Couldnt find a dress so will make one. Found a pattern and a decent selection of materials.

Purchased Cricut transfer tape which was defective and was not working. I called same day stating the product was defective, and they said they could not refund my money. I refuse to return to this location. Poor management and customer service.

Friendly staff. Everyone said hello and asked if I needed help finding anything. So much to look through. Didnt even know where to start! Lots of coupons available after your first purchase. Got all the same coupons after making my second purchase. Good deals!

A lot of items for a wide range of people. I first went there to pick up marine vinyl to redo some boat seats. Very helpful staff. Most of the attention you get is in the fabric and sewing areas. My second visit was to get some foam for the seats. The product I wanted wasnt marked with a price and I asked a young woman to help me. She quoted a very reasonable price and I went to the cutting table and asked for a few yards to be cut. When the price was generated after cutting, what I thought would be $32 wound up totaling $80. I could have refused it and come up with a different solution but I was too tired to complain. When I got to the register, a very helpful woman offered me a better discount than the introductory coupon that I had. It brought it down to around $40 plus tax. Lesson is: search online for coupons, sign up for a coupon your first time in the store and ask the cashier if there are any deals.

The store was clean and well organized. I found great deals on everything I needed and had a 20% off coupon too. My cashier was really nice, checking the prices for me before she rang me up. I wish I could shop here more often!!! Ill be back next time Im in the area.

Always a great place to shop

Names can be deceiving, only one thing I purchased had anything to do with fabrics. I went seeking inspiration and found it. This is my second time in any Joann Fabrics. And now that Im looking closer it does say Joann fabrics and crafts. Interesting how we tend to only notice some of the picture.

All the associates are super sweet and very helpful! I always go here for fabrics and their bead selection is also unique. The emailed coupons and sales are awesome and really worth it.

Pros: This store has so much that you can pick from and they always have sales, so it’s really wonderful!Cons: the sales are not organized in their system, so you often have to get the manager to change this and it seems like aVery unorganized way of dealing with things. They are also very understaffed, but the staff I’ve met are absolutely wonderful, but you just see how incredibly hard they are working.

Catering to the low end of the hobby crafting market. They do have a large selection for instant gratification.They have a collection of brushes, canvases, oil and latex/acrylic paints. They also sell watercolor paints, gel and other pens, drafting supplies and craft supplies. They also have paint and art supplies for children.They also sell fabrics and quilting supplies.

The lady who helped us with fabric is always a doll! So helpful and friendly! The cashier, although alone with a long line...was pleasant and friendly as well! Great customer service goes a long way!

I shop here when desperate. They do not keep shelves stocked and the employees cannot answer questions. Twice I tried to order for pickup; however, when I call 5 hours later, they tell me they dont feel like filling the order today.

They give you youre quarter back if you return the shopping cart. Joannes isnt a huge store so the quarter for a cart is to encourage people to bring the shopping carts back. The store is really clean and always stocked. Nice staff. 10/10

Ran into this store really quick to see if they had the cloth I wanted but unfortunately was unable to find it. I arrived really close to closing time so I didnt have much time to look around. They had a huge assortment and Im sure if I had more time then I could definitely find something I wanted. I also saw that the had a large selection of yarn! I plan on coming back here when I have more time.

I had trouble matching some yarn that was donated to my organization and one of the employees was extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Great prices for fabrics!

I was looking for a particular item. When I asked if they had it the first lady said no then the second lady said yes but neither offered to help me find it. After 15 minutes of looking I never found it and left. Not very courteous workers at all. Ill stick to Michaels next time. They always offer to help.

Low-quality products and a dirty store. The single cashier was HORRIBLE. If you want to use a shopping cart? You have to put MONEY in it! Unbelievable. Went next door to Walmart. They have art supplies AND unchained shopping carts.
