The only edibles I’ll go to even though it’s not close to me. The staff is always so kind, welcoming, attentive, caring and always provides you with the best and quickest service. I’ve ordered from them so many times and it’s always executed perfectly. They have the freshest fruits/chocolates/cookies etc. I also go out of my way to come here for my smoothies because of how fresh and clean this place is. Beautiful presentation with all of the arrangements. It is obvious that the staff’s main priority is customer satisfaction. 10/10 never disappoints.

Too pricy, u can make ur own chocolate covered strawberries for under 10 bucks, idk why these guys are charging like 40 bucks. if u don’t wanna break the bank, avoid them.

Best location on Long Island! The staff here goes above and beyond to make you happy in all terms- occasion, customization, budget- literally everything! They really take the time with you on both the phone and in store. Most stores want to get you off the phone ASAP but the staff here really take their time to help you which is amazing. A few days ago when I went in store to place an order, I met the owner and he went out of his way to deliver something for me himself that I really needed to be delivered at a specific time. Honestly, what else can I say besides WOW! THANK YOU & 5 STARS ALWAYS!!!!

Very satisfied with the services, the fruit baskets, the prices, and the location. You guys all should definitely go and try it. Fruits always come to you fresh employees treat us like customers and help you pick the Right ones and make your loved ones happy! They are very clean and very nice to you. Super overrated and overpriced, the blonde lady at the cash with glasses has no idea what shes doing, it took almost half an hour for her to get me 2 cupcakes and they cost $10. The chocolate covered strawberries are overpriced as well. Save ur time and money!!!!

I made an order online to be delivered, they delivered the wrong arrangement. No apologies for the mix up, they were just dismissive and do not care. They ruined my surprise 😔 be aware they are not organized. I’d suggest a different location for your fruit deliveries

The fruit was amazing and delicious! My daughter and family had never received edible arrangements before and were so excited and happy with it.

Customer service is great ! However presentation was not. I had gotten a 2020 grad platter and the 2 that was supposed to be covered in chocolate was half covered in chocolate and the fruits were all over the place. I was disappointed. For that I have to rate them a 3.

I had to call 6 times before someone picked up to give me a non-answer answer about the where about of my delivery. Maybe do curbside pick up from here but, I wouldn’t trust them with another important delivery...

Placed my order later in the day, fruit arrived fresh and before the end of the day. Very satisfied with the drivers communications about where to leave the delivery. Will be using again!

Terrible service. Placed an order online, never got confirmation, no e-mail. Then i called to place the order and went to pick it up. And then i see that i got charged twice on the credit card. When I called to tell them that, they said that its only showing that it was processed once. They said it was valentines day and because of many orders the website had a glitch. But They do not see the other charge and that i need to call corporate. Called corporate, no one picks up after 30 minutes waiting on the phone. Had to dispute with the bank. Stay away. Terrible place and service.

Why I love edible arrangements because what I order was nice and fresh and it is close to where I live and the price was good employee who took my order treated me as a customer also what I order it was neat and everything that I order was there to make this short everything was perfect one more thing the time I told them when I was coming to pick my order up they had it all ready for me to pick up

One star only because I can not give zero. They are best at ruining your special day. I called head office in the morning and gave my order over the phone and my creditcard was charged. I called few hrs before pickup time to make sure it’s ready for pickup and it was. Suddenly I got a call 30 min before my pickup time from same lady I oder in morning. She told me owner at store is not honoring coupon I had and used while placing order. That lady told me that owner was nasty rude and started shouting at her when she told her to accept coupon as it was valid. Lady over the phone apologized and gave my money back on card. Don’t go there for your special gift as they certainly don’t understand value of time which is very important on special days. They ruined my occasion my be you are next. Don’t let this happen to you. Drive few miles ahead and go somewhere else.

Item never showed up. No one picks up the phone at the store. No one picks up the phone for customer service. Terrible experience. Now, Im fighting for a refund. What a waste of money. Will never use this company again.
