Went in for my first time not too long ago. Huge selection and fair prices. Walked out with couple unique silver pieces Im sure Ill never find anywhere else. The only thing that I think would make this business way more successful is a bit more organization. If they maybe took a week to invest in better lighting, new display cases and rearranged the floor, it would likely increase sales for them.

Today was my first time into their shop, and I can give you the tl;dr as it will definitely not be my last. They have a humongous selection and very fair prices. Tom, as well as his mother and father are truly kind and honest business people. He will explain and demonstrate the logic and validity of his pricing while also being open to negotiation and bundling. I am so happy to have found this shop, I cant wait to get paid again so I can go get some more goodies.

Over Christmas I received my grandfathers coin collection not knowing if it was worth $5 or $5k. Tom walked me through what I had and taught me a few things about the coins. I even kept two coins that seemed the most valuable/unique - and Tom was excited and said he’d recommend I hold on to those too.Great guy! Completely trustworthy! We were cleaning out and had some coins to sell. I didnt know what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed the process. Tom clearly has a passion for coins and coin-collecting and is both knowledgeable and friendly. I had a gold coin that just sat in my drawer. I knew it was worth more than just a couple bucks. I researched some coin buyers and came across Centennial Gold and Silver. I called on Tuesday, and Tom answered. I asked him his hours, and he told me 10-2, and also he would be closed Wednesday through the weekend for a coin show. He said he would meet me at his shop on Wednesday at 7:30PM! Really? Who does that anymore? Every review on here is true, that is why I called him. We met, and he gave me exactly what I was expecting. Wi would have been in and out in less than ten minutes, but we started chatting. He is a great guy! He was getting messages on his phone non-stop, but he never looked at them and never stopped talking to me! I felt like I was in 1950! GO SEE TOM!! He is fair, knowledgeable,and a great guy!!

Some time in early March I dropped in to Tom O’s Gold and Silver Coin store. Only to meet Tom Sr. and Ruth Ann (Tom Jr.’s parents ).I mentioned that I was looking for a honest broker of precious metals. Ruth Ann was positive that I had found just the place and her son was that person.I returned, worked out a trade with Tom, and shook on it and left. No sooner had I left I wasn’t feeling good about what I had agreed to. I couldn’t sleep, and I was feeling sick about my decision. I decided to return the next morning as soon as Tom opened for business. I shared with Tom how much I regretted my decision in making the trade, couldn’t sleep, extreme buyers remorse...Tom immediately asked what I would like to make me feel better ? I said, to resent the deal and step away and just clear my head. He agreed to rewind the deal all my coins back and I would return his coins.I’m here say that both Ruth Ann and Tom Sr. were right and should be proud in the professionalism and integrity of their son.
