Legacy Granite installed my porcelain kitchen counter tops. They are absolutely awful. I was told that they would never scratch, never chip and that they are high heat resistant. Well I have been extremely careful using heat pads and place mats under everything. So I assume my counter tops got scratched from plastic cups. I had only had my counter tops for 4 months. I called and called and kept getting told that someone would contact me. Finally over a year later they came out and looked at them and said oh sorry these arent under warrenty. The guy said he would go talk to his boss to see what they could do. Well that was 2 months about. This company is a joke. Do not recommend to anyone. Please take my experience and take your business elsewhere!!!Thank youBrandi Hansen

Just left a job where Legacy put counters on cabinets I installed as another contractor. In 30 years, that was the worst job Ive ever seen. The quartz material was cheap and bowed. In a six foot span they had a 1/8 to 3/16 bow in them. White quartz and dirty seems dont look good together. The edge detail by the seams were all distorted by aggressive sanding. The amusing part, the owner of the company made the comment theyll lay down in time. Considering they put dabs of silicone underneath the raised portion permanently acting as a shim to hold the counter up in the air, seems like he has no clue what hes talking about or just out lying to the homeowner. The old phrase definitely applies to them, cheap craftsmanship isnt good and good craftsmanship isnt cheap.

This is what I loved about Legacy granite: cost, selection, quality and speed!!I was overwhelmed after visiting granite stores, and with my project I would have had significant waste had I bought a whole slap. I walked into Legacy granite and they gave me three choices of quartz in the color scheme I wanted (white/grey). They keep the stock on hand and I LOVE my choice. I was able to pay only for what I needed and because they buy in bulk they gave me an outstanding price. SOOOO much less than had I gone the traditional route. Also, they were FAST!! As in they came right away and measured and within a week it was installed. Everyone I worked with from Ned and Audrey in the store to the man who measured and the team that installed, they were all top notch. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Legacy Granite!! If only all parts of our remodel had gone so smoothly! Will certainly use again.

Thought this place was good, but found out 6 weeks later they are not an honest company.. Lies and Lies, i was told I was scheduled for installation today at 10:00 and it was a no show and no one wants to talk to me about it.. So after waiting 6 weeks, I am going somewhere else.. SAD there are so many dishonest companies and not sure how they all stay in business....

We used Legacy for our kitchen remodel. About 90 sq feet of quartz, so a decently sized project. We worked with Rick, who was super responsive to all our questions and didnt push us to spend more toward options or add-ons we didnt really want. I expressed my concerns to him about working with Legacy based on some of the less-than-stellar reviews we had seen on the internet, and Rick assured me I didnt need to be concerned. He was absolutely 100% right. We experienced fantastic pricing with no hidden costs - everything billed out at exactly what Rick represented it would. We received great customer service! Plus, we experienced minimal wait from templating to install - in fact, the install happened ahead of schedule. Can easily recommend Legacy Granite!

I am writing this review as I am waiting for the installers again. Our initial instal was put off at least a week after our original planned date. Then they came at 7:30 pm. With it being a late install it seemed like they were really hurrying and chipped one of the seams and didnt address it or even mention it to me. At that time they didnt cut in the faucet or cooktop. This initially wasnt a big deal mainly because they didnt feel comfortable cutting in the cooktop off the specs and wanted the actual appliance. We have had the appliance now a few days and I think this is the third time they told me they would be here and havent. Apparently residential kitchens are not important to them. Very frustrating. Oh, and these guys werent even the lowest bid. I will say that the installers are good guys and very nice. that is one thing they have going for them.

We contacted Legacy Granite to fabricate and install two, 6-foot sections of granite in our basement kitchenette. They had several pieces of what we wanted in stock so we decided to have them do it. There was no quibbling on price so we agreed to their full price per square foot. We informed the salesperson, Michelle, that we had one bar sink and a slide-in range that needed to be accommodated. Contract written up, deposit paid and we were told Jim would be out the next day to measure. After that it would take about 2 weeks. Great. Jim arrives the next day, so far, so good. He takes all of 5 minutes to look at and maybe measure the cabinets. He was done so fast that I wanted to make sure he noticed a couple of anomalies in the cabinets namely differing depths and an encroachment by some window trim. He said: Thanks for pointing that out. I missed that. That should have been my first clue.Fast forward two weeks and we get a call to have the install done. Great. On schedule. The installers arrive about an hour early, so again, we thought this is great. They go to work and they diligently install the granite. They inform us they are done so we go down to see their handy work and right away I notice that the piece where the bar sink goes is cut cross-wise to the grain of the granite while the other two pieces are cut length-wise with the grain. That absolutely will not do. I asked them if they noticed it while installing it and they replied: We are paid to install. On top of this, they were not sent with a piece to span the space behind where the slide-in range would go. By the time they were completed the office had closed for the day so I left a voicemail. I was contacted by the receptionist, not the salesperson, the next day to tell me they were looking at the possibility of recutting the piece with the sink. Later I received another call telling me that they would in fact cut another piece but it would be at least a week before they could get to it. I told them I had already waited two weeks for my install to happen and I wasnt waiting another week. They miraculously got the replacement piece cut in 3 days. The original installers for some reason were not available so they sent another crew. They removed the incorrect piece and installed the new piece. They even brought the piece to span behind the range. This time when they were done I again inspected their work. The stone was fine but they installed the sink cockeyed. The hole for the sink is cut appropriately but they just didnt take the time to make sure the sink was square to the hole. I couldnt wait any longer to get this repaired as I had a plumber already scheduled to connect the sink and faucet the next day knowing that Legacy was coming to install the correct piece of granite. That was about two weeks ago and yesterday they called to say they could have their guy Omar come out to fix the sink today between 4 and 5. Great I said, well be here. Well, it gets to be about 4:45 and no Omar. My wife calls Legacy and is told that they dont know where Omar is and they cant get in touch with him. My wife blows a gasket at this point and makes her point very directly that they better find someone quick who can repair the sink. The receptionist calls back 10 minutes later to say that Omars brother will be out shortly. Omars brother finally arrives, looks at the sink and determines he doesnt have the correct tools to fix the problem and he will have to come back tomorrow. REALLY???!! Youve got to be kidding me. They knew what the problem was when they sent him out. Now were waiting another day. All of this hassle and headache for less than 25 square feet of granite. I cant imagine the problems we would have if Legacy was doing a full blown kitchen. Beware and be warned. Maybe youll have better luck than us, but then, maybe you wont.
