I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Conesco. The warehouse workers were very polite, attentive, and extremely helpful. I have never purchased warehouse storage equipment before, so I didnt quite know what to expect. But the workers went above and beyond to ensure that my new materials were safely packed on my trailer for a 3 hour trip. They even gave us a spare ratchet strap! I highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase storage equipment.

Even tho our order was small, Brian (sales rep) still took the time to take us through their inventory, review our backroom dimensions and help us think through what we needed. Pick up was smooth and efficient. All around, was a Great experience and great organization.

Conesco made my transaction an absolute breeze. Being the second storage equipment company Ive purchased from and among the several other I have tried to deal with in the Front Range area, I will certainly be a return customer if needed. I only needed a small order of wire decking to update my pallet racking and they were able to help get an order of oddball depth rack in unusual lengths since they didnt have what I thought would be more common. In the end, the solution was quick and well priced for what would be a bother of a small order for most of these companies.

I have been working with Brian Fischer for years now and I am growing retail business with warehouse needs and I have turned to Brian every time I need more shelving from heavy duty outdoor shelving to indoor. He always has what I need and is super easy to work with. Just recently I called for a some additional shelving and I sent Brian some photos of what we were doing and his recommendations changed everything for us. so he is not only good at getting us the shelving but also is very knowlegeable. I called Conesco yesterday at 8:30 AM and was sent to our regular salesperson voicemail . As of this morning I called back and asked again for our regular salesperson. Once again I was sent to his voice mail.I called back and told the receptionist if there was another salesperson that I could speak with? She connected me with Gavin. What a fantastic job this gentlemen did. I told Gavin what I needed for racking and he told me that he would return my call within thirty minutes. After fifteen minutes he called me back and told me they could get the items within a few weeks. It was a real pleasure working with Conesco on my storage project. I wasnt exactly sure as to what I needed but after talking with their staff they laid out a plan that was both efficient for my needs as well as cost friendly. I would highly recommend them.

We needed one conveyor for a saw that we had and found Conesco had a zillion of them in Flagstaff. Dewey arranged it quickly and confirmed it was what we wanted and we took the 2 hour drive to pick it up and it was ready for us, the transaction took 5 minutes. The conveyor was much better than the original ones on the saw, a great value and we were treated like we were buying a hundred of them by Ionesco, just for our little old one conveyor. Good company.

Ive dealt with Conesco on several occasions, outfitting three warehouses with various types of pallet rack. My experience from quote to installation has been good. Any issues that have arisen due to shortages or incorrect items have been taken care of. I have not ever felt like me or my company has been taken advantage of. On a more recent transaction they even worked with me on invoicing so that I could make a payment in a different quarter even after the stock was delivered in a previous quarter. I will continue to do business with them.
