Compared to Ocean State Job Lot, theyre at least honest from the get-go and tell you that they do not accept ANY coupons at all. For the most part, never had an issue making a return or a purchase because they seem to care to find out the truth. Hope it continues this way.

Big Lots was Very Nice. The store is well organized. I was able to find everything I wanted. The cashier was a dream, very pleasant and helpful.

Have to say Brad at the Centereach store is an asset to this company. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and fix any problem that may arise. He returns phone calls too. Big lots your lucky to have Brad. We will definitely shop at this location due to Brads professionalism.

My go to place! Love their merchandise and their furniture is pretty good quality for the price. The staff is friendly and is always clean.

This place on the website offers 96 count kcups products I drive all the way there . Not to have it So I asks the manager if she can substitute the other coffee for the one they didnt have her response was NO and walked away. She was so rude I will never go there again. And if I could give O negative zero I would you dont disrespect customers

Every single thing that they had on display, that I was asking to buy, they did not have. Then I asked to buy the display and I got a no as well. Why have the store open? They told me to come back another day to see if they have anything in stock. Im trying to buy patio furniture for a beautiful Sunday, thats today. I will buy somewhere else. Its funny how eager they were to help me but then had no help whatsoever. Good luck buying anything from this store. I think its more for show. Just so you can go look at it.

This Big Lots is always clean and pretty organized. The customers have trashed it and the nice kids that work there do a good job of cleaning.up and always nice at the checkout. I appreciate them!!

Bought furniture from here and what a mess. Pieces were there and some not to a whole set so had to wait a few weeks and when finally arrived another piece wasnt available and was given floor model. Not happy at all with the service from furniture dept. Our purchase had to be rung up and cancelled 5x. What a mess

I love Big Lots. I bought a beautiful gazebo from them at a very reasonable price and also beautiful patio couches for a great price. Much cheaper than other places. Good quality too. They have nice things for the home and great prices on food and health items. I shop there at least one a week. Highly recommend!

Nice, place. Staff was friendly, even when we price checked 4 items at the counter. We looked at mattresses and the guy informed us of a sale next week. Lower prices and then a sale. No pushy salesman, just someone being honest with us.

I love this store! I always find what I need at a great price. I was looking for a storage ottoman. They didnt have the one I wanted, but called the other store and had them hold one for me. Very nice customer service.

The prices are NOT sold at a discount. Higher in price than nearby Walmart,not enough cashiers and no attraction to get you in the store.

I like Big Lots. It has a large variety of things. The staff is scarce but when they do appear, they are very helpful. The quality on the items varies but most of the stuff is pretty good. Def check the expiration dates on the food but they carry a great deal of unusual items very inexpensively. My son likes their electronics department. You can get all kinds of wires and plugs and headphones. The garden department is my favorite. The most unique items can be found there.

Its all redone inside and looks beautiful. Alexis (Manager?) was very helpful and apologetic that they did not have what I needed but she directed me to a store nearby where I could.

I love this store, it’s my guilty pleasure. I could spend hours going through the aisles! My favorite is the grocery section, so many unique and delicious goodies in there!

Will not return to this store. Had bought some curtains here and went back for another pkg. Could not find them. Asked 2 clerks of they could call another store and check. They said no. Useless staff.

If you are looking to buy something durable- i would not recommend this store. If you need anything for long lasting, then this is not the place. If you want quality its not the place. Only reason i gave it three stars is if you get a 20% discount and buy products (not for long term) then the deal is good.

Came to look for a white bookcase for my daughter. According to the Walmart and Kmart apps, they had a very low selection of white and mostly smaller pieces of furniture. Walked in and found just what she wanted! They had a broader selection and some nice companion pieces I can pick up in the future!
