In late December I contacted this firm to replace shower door trim that has hardened. I received an email saying they had ordered the trim. A bit later I asked when they were coming out to install it and was told they had an employee with COVID and had to close for a few weeks. In the past two months I have written the twice and have received no response at all. I assume they are no longer interested in my business but would have appreciated them just saying so.

Chris Moon is the owner and did the measure and install. He shows up on time and the install looks great!
