Excellent vaccine experience. Extremely professional and efficient!

Its supposed to be a new year so I was expecting to have great customer service at CVS well this particular CVS does it have good customer service at all especially in the pharmacy very unprofessional. I truly believe they need better guidance and better training from northport cvs. Work on it and do better

When you going to clean that parking lot

The pharmacy is a joke. I have tolerated repeated errors with my prescriptions and rudeness alternating with indifference from the woman who is supposed to sort out mistakes. The final straw occured on my last visit. The register clerk was wearing her mask below her nose as she circulated among the pharmacists and pharmacy techs. No one told to adjust it for the half hour I was stuck waiting. I am moving my prescription to another pharmacy.

Girl working the Pharmacy department is rude and its a free for all....people just cut the line and walk up as they please....really unprofessional and would stay away

The Guy in picture department is very rude and nasty no help me for printed pictures and is no my problem the machine no connected and have bad actitud

Gets the job done.

Nicely redone, shelves were somewhat restocked but definitely needed to be filled in with a good majority of items
