First time order from them and I am happy with the order. I live NY and I order valentines day gift for my boyfriend. He really loved it chocolate fruits special pineapples looking like moustache 😁 For sure I will order from them next time. Thank you

One of my staff sent me an Edible Arrangement for my birthday. This location is where it was sent from. Unbeknownst to my staff member, Im allergic to watermelon and cantaloupe and unfortunately, its the type of allergy I cant just avoid those fruits. If they touch anything, or the juice gets on something I cant eat it. The arrangement was loaded with these two fruits, and I took a chance and called the store to ask if there was any way that I could bring it back, unopened and still sealed in the wrapper, and exchange. This store was so generous and professional, they told me they cant take it back, but made me another and invited me in to pick it up. She confirmed which fruits I could eat. She also included some dipped chocolate berries. This is how you do business! As a business owner myself, I applaud this location for their generosity of spirit and the extra mile they went to make sure I had what I needed. I was already a customer but Ill make sure to frequent this location every chance I get. Thanks for taking great care of us.

I didnt realize that you can get single pieces of chocolate covered fruit here. The staff was super friendly and it was a nice treat beyond the typical dessert. Looking forward to coming back for a chocolate covered banana, a really large one.

I initially hesitated to write this review. However, I placed my order a day in advance online for deivery. I called the store and they were very kind at 2:30, in which they expressed the order was on the truck and would be delivered in a short a mount of time. An hour later I called again and they said due to another order placed for the same location, the van turned around and did not deliver my order to pick up the other order, which is now another hour delay. I dont feel it fair or appropriate for 2 hour delay on my product, a fresh product now being driven around, due to an order placed much later then mine. Im frustrated as I was very hopeful this product would have been delivered much earlier then 4:30, with a high risk the recipient didnt get it. Its too expensive for this lack of response/delivery time. I will not be ordering from this particular location again, good thing there are so many store options!

For the money, expected a lot more.Ordered online and order was ready at time promised, but this was a special birthday present and the staff member was less than friendly..the card was not even legible..and the large was not worth 60$. What a ripoff!! Not ever recommending or using Edible Arrangements again....

Drove out of my way to try to get an anniversary gift and for no apparent reason the store is closed. No sign, no message when calling, no info as to why anywhere.

I ordered a 100$ worth of chocolate covered strawberries and they arrived moldy!!! Never again will I order from edible arrangements.
