Bought a can of ceiling paint, got home to find it full of cardboard debris. Sent someone back to have them strain it and to let them know it’s a bad batch. Salesperson said it was from our paintbrush and called us liars, even though we didn’t ask for our money back. I pay extra for quality paint, and to be spoken to in this manner is unacceptable. If I spoke to my clients this way, I wouldn’t be in business for very long. I’ll be buying paint elsewhere.
I called in a few weeks ago to order some paint and was promptly told they didnt have it. After correcting the employee (Marshall I think... guy who looks like a washed out contractor) and giving him the color code cc-10 to the color he didnt have, he found it and suddenly there were a few people ahead of me... while Im trying to place a paint order Im going to pay for, so I told him Im going to come by. I stop by and the employee tells me hes busy and while Im waiting for him, he starts helping people who came into the store AFTER me. Never had this much trouble buying paint before, so Ill be shopping everywhere but here for paint moving forward. The paint however, is excellent, highly recommend it minus the @ experience.
Everyone was very helpful making sure I had what I needed & the Advance paint is perfect. Tiffany @ BlueOpus Interiors made the experience even easier!
The customer service and the tattoo guy in front desk trouble and not friendly at all. Im not go back to them again.
David and Marshall have been extremely helpful every time I stop in. I own a new small painting company, and every time I come in they are always happy to give advice and provide as much value as possible. I will continue to give my business here because i feel that they care about my success and will be pivotal to helping me grow my business!
Great customer service! I have purchased paint and sundries here and at their other location several times. The staff is always helpful and honest about the products they sell. The guidance of always on point. Definitely worth the trip.
Weve purchased our paints from this store since 2003, for all our interior paints and repaints. So, I was disappointed that during the last couple of visits, while (superficially) helpful, I sensed a little sarcasm in the discussions with the assisting staff, and when I called it out during the last visit - in which case it turned out to be the owner, Ive been told that he needs to do some work in the back, effectively ending our discussion and walking away.Another point to mention: for our current small job, while I asked for two quarts, he suggested 1 gallon since its about the same cost and Ill have some left if needed. Well, the cost would have been about $7-10 more, and in addition contribute to a landfill. When we discussed the coverage and our 108 sq ft need, we agreed that 1 quart should be enough for one coat. Maybe this is not that relevant or important for many, but in the combination with the above, for me, it furthered my dislike of the service and honesty encountered here.At the end of the day, it is his business and he can manage it however he sees fit, but well shop elsewhere going forward, hopefully in a place that appreciates business, and respectfully answers questions or listens to feedback. If you are looking for a little sarcasm or a touch of attitude, youll probably find it here. We wont be back.
Great atmosphere and very helpful.
Have been to this location several times. They have exactly the high quality products we need, and when pressed for more information, the staff definitely shows thier deep knowledge. But it takes quite a bit of work to pry it out of them. Generally, the staff just seems too shy or reserved when it comes to customer service.
Great location. Great interior designer on site to assist with your projects. Was impressed.
