Needed Car Engine Light On Diagnostic. Went to Auto Zone in Centerville, said both their machines havent been working in a while????? Maybe they should get them fixed?!?!Went on to one off 741/Moraine & they took care of it quickly, friendly & efficiently!

Yes I just moved over here from w. C. and I was having issues with my H3. So I stopped to have the charging system checked. And found this auto zone had some very nice people working here. To make a long story short, I had to have tow to shop. And while I was waiting with my dog out in hot car. They came out and say we ( my dog and I ) could come inside the air. And so we went in and Karen come with a bowl of water and a chair. As we was standing off to the side, out from any customers that was going in and out. I am finding It was very good choice moving here. And I would like to thank the People at the Auto Zone for going out of their way to help my dog with water and all. Thanks

I honestly love this store, but the cashier was very angry because another employee rang up an oil filter but the order was not closed out. So when we bought a triple square bit set it was way more, the other employee said dude there was an oil filter rang up but not closed out. By this point we already paid. He was very angry towards his coworker and to us and we didn’t even do anything. I could tell how angry he was by how he was forcefully typing on the keyboard. And he stared at us like we did something wrong. We said “thanks have a good night” and he just stared at us as we left 🤷‍♀️I love autozone and it is unfortunate I have to put in this review but it made me very upset at his actions to make us feel we did something wrong

I have a 2012 Chevy Cruz eco-tech. I thought at first I had it a leak in my engine. Come to find out I need to replace my Reservoir because that’s where the leak was coming from. The casher Masen was able to explain what was wrong with my reservoir and help me get a new one. Thank you AutoZone for having employees who really care about the customer.

Pick a different location.Ive been to plenty of Autozones and despite this one being fairly convenient for me, I will avoid it in the future.Ive dealt with 2 different people inside trying to check out. They made it sound/look like an inconvenience to sell me something.You have to tell them in advance that you have a rewards card, because they dont ask you and make it seem like a chore to click back on their computer screen to add the rewards card.Also, using a gift card here was more of a hassle than it needs to be.Just scan the code and let me be on my way, dont make me feel like a nuisance to you for shopping here.

This AutoZone saved me today! Drove up with so little juice in my battery that I had to leave the car running, and less than 1/8 tank of gas smh. I needed a new battery ASAP, to say the least. Zander went above & beyond in helping replace mine, which is not easily accessible. All while on Christmas Eve, in sub-30 degree weather lol. Much appreciated!

Went in concerned about my battery. They tested the battery, told me the level and I decided to replace on the spot. They gave me different price options, their batteries have a 3-yr warranty and they installed it for me. They were very professional and kind. They also offer a 10% military discount!

Very happy with my local AutoZone, they always seem to have what I need in stock and very friendly staff. Recently tested a battery for me, but I went elsewhere to buy a less expensive replacement. The brake caliper I needed the week before was a perfect replacement.

Absolute negligence and unprofessional. I could see that employees were not wearing face coverings until I came into the store and were not requiring customers to wear face coverings as per state mandate. When asked, the associate said we are not mask police. Autozone does not care for the safety of its customers or employees and its negligence is apparent in its policies on safety. Will take my business elsewhere.

The staff here is completely useless I could get better information from a grocery bagger at krogers. i wont ever go here again and im closing my commercial account with them. i mean go get a job a McDonalds if your that clueless about autoparts!

Nice enough staff, but service can be a bit slow and for some reason there was no cross-reference for light bulbs (printed or computer.) Of course we all have a computer in our pocket, so not a huge deal I guess.

The personnel was very professional and the store was very clean . The sales clerk actually showed me the different cleaning products and how they were used.

Had a dead battery this weekend and had it tested here before I replaced, Kelsey was super helpful and even came out in the rain to test my battery for me. The battery tested bad so I bought a new one. She supplied me with the tools to swap it out right there. I will do business here again for sure.Thanks for the help Kelsey!

In August 2013 I had purchased a battery jump starter from a different AutoZone store. The unit was defective but still under the one year warranty. I was unable to locate my original receipt but, after checking my charge records, found the date of purchase. I call the Centerville AutoZone to see if there would be a problem in obtaining a replacement unit. I spoke with the store manager who assured me that there would be no problem whether I wanted to return it for credit or exchange (because the unit was under warrantee all of the information was in the AutoZone system. The defective unit was exchanged without question, with a smile, and a sincere thank you. AutoZones sales personnel and customer service should be a hallmark for all retail stores to emulate You have a loyal friend/customer. Thank you
