Did a great job at fixing my couch cushion covers but wasnt very fair with the pricing. Charged 70 dollars to fix 2 zippers and broken seams. When I put the cushion in the washer, the seams tore apart again (these covers are designed to be washed, so I wasnt doing anything wrong).I took the covers back and asked if the seams could be reinforced. They said they would take care of it and made no mention of additional charges. However, when I picked up the covers a week later, I was charged an additional 20 dollars. Unfair, considering I had originally paid 70 dollars for what appeared to be a relatively simple fix.

I am amazed at the quality of work done in this shop. I have taken in a couple pair of shoes I thought we no longer able to be made better. Actually, they both looked almost new! Very happy with thier customer service and the quality of work.

Needed boots resoled, and already had the new soles. Called for a quote and was told I couldnt get a quote or price range over the phone. Drove up, and he asked for $95 in labor. Ive had these boots resoled 6 times, and thats nearly double the average cost. He said it would take a week and a half to complete. I drove up the road and another place did amazing work for $45 and was done the next day. I will not be going to this place again.

Wow, great job on my boot repair, better than when the were new. Re-sole and touchup to to heal. Friendly staff an clearly knowledgable. Would recommend for boot and shoe repair.

I had a great experience here buying a pair of black dress shoes for work. The owner was really helpful in finding me something that fit my style and wore comfortably through out the day. I also had a great time chatting with the staff while they were ringing me up. Ill definitely stop by here again for purchases and repairs.

Owner responded to a complaint I had about a service phone call and was very respectful. He took the time to answer my questions and he seemed very knowledgeable. I ended up taking my shoes there and they did a wonderful job. My shoes are now like new and it was surprisingly affordable.

Incredibly disappointed! Went in a week ago and was told that my bag would be ready in a week. I was even given a ticket indicating the pick up day. When I went to pick up my bag no work had been done on it. I was told that I was called with a quoted price and that a voicemail was left for me. I have neither. When I initially went in I was simply told that my bag would be ready in a week and that is what I expected. I never asked for a quote. I simply wanted the work done. I asked if my bag could be ready on Monday and was told no. Seeing as I leave for my trip on Tuesday you think that they would try to accommodate my need, but no! The number they had on record for me was correct, but my guess is that it was incorrectly dialed. Things happen and I definitely understand that, but they should have tried calling more than once to ensure that I received the message. To me it seems odd to leave a bag sitting around for an entire week and not try to reach the owner. The ball was simply dropped! On the plus side the lady who works the counter is very friendly.

So, staff is nice. However, I took my boots in- the did make them look pretty again, but asked them to repair the zipper on one. I left them there longer for that, the first time I wore them that zipper broke in the area I had mentioned to them it was sticking. I also had them repair a leather purse from Argentina- the cobbler looked at it and said he could. Horrible job. The zipper doesn’t work right- which they shouldn’t have touched and the lining which was to be repaired broke again within 1 use. I spent 90$ to get that fixed. I don’t even really use purses- I don’t over fill them, etc. long story- I spent $200 plus to now needing to find another cobbler to fix them the right way.

The customer service and quality was superior. The owner spent more than an hour to help me find the right shoes. I ended up buying 3 pairs when I originally thought I wanted one pair. I have recommended him to all of my friends in the area and will be coming back for sure. Nice to know there is a quality shoe store in the area.

Brought in two very beat up pairs of AE Strands, and both were restored back to tip top shape in only a week! They put in new leather half-soles, new heels, and refinished the uppers all for a very reasonable price. Great work; will definitely come back again. Thanks!

Before I came to this place my feet were killing me.But after I got the right shoes and can travel dor hours.

My wife took a single boot to this shop to have the zipper repaired. The shop charged us $35.00 for the repair. I thought that at that price the cobbler would have replaced the zipper. Not so. Just repaired it. While the zipper works, it is very old and worn and I dont think it will last much longer. This place will rip you off on repairing stuff. Not going to use it again.

So - I’ve been bringing shoes and handbags on for repair/cleaning for several years now, plus have purchased several pair of shoes and talked with them about orthotics. The shoes they sell are expensive but of good quality. Regarding repair work, up until recently I was quite pleased. But this past month I had a leather backpack that was returned to me with sticky dye all over it (impossible not to notice!), a boot that supposedly had a zipper replaced which is now popping open again, and a handbag that was to be cleaned that sat down there for a couple of weeks with nothing done. I had to call several times on it as the lady who works the counter said “we are too busy to call customers when items are done.” (Really??) Orthotics 2-2.5x the price my podiatrist quoted me. This is really too bad since their location is convenient and -at least in the past - the work has been of very good quality. There are a couple of other cobblers within a reasonable distance so guess I will be trying them since service quality appears to be variable at present.

Replace the soles on my hiking boots with Vibram soles and did a great job. They also made some adjustments to a new pair of sneakers that I bought elsewhere and voila, no more blisters!

Comfort shoes is one of the few remaining shoes stores with the personal care and service that is expected. After years of running, Nick helped me to find the perfect pair of Brooks shoes that alleviate my knee pain and I got them for a great price. Ive also picked up some beautiful Pikolinos booties and Vionic flipflops - which are the worlds most comfortable flip flops for the high arched people. The variety, prices and most importantly customer service are incredible. I highly recommend Comfort Shoes. Oh, and while I havent had anything fixed there (shoes or purses), my Mom has and WOW, so professional The attention to detail was amazing. He can do anything!

I would like to thank Nick and Ozzy for their help getting me back on track and on my feet again! I have gone through multiple surgeries over the years, one in which almost resulted in the loss of my leg. Needless to say, Im thankful to walk at all and not a stranger to orthotics and custom shoes. Upon landing in Denver for vacation I had a pair of very expensive custom tennis shoes and orthotics which did not make it out of the Airport in one piece. In a panic, my wife started Googling and she found Comfort Shoes, worried that the trip would be ruined, she called and spoke to Nick. After explaining the situation Nick was more than helpful and was sure that he could help. Nick was able to put my old shoes back together and Ozzy fit me for new orthotics and they Custom Built me a pair of shoes that and had them shipped to the mountain for me in a matter of a few days! We were able to enjoy our vacation and I am still enjoying my shoes months later. Thanks Nick and Oz!

Took in a pair of leather boots for new soles and heels. They look fantastic, and the price was incredibly fair.

If you need you shoes repaired i would not go here.they dont even really fix them.But they charge like they made them brand new uggg..Will never go back here.A total disapointment.

Had several shoes in for repair, with a couple of worn shoes for soles and touch up. They came out looking great, new shoe look but the benefit of being broken in. Couldnt be happier

I think the price to get the 1/4 inch oh rubber put on boots was outrageous. They charged me 25.50. YES THAT IS RIGHT 25.50 TO ADD THE LITTLE RUBBER PIECE ON MY HEELS.
