I stopped into Denver Doll while visiting Colorado, and my experience was excellent! I always do better making purchases when I can see and feel what I’m trying to buy, and the owner was very accommodating with all of my requests and answered the questions I had. When it came time to purchase, I figured out the hard way a hold had been put on my card. She was very understanding and allowed me to come in the next day to make my purchase. I walked away more than happy, I would definitely recommend this business for your doll needs!
Im new to bjd collection. I saw a great sale on a doll by my favorite artist & decided to take the plunge. Well, I was in despair when my beauty arrived but her eyes werent put in! Yikes! I have horrible arthritis & felt this an impossibility for me plus I had no clue as to how to do this. I called Denver Doll & my problem was quickly resolved. Thanks so much for your help! I did it!
I got what I needed but the lady was really rude. I felt like I couldn’t even ask questions because she just didn’t want me there. Really puts a damper on your project that you are excited for. So I hope I got the right stuff. I didn’t get to get a wig for my doll because she was just being so irritated with everything I asked. I wasn’t about to ask for help with wig sizing. I’ll just go somewhere else or go online rather than deal with her again.
I had the wrong doll delivered after waiting 8 months for her, but the employees at DDE are amazing at customer service. They sent me a return label swiftly and right once she returned at the facility I was refunded. I happened to have to use a gift card because of a computer malfunction but they still refunded me on my paypal anyways. I will continue to order from DDE even with this mishap. Customer service is my top priority and they have been the most amazing company I have ever ordered from.

Ive been a Denver Doll Emporium customer for several years. Their staff is always wonderful to me and as helpful as they can possibly be. They are also the exclusive retailer for many overseas doll companies that makes them incredibly unique.

Another disappointing “visit” with the receptionist. Every time I’ve called she answers the phone like she is gritting her teeth and hates her job. She was no help at all whatsoever - She (your main receptionist) needs Xanax or something similar
