What a mess. They cant staff their current locations and have not communicated their reduction in hours to the public in an effective way, which has resulted in my Mom not being able to fill her prescriptions several times. I will be filing a complaint with my Moms insurance company.

This is the only Walgreens store I shop at, not anymore! The staff has always been a little rude, no big deal I get what I need and get out. However this last experience was the worst! I spoke with the manager on duty regarding an online curbside order I placed, she was extremely rude and told me to call back the next day. I waited until 5pm and called back the next day because I still never got a confirmation that my order was ready but my card had been charged. She was even more rude this time! She was talking over me when I was trying to explain the situation, wouldnt even listen to a word I was trying to say, told me to call the 800 number and hung up on me! I called back to get her name, which was Rickie, so that I could talk to a manager about the way I was treated, she hung up on me again! Unfortunately the actual manager is out for 10 days but I will absolutely be contacting him when he returns. Rickie should not be in any type of management position and needs some serious training in customer service. I am still in shock over the way that I was treated. I work in customer service and would be mortified if I ever heard one of my employees treat someone the way she treated me. Totally unacceptable Rickie!

Will never be in your store again cashier very arrogant and rude please address the way you train your employees also made me get my wallet for cigarettes then when I drove home and got it I came back with i.dalone and he said he will not sell them to me until my mom comes back with her I.d too Im 38yrs old I mean come on.. p.s.dark haired guy was casier at 8:30 pm ish.

It took them 3 days to fill my prescription. Went to get it, no parking spaces. The drive through was in the street. Went online to do express check out and they offered express delivery. I did that. 5 days later I still dont have my prescription. I got sick yesterday because its been a week without my prescription. I called 3 times today...held for 45 minutes the first time and hung up. Held 33 minutes the 2nd and hung up. Finally got through on the 3rd try...they said only 1 pharmacist works there now, so extremely bad service. Walgreens must trying to go out of business. DO NOT USE EXPRESS DELIVERY. ITS A JOKE

Im here from out of town visiting my 80 year old mom. Im having a flare-up of graph vs host disease after a transplant in 2020. My team called and spoke to a pharmacist about a medication they want me on right away. The pharmacist said they would call me directly when it came in today. I called at 4:45pm and they said they have no orders under my name...I mean, really? Ill be going a whole other day at least feeling crummy. If this were a worse case if GVHD is be in the hospital. Really dropping the ball. Scrambling to find somewhere thats not central point to fill it.

I am not surprised to see the poor reviews for this place. Im not sure what is worse, the high prices or the rude service.I was supposed to get a covid test. After 20 minutes in the drive thru line I got to the window only to have the gal close the curtain down without as much as an Im sorry is lunch time or anything. She shut it on my face. I havent been impressed by Walgreens in years and this just confirms my opinion.

This pharmacy is awful. The customer service is non-existent as is the competency of the workers. One worker told me they had submitted a refill request from my doctor and blamed the doctors office for not getting it back to them. The next day I call and am told by another worker that theyve had the request however the medication was on back order. They dont care about their customers and they dont care about doing a good job. The 2 stars is for the drivethrough. That is convenient....when they actually have your medication in stock.

They dont care about their customers. Have waited 3 weeks for a vital and very expensive testosterone treatment program. Never returned a call or gave me silly excuses. Finally, today 04/15/2020 I can P/U prescription. Even worse, is ExpresScripts!

Every time I come to this Walgreens It seems like the gentleman Dimitri is always working. He is such a nice, friendly, helpful young man. Not once has he been anything but a pleasure to talk to when I’ve been in. He deserves a raise for excellent customer service! Thank you Dimitri for always brightening my day when I enter Walgreens!

Pharmacist Thinh Dang refused to fill my family members prescription for pain medication that they rely on to manage severe and legitimate pain due to a severe and chronic autoimmune disease. Dang told my family member that the prescription (which has been unchanged for years) seemed sketchy, and unnecessarily made her feel as if she was drug seeking. This harassment and unkind treatment is exactly NOT how a pharmacist should treat the patients he is there to help.The pharmacy insisted on getting a brand new prescription, which was difficult to obtain in a timely manner due to the disruption that the Obenchain and Almeda fires had on my family members small doctor office. (The small office had to be evacuated and several employees lost homes and were unable to work their normal hours.)By the time my family member obtained their needed medication, over 24 hours later, they were already experiencing withdrawal symptoms in addition to their unmanaged pain. If it had been any longer, we would have needed to go to the emergency room, unnecessarily exposing my immunocompromised family member to COVID.I do not know why Dang decided to randomly attempt to self patrol the opioid crisis in the middle of wildfires and a pandemic, using my immunocomprised family member as the example, but his bizarre and ill timed power grab certainly was not appreciated by me or my family.

Horrible pharmacy. Go anywhere else other than here. Theres always a problem and when you called them you can expect a 15 to 20 to 30 minute wait on hold. this is absolutely ridiculous. Theyre automatic refills never work right they text me that theyre out of stock with my medicine so after several weeks I call them to find out if they got it yet after 20 minutes on hold I gave up and hung up.

Ordered photos online, and came in to like them up Dimitri was my cashier and I told him i am here for my online photos and my last name, first name (and I can see there on the counter 2 feet from him) and he reside to explane to me that because I didnt know the size he would have to serch and personally feel it was rude and I already told him I didnt order them. Anyhow i pointed and said there right on top right there and he gos oh... wasted my time and threw them all around trying to bag them... lost my buissness...

I absolutely love this store. Im in there about 3 times a week and most are really approachable and welcoming. Great sales and saves me the grief to go to Walmart or drive further than I have to.

Rating is solely about pharmacy. Dropped simple prescription off before noon. Told it would be done at 3pm. Arrived shortly after 5pm to find they hadnt even started the prescription. Employees dont seem like the professional types youd expect at a pharmacy.

There is a reason Walgreens was voted one of the 10 worst companies for customer service by the Washington Post on numerous occasions. Or one of the the highest priced and lowest value drugstores ​in the country by Consumer Report time and time again. They are just plain terrible at Pharmacy. But if you like over paying for a miniscule selection of groceries and as seen on TV items, youre in luck. This, they do very well.

Usually a good experience. However, today I asked a cashier, Jay Lee, where antacids were. I called to her, and she continued walking towards her register as if I was bothering her. When I asked where the antacids were her answer was BACK WALL which I felt was just a tad rude. Someone should mention it to her because if it happens again, Ill be visiting another Pharmacy!

Very unhappy with trying to get a script,I showed them the bottles that needed refilled and they went and filled the wrong one from a Dr. Knowing it was not what I showed them, this is the first time I came in from Safeway. I showed all bottles and numbers to them.
