Outstanding service. Very clean. Climate controlled and doors are very wide so no issue with fitting items in unit. They are having problems with their phone so make sure you email them! Once I got past that, Im very happy here and their prices are more than reasonable in comparison to other storage places that arent as nice.

The place attracted me as the rates are good and I like the idea of inside storage, however, it is next to impossible to actually get someone to show the place. There is never anyone in the office and when stopping there I talked to a potential customer who had been waiting quite a while for someone to show up after text messages were exchanged.

Tremendous experience- Dave was very thorough and helpful in renting my first two units and later when I needed a third unit last minute, he was very accommodating make it close to one of my other units for convenience. Very clean facility and love the pricing for the climate controlled units!I highly recommend this business and specifically this location.

Centennial Greenbox Self STORAGE is an exceptionally clean facility. We are always met with a swift working, friendly and caring staff. Unlike other facilities, the fire alarms arent constantly being set off either.

David went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of after having very bad experience with a shipping company who left our product behind and having to travel 20hrs round trip to go get it! Reserved a unit online. Called to confirm and Dave answered. He was great and gladly answered all my questions. We did the whole process through the phone. He sent me a picture of the unit and a map with all needed instructions. The building is clean and secure! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to store their items!

This place is AWSOME, and so are the employees... Its kept extremely clean and anything Ive approached the company about, from lost keys to getting a larger space has been not only easy but its also been a pleasure. Great prices not to mention the free moving truck they threw in!

We are in the process of moving and needed a place for temporary storage. The manager was very helpful in our initial consultation of the size and location options of the unit. Very impressed with how clean and well lit it is. And I appreciate the green nature of the building. Weve never rented a storage unit before, and Greenbox has set the bar very high!It was a great help to have the truck for our move in and it was easy to drive.Today, we had to rent a second, smaller, unit as we had maxed out the large unit we first rented. The manager gave me a great deal as we were already tenants and its perfect for what we need.As I was walking back to my car though, I saw that somehow I had gotten a flat tire! Dont worry, my tires werent slashed! There was a piece of metal embedded in the tread. Anyway, the manager, upon seeing me jack the car up, came out and offered to help remove the tire. This is a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations.While I hope we dont need a storage unit on a regular monthly basis, we will definitely seek out a Greenbox location the next time were in the market for storage. Highly impressed!!

The facility and my unit are - as always - immaculate. The carts are well maintained, as are the restrooms and the elevators. The cylinder locks are virtually tamper-proof. David is a pro and I am very happy with my space and monthly rental!

Dave provided the best customer service I have ever received in my life. He helped me out with an urgent storage request in a professional manner. He was quick, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about the facility and process. Greenbox storage is the best!! Dave at the Centennial location was SO helpful in getting us the perfect unit and the truck for move-in. They are so accommodating, and they have the best promotions. I know my things are secure because of the locks that they use and the security cameras they have.

This is the most professional storage facility Ive rented from. Dave, the Manager goes out of his way for his customers. I made a reservation on the website for Centennial and received text messages and a vm from a manager asking me to call if I had any questions. Upon returning her call, several times, I got no answer. I even tried calling the store and still no answer, so I went to the website for help. I received text messages with the gate code and directions to the unit. When I went to the location to attempt to get inside, I couldnt find the entrance gate. I was driving around, in frustration trying to get inside, luckily I found the business entrance and went inside. I see this overweight, caucasian male sitting at a desk, so I waited for him to respond. I ask, where is the entrance gate and he pointed in a westerly direction. I then attempted to inform him that I was having difficulty when he responded that I was not going to take my anger out on him and asked for my unit number. When I gave him the number, he immediately responded that I cannot have a unit at his location and he would refund my credit card payment. Im angry because, I couldnt process his response that was obviously based upon an assumption. I left, angry because, he assumed that I was going to be a problem when he absolutely had no proof that I was a problem. I went home and made a complaint with Greenbox online and received a email with the corporate number, which when I called several times, has a busy signal. I called back to the business number and spoke with Dave, who indicated that I was giving him a hard time when I visited the office on Friday. He didnt allow me to speak and I had to speak over him but he remained clear that he would be refunding my payment by mail. Im thinking that this person(Dave) has some really big balls to treat me as though I had done something worthy of not having the ability to rent storage space. I think that his behavior was rather childish because I am an African American female over the age of 60 and still trying to figure out how I such a threat to him!

Clean and spacious. Great rates for the size I needed. Very knowledgeable office person. Answered every question I had. Definitely glad I choose this storage place.

Terrible move in experience. I spoke to the manager three times prior to move in, informing him I was moving in on Sunday but the contract said I was moving in Monday so I wanted to confirm the correct date. He said no problem. Come Sunday we arrive with our uhaul and the code i was given did not work and of course the office is closed on Sundays so other lease-holders had to let us in the gate and building (which of course they had no obligation to do). Just overall frustrating.

I have used a few different storage places over the years. I’m a bit of a nomad so I have a lot of experience moving. Let me say not only were the folks at green box quick and efficient at getting me signed up, they were so friendly! The price was half of what I found in my first choice place and I took a shot at looking here. Green box exceeded my expectations! They are clean, friendly, well managed and secure. They are energy efficient. Wow! If you are thinking of storing anyplace else, don’t! Just go ask Dave in the office for help. You won’t regret it.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far. Dave, the site manager, has been very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. Everything was ready to go for us this morning when we moved in - gate and doors for moving truck open, our unit open, etc. Everything seemed clean and orderly. The movers were happy about the free use of large push carts - made the whole thing easier. The green aspect is a plus (even their restrooms are green). Not sure what more I could ask for!

The facility is extremely clean and accessible. We ended up needing two storage units as the kids came back from college early once COVID-19 hit. Dave the Manager is very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. Thanks for superior service Dave!

First 4 stars to the young gentleman with glasses who tried to help me with securing a truck for a move. He even went above and beyond calling other locations to see if their truck was available. Also I have used the storage facility in the past to store a vehicle and want to say the system is well designed to protect your possessions. The price might seem high but this is a top notch storage facility I highly recommend. Customer service is always amazing.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but GreenBox Storage and their manager Dave have been so wonderful that I really wanted to leave a review to let potential renters know how good they are. I have a storage unit at their Centennial location. The building is spotless and secure. Free access to their moving truck also saved me a bit of money. But most importantly, the customer service is amazing and distinguishes them from other storage companies - especially the manager Dave at the Centennial location. On day 1, Dave patiently walked me through their different options/services, and was flexible and accommodating with specific storage needs that I had. More recently, I urgently needed access to my unit on a Sunday and realized I was locked out. Even though the office is closed on Sundays and Dave wasn’t working, he took time out on his off day to swing by and help me gain access to my unit. I couldn’t thank him enough for being so awesome and helpful. Overall, my storage experience with GreenBox has been nothing but amazing, and anyone trying to decide on a storage company should definitely choose GreenBox!

Great facility with great staff powered by the sun!... Yeah, they generate power instead of climate problems! They even have a screen in the office showing electricity generation and consumption! Made a reservation, and she contacted me with a confirmation, and reminder, and made it very easy when I had to reschedule... And when I was finally able to come in and take care of the paperwork, she made everything as easy as it gets. I have to thank StoreQuest for raising my monthly rate so I had to look for something cheaper, because I found something BETTER in EVERY way!. Everything was fast and easy, going online to reserve and the speed of getting the contracts signed and being able to move in quickly were all awesome! The price is also amazing...compared to the other places I visited before I came to Greenbox, this experience was hands down the best!

Dave was very helpful and friendly! He told me the best way to access my unit and about all the available promotions. The facility itself is clean and everything seemed to be in good repair.

So clean! I dont worry about bugs or rodents at Green Box. I love that they have carts for customers to use. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the key pads to get in and out of the gated area are very inconveniently placed. You have to get out of your car to punch the buttons, then jump back in to get through before the gates close.

I’m feeling frustrated because I rented my unit on a Tuesday night, selected a move in date of the next day- a Wednesday (which their system let me do) and paid for it and signed the lease. I got a confirmation email with the unit number, but no access info that has the code to get in or whether I need to provide my own lock. This email indicated I would get an email with access info which I didn’t get.I tried calling during reasonable business hours and have been unable to reach a human being or even leave a message because it disconnects you from the line when you go to leave a message. My email has also gone unanswered.Super unimpressed with the lack of customer service. I have help moving in today and need access to it TODAY and despite their claims to self rent, it doesn’t look like that will be happening. I will be finding a unit elsewhere and getting a refund.

Needed a place to store a few things for the summer- and the staff at Greenbox were so accommodating! The prices are very reasonable compared to other storage locations, and the units are very clean and climate controlled. Would definitely consider storing with Greenbox again in the future!

I was able to reserve my unit online before they opened, which was convenient. They were much cleaner and more affordable than the orange storage places around town who were charging an arm and a leg. They recently switched management and I never met their previous manager but the new manager was amazing. Dave was friendly, flexible and timely. He went above and beyond to get my move done even with the short notice. I could not be happier with the service I recieved. I would highly reccomend this Greenbox before anything else. Only recommendation is I wish there had been a map of the facility because I got a little lost finding my unit.
