We were extremely happy with every person involved. The installers, Zach and Vince, were very detail oriented which I extremely appreciate. Unlike other contractors we’ve used in our new build, they clean up after themselves! Ethan was spot on as far as the measurements and so forth and the fabrication was perfect. We love our countertops and appreciate the attention we received. This definitely added an extra spark as we finish our new build! We definitely highly recommend Green acres Granite!!
Our entire experience with Green Acres was outstanding! From the start Liam in the store was very professional and answered all of our questions and called us when he said he would. Ethan showed up on time to take the laser measurements and answered more of my questions. Kudos to Steve in the fab shop he nailed it, his work was flawless. Nick and Taylor showed up on time to do the install and it went very smooth. I would gladly use them again.
We are so happy we chose to work with Green Acres. They are very professional and provided a comprehensive team for our project, especially Ryan our project manager, Josh our lead installer and Fred, the plumber. We were impressed with how conscientious they were with our project and how well they all worked as a team. The whole process was efficient from start to finish, and they completed the project earlier than scheduled!
Our kitchen was overdue for some updates and Green Acres was fantastic to work with. Ryan came to the house for a pre-consult and gave us quote for quartz in the kitchen and a small bathroom, so that we would maximize the slab. Pricing was very reasonable, and we were able to see the slab in full at the warehouse. A few weeks later, Ethan took an exact template so we could begin fabrication. When it was time for installation, 3 members of the team arrived for the demo, installation, and plumbing. They were able to complete everything in one day, and that meant our kitchen was back to use in less time than we anticipated. The measurements and overall precision was spot-on! It was fabricated with no seams in the stone, the fit on the stove eliminated a gap we had, and the sink looks absolutely seamless. I would work with this company again! In fact, were already talking about when we should plan for a bathroom upgrade.
Green Acres Granite offers a fully integrated process for replacing and installing granite countertops. They feature a wide selection of granite and insure that multiple slabs match. Their measurement, demolition and install process is incredibly efficient and employees Zack, Josh and plumber Fred solved a number of installation issues on site. We are very pleased with our new countertops as well as the final cost.
Wonderful experience of getting granite! Amanda was so great at explaining every question and concern we had. She walked us through every step and made us feel comfortable with all our choices and decisions. There was one more gentleman that I cant remember the name of, but he went out of his way and came to measure out our sq. ft exactly because we werent completely positive of it. After that we knew how much granite we needed to buy. They were able to fit everything into 1 slab, which was great and saved us money. There was also a gentleman that came and laser measured all our counter tops so all the cuts were precise. After we picked out our granite slab, they took a picture of the exact slab we were getting and computer-generated our kitchen counter tops to show exactly how the granite will look like on every counter top. On the day of installation, Steve and John came and did a fast and amazing job. They were also very friendly. Every part fit with precision and looked exactly how it was supposed to. We love our new counter tops! We will definitely be going back for our future granite projects.
From start to install the team at Green Acres hit the mark. Were thrilled with our massive bar countertop and are so pleased we worked with them. Liam, Ethan & Steve at top notch. Highly recommend! Thanks Team!
I had a great experience working with Green Acres Granite and my quartz countertop looks fabulous. The team was awesome from start to finish. They kept to the dates, only 1 week from measurement to install. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. Special thanks to Liam, Ethan, Steve, Zack & Bill for all you did. I would encourage anyone thinking of getting countertops from Home Depot or Lowes to try Green Acres instead. Their prices are very competitive and the service is excellent.
As someone who has used Green Acres for many houses I’ve remodeled I couldn’t recommend them enough, great fabrication rates, professional cutting and fabrication equipment, extraordinary customer care and updating and very quick turnaround. I don’t do a lot of reviews for companies but Green Acres has consistently done such a great job for me that I thought I would. Take it from a pro, they do a great job in every category.
We shopped around Colorado Springs for granite companies and ultimately landed with Green Acres. Their prices are pretty on par with the other companies available, but the hospitality and family orient just made us feel more comfortable choosing them. They have plenty to choose from, including many types of stone. They met all our demands and were able to work with us on the quirks of the job. Their work is great and everything fit perfectly. We will definitely recommend Green Acres to our family and friends.
Very satisfied with Green Acres Granite. I replaced my kitchen countertops and they look great! Everyone I met was professional and focused on their work arriving on time and getting the job done. Liam, my Project Manager was extremely personable providing excellent customer service. Bill and Ethan completed the template answering my questions. Installers Zack and Josh were on it in removing the old and getting the job done in a timely manner. A thank you to Fabricator Steve who did a great job in cutting and edge finishing. I recommend Green Acres.
Very pleasant experience! The service was fast, friendly and we were offered a good deal! Liam helped us to make a good decision on our granite. His communication was outstanding from the beginning to the end of the project. The installation team Vince and Josh did a great job.
Great experience from start to finish. Had my bar counter tops redone.Ian listened to what I wanted and gave me plenty of options. Jason came and laser measured everything. He was courteous and on time. Installers were on time, cleaned everything up, and explained everything I needed to know. Overall it was a great experience and I love my counters.
Very pleased with the way Green Acres Granite handled every bit of this kitchen counter for my remodel. Their choices are good, clear assistance from Kylie, great installation from Josh and Ethan. Prices are good and no corners cut..a very easy and pleasant experience and Ive worked with a number of local granite companies in the past..one of the smoothest! Looks great.
Everyone involved in the process of transforming the countertops in our kitchen presented themselves and Green Acres with the upmost of professionalism and respect for our time and our home. Special call out to the entire team involved in the process, from Liam through Ethan, Dean, Rick, Ryan, Steve, Fred and the two guys who removed the original countertops. Would have no qualms about recommending Green Acres to family and friends.
Although Green Acres operates a bit differently than other stone companies we have used in the past, we had a good experience and are VERY happy with the outcome with our newly remodeled kitchen counters. We like the fact that they will work off of 1/2 slabs which worked perfect for our project. Throughout the project they quickly addressed any issues that came up. Communication was good and the price was competitive. We really liked the installation staff. Five stars from us! And thats all I have to say about that!
Very competitively priced. Good folks to deal with. Everything was completed per the terms of the agreement (folks need to read the agreements so you know what is and isnt included!!). The demo and installation crew were great; answered all of our questions as they were doing the demo and install; and, cleaned up after themselves. I would also like to say, we were fully aware upfront that the demo crew may not be able to take our Blanco sinks out in one piece; however, the demo crew were very careful to keep the sinks intact and those could have been re-installed, although, we had bought new sinks just in case. We wound up using the new sinks because they looked so much better, and they did a great job of setting the new sinks. Also, I was concerned about the cutouts for the water and faucets because our Island was a custom install, and the plumbing was not a normal install. Since I was doing the plumbing myself, I was worried. The cutouts were perfect and I did not have any trouble getting everything back together. Highly recommend!
It is with great pleasure that I give Green Acres Granite the highest review. The installers, Zach and Chris displayed the highest workmanship. They were efficient and attentive to detail. They did all the work associated with this project including moving the oven, disconnecting the gas, removing the old counter tops and installing the beautiful granite counters. The project manager, Grace was unfailingly courteous, friendly, efficient, and competent. I am extremely happy with their work,
Green acres granite did an amazing job for us. We spoke to several granite companies and green acres stood above the rest. Liam was patient and helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted. Steve fabricated it perfectly. Ethan came to do the templating and was thorough and professional. Josh installed it well and even completed it quickly, and correctly. Then Fred the plumber was very professional as well. We will be going back to turn for future projects for sure.Thank you green acres granite! We love our new countertops!
I love my new countertop and the team at Green Acres Granite was fantastic to work with. Great to be able to see larger pieces of Quartz to choose the right product and Liam was great in making suggestions. The installers, Josh and Vince, were timely and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Fred the plumber was fantastic! He was patient with and kind to my German Shepherd who was under the sink with him during much of the installation.
Everything you would want in a company you need to subcontract with! Professional, precise, organized, excellent communication and very responsive with follow up questions. Ryan, our Project Manager, was clear and concise in describing the contracting process -- made even easier with the documents online. They have a great product selection & the ability to purchase only 1/2 slabs is ideal. Prices are competitive and you can view/select the product at the warehouse. Ethan our Templater, was quite helpful when taking the measurements and accommodating us when we wished to increase the original size of the backsplash and extend the depth of the overhang to fit a custom vanity. Fabricator Steve did beautiful work with the quartz slab and Vince, the installer was friendly and very thorough in placing the finished product! Throughout the entire project - the team quickly & politely addressed all questions /concerns we had and offered additional support where needed without hesitation or added cost. We are very pleased with this company and plan to use them again on our next projects!
Beware of this company, as they are scam artists. They will take your money before they finish, do shoddy work, and then treat you with attitude. SCAMMERS.
These guys were awesome to have work on my home. Fred, Nicholas, Vince, and a few others I am not able to name were all very nice and hard workers. I would recommend them to any family or friend.
Neal and Ryan at the Centennial shop were very helpful in choosing a granite pattern to complement our kitchen cabinets. Their attention to detail was quite helpful for us novices. We had a challenging counter-top template because we were going to cut down a pony wall behind the sink. That corner near the kitchen wall and a stair rail made the fabrication complicated. Bill and Ethan did an amazing job with the template so the finished counter top looks very professional. When we decide to remodel our master bath, I will look to Green Acres for another job. Thank you so much!
Dont have the best things to say about their sales staff and the project management up to the point of install, but the install crew themselves were amazing. Product was amazing and everything fit seamlessly. Ive had the countertops for a few months now, and I snapped the corner off one of the pieces of granite (my fault and a natural seam in the stone). Their staff was very responsive, and got some great guys out within a few days to fix the counters at no cost. Awesome support. Awesome end result. I wasnt going to leave a review at all, but the post sale install crew, and support staff after install has been great and deserve recognition.
Liam, Steve, Josh and Vince did an amazing job! Totally recommend them.
This company did an outstanding job. This is the second time I have used them. They have remodeled two kitchens and 4 bathrooms for me. Vince, Joe, and Scott did a wonderful job installing my counter tops. I live on the second floor in a condo and they brought up the counter tops on a stair case that twists and turns and leaves very little room for error. they managed to get the main counter up and installed with no scratches. Wow! what great team work.
We had a great experience picking out and buying our granite counter tops from Green Acres Granite. From Liam and Ryan in the office to Bill and Josh in the field. All very professional and knowledgeable. The fabrication and installation are faultless. The end product is even more beautiful than I expected, if possible!!
We could not be more pleased with the final product. Ethan (templater) and the installers (Joshua and Drew) were fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars is that for several questions we had (e.g. on us getting the remnants), we got different stories from each person we asked. Plus the contract was very ambiguous with respect to remnants.
We were thoroughly pleased with the entire process, from start to finish. Grace and Ian were extremely in the showroom and yard and for the in house consultation. Ethan and Bill were very informative throughout the process of templating and included us and made sure it is exactly what we wanted. On the days for the install, Austin and John arrived promptly and proceeded quickly with their work, and made sure everything was laid out exactly the way it should be before they completed the job.
We highly recommend Green Acres Granite! Their customer service is exemplary in every way, and we suggest you request Ryan to assist as you plan your countertop project. Zach, Fred and Bill installed new countertops in our kitchen and bathroom, which look perfect because of the quality of the product and the timely installation. Their installers even helped resolve issues with old countertops that were not theirs! Also, after our daughter accidentally marred the new bathroom countertop, they came back multiple times to repair the stain and return it to its original beauty. On top of all that, their prices are reasonable!
Let me start by saying I previously fabricated and installed granite for a living. I know how the entire process should work. Before, during and after signing our contract at the Centennial location, we requested the left over pieces of marble from our kitchen install. Although not written in the contract, I was verbally assured by Heather (Sr. Project manager) that any remnants would be delivered upon install... they were not. I was lied to by 3 employees (Nick, Ian, Heather) who all said there were no leftovers and any little bits were thrown away. Finally the next day they admitted to having my 94 x 51 extra marble (attached picture), but now refused to deliver it due to liability. That size piece can be used to make two bathroom vanities with plenty to spare. Green acres would have most likey sold my extra to someone else for that reason. This is a normal industry practice, and why they couldnt find my scraps. I had to drive 50 min to their Colorado Springs shop and pick up the marble in my own truck.Aside from that, the installers were 30min late, missing their 9-10 window. Their old box truck was not equipped with standard granite install tools. They had no saw horses, 2x4s, suction clamps, sink hole saver, sink hanger, duct tape, mineral spirits ect. I offered my tools and assistance to complete the install. Even the dishwasher mount was installed upside down which I had to point out.One good thing is that the laser templater who came out was very experienced. He was on time, professional and his layout fit perfectly. He was recently hired on with the company, learning his trade from other businesses.
I would not recommend. We selected a countertop, and, when processing the paperwork, I requested that any remnants be saved so that I could pick up at their fabrication site in Colorado springs. The request upset them so much that dropped our order. A rather unusual and odd reaction. I would suggest dealing elsewhere.
Highly unprofessional attitude. Visited their office, selected the stone and got approximate quote on few measurements we had and asked them to send their representative at home to get more accurate quote. He came on scheduled time and discussed the additional jobs and verbally said the numbers. We asked him to give the numbers in writing so we can discuss as its bit too much to process. He said he will email the fresh quote tomorrow .Which didnt came day after but after 2days and he emailed the old quote. We called them about the mistake and asked for fresh quote.Again they sent old quote. We replied back on email. Its been 3days no communication from their side.We are sure if they are so unprofessional in even providing quote, what mess it could be when work get start. Surely not worth the time n money to deal with them.
My Mother went to Green Acres Granite because she wanted a nice counter top for the bathroom remodel I was doing. We walked in and the two guys there just stared at us like we had no business being in there (warning sign #1). The silence was finally broken by a guy who said what do you need. What do we need? Really? We are in a store that does counter tops. We need a counter top. So we said to him, a counter top for a bathroom. His first response was, well we only sell half and full slabs. At this point, he never provided us with any of the normal greetings such as hello, how are you, how can I help you today, or thats great we do bathroom counter tops too. Clearly we were inconveniencing him (warning sign #2). He then told us to walk through their showroom and pick something out. Literally no help whatsoever at this point. My Mom liked a specific counter top and we ended up getting an estimate which was fair and the timing for the install was good so my Mom went with Green Acres. Before the templators came, my Mom and I noticed the vessel sink would look better centered with the lighting and not the cabinet. When the templators came my Mom made it clear three or more times that she wanted the holes for the vessel sink to be centered with the lighting. I was not physically in the room but downstairs working on my computer. She made it CRYSTAL FREAKING CLEAR that she wanted it centered with the lighting. Before the day of the install came and my Mom and I noticed on the drawing right away that it was to be centered over the counter top. She spoke to someone at GAG and they assured her it was centered with the lighting (warning sign #3). Day of install came and it was centered over the cabinet. My Mom was immediately upset. The installers were told to install the counter top anyway by GAG and then the installers said Green Acres would make it right. As it turns out one of the employees of Green Acres had no intention of making it right and even went as far to insinuate my Mom was lying to him. He said his guys have fessed up to mistakes before and they are saying they never had a conversation about where the sink was to be centered. Luckily the plumber who came the next day to hook up the pipes was able to right the situation but if he couldnt do anything the owner would have just written off my parents. Then my Dad wrote a bad review which an employee clearly didnt like because he offered my Dad money to take the review down (which Im sure the company will deny). HE WENT SO FAR AS TO BRIBE MY PARENTS!!! This place is a disgrace. Sure the counter top looks good but the look of it has nothing to do with Green Acres. They simply get the stone and install it. If you want good stone counter tops there are plenty of locations to go to. Sure they have good reviews because stone looks nice when its installed but read the bad reviews and notice this is a trend. It is a business with terrible customer service and the owner is pompous at best. I will tell every person I know in south Denver and in Colorado Springs to stay away from this terrible place.UPDATE: I spoke with someone at Green Acres Colorado Springs office today. She was very kind and understood why myself and my parents were upset. To the response from the owner. I apologize for saying you were the one who offered the bribe. It was not you, it was an employee. I was there when my father received the call asking him to take down the bad review for $100. This is no lie. As I spoke with the employee from Green Acres today (9/3) it did appear the actions of the employees me and my mother were dealing with were not normal, but the fact remains the installed counter top was wrong, Green Acres took no responsibility to fix the issue, called my mother a liar, then offered my father a bribe to take down his bad review.THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO MAKE THIS RIGHT...Call my mother and apologize or offer her some money back, anything! Just do something. In the world we live in, customer service is EVERYTHING.
Great experience - Team leads for demolition and install of countertops were both great and personable. The price was much lower than other granite companies in the area. Over-all, Super happy with my Quartz Countertops.
I have a beautiful new look in my kitchen thanks to Green Acres Granite! Everyone that I worked with throughout this process was polite, professional and courteous; Grace, Ian, Bill, John, Vincent, Jason, Austin, Taylor, Zach, Chris and Fred. Green Acres has an easy way of doing the complicated! My new granite countertops are sleek and pretty to look at, thanks to all of their hard work. They are wonderful to work with, consistent with their contact and they show up when they say they will. Please consider them first if you have plans to change to granite! I wish I’d found them sooner.
We were very happy with the installation of our new quartz countertops. Liam & Ryan were very helpful with the overall management of the project and the communication was easy and timely. Ethan, the templater, was thorough; his measurements were perfect. Zack, Josh, & Fred demod the old countertop and installed the new countertop and sink were efficient, professional and friendly. We highly recommend Green Acres Granite!
Green Acres was professional and knowledgeable. They have competitive prices, a great selection and quicker turn-around than most competitors. They were on time and followed up with a courtesy call to check on my satisfaction with the product.
Great service all the way through. I enjoyed picking my granite and the guys who came out to do the install. They shared with me the CAD layout and renderings before the work was done and were through with their calculations. The pieces fit like a glove. John and Austin did a great job during everything up. Naturally there will be some touch up regarding drywall and paint (mainly from the old caulking you’ll remove). Definitely appreciated this group and the professionalism they showed.
Green Acres Granite is a friendly, helpfulBusiness. We worked with both Ian & Grace and they took the time to research different slabs for us, to make sure we had the correct one. Quick template process with Bill and great completion time. We visited other granite places, but Green Acres is the best!
Checking with Green Acres Granite was the best thing we did! The entire process was so simple and easy. Heather helped by preparing the quote, Dionne helped adjust it for the granite we eventually went with (which we love - geology loving nerds that we are!) Josh did a great job with the template and Juan and Tony did a fantastic job with the install. While there was a bit of glitch in getting all of the granite pieces into place, a very fast resolution to the issue was the best outcome anyone could hope for. I heartily recommend Green Acres - they are great and very professional!
Grace at Green acres has been very helpful. Professional, always available, helps me find what I need in a timely manner, and I LOVE the counters now that they are in. So happy with their service. Much quicker and easier than ordering with the big box companies, and the prices are same!
We recently got granite installed from Greenacres Granite. Grace helped us when we just walked in and thought we would ask about them as a company. We were going to go with another company at first but we changed and went with Greenacres. Grace helped us and we didn’t seem to be a bother at all even though it was close to closing time. She showed us all around and made us feel important and was very informative (on more than one occasion after this so I could make up my mind). The installers were pretty quick as well.
We were looking for a one stop shop for our granite. We found it at Green Acres Granite. No middle man or sub contractors. Job was great from start to end. Vince and Mike the installers were awesome. If we ever need granite work again we will not hesitate to use them again.
No where else in Colorado Springs can you find a business like Green Acres Granite! Seriously! It all started with Ryan who came to the property the day I came in because he understood the urgency for a quick buy and install! Then he handed the job over to Ian! What a great help! Then I met Wendy who change the entire dynamics of this job once she heard what problems I was having with other trades on this property! She went way beyond her job! Thank you, Wendy! The installers are the most professional group of people I have ever met! Vince, Zack, Taylor, Fred and Mike, thank you all for an exceptional job! I will never go anywhere else! I recommend Green Acres Granite to do it all! An ENTIRE Company who does an excellent job from start to finish! Grace thank you for all of your updated phone calls and staying in touch! Thank you all for the BEST experience!
I can’t say enough good things about this company! From the second I came in to the second I picked up the remnant I had fabricated for a mud room bench, they have been fantastic to work with. kind, considerate, timely, professional, and assertive. Amanda is so great. Seriously. So great. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve walked the stone yard or how many phone calls or emails we’ve exchanged but she has always gone above and beyond. I completely spaced picking up the remnant and she called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. Ian went out of his way to place it in my car and tell me how to lay it into place once I got home. We are in the process of building a custom home and there is no where else I would go for stone in the Springs but Green Acres.
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!While pulling out our sink, one of the installers (Austin) failed to properly cut the caulk. My wife watched as Austin then proceeded to man handle the sink. He yanked hard to pull the sink out because the caulk was not cut, and he ultimately cracked the sink in half. Had the caulk been properly cut, the sink would not have cracked.I understand that accidents happen, and I was confident that the Green Acres team would make this right. However, when I contacted Green Acres (south Denver location), Heather told me they would absolutely not provide any sort of compensation. I was surprised by this lack of customer service, so I called the main office in Colorado Springs. The sales manager Ryan told me that if they paid for all the sinks they broke, they wouldnt make any money, and he would absolutely not compensate me for anything. This was really shocking to for me to hear, who treats their customers this poorly?!?!?!I now have to buy a new sink and install it at my own expense. Overall, a really bad experience. If I had to do it again, I would definitely avoid using Green Acres, buyer beware!!!!
It is hard to find a company now a days that will fit you in to an already tight schedule, provide excellent costumer service, a superior product and make it feel like it is a pleasure for them to do so. Amanda, Taylor and Ian were all very helpful in my last project an FB I look forward to working with them again on the next one. Thanks!
This company has done 2 projects for me now and I cannot praise them enough. Well priced, very polite and always on time. I am bad with names but I think Vince and Steve did my work yesterday. They are great at what they do. They kept the place clean and vacuumed anything they got dust on. I will always recommend this company. The office staff is top notch. Great company.
Hi Grace,Thank you for your patience, time and help in choosing just the right piece of granite for our fireplace hearth. The hearth arrived today and we love the granite with the stone. It is as pretty as we had hoped. John and Austin who installed the granite, take pride in the work. The granite fits like a glove. We would recommend Green Acres Granite to anyone who is looking for quality staff and granite. It all starts with the PEOPLE doesn’t it? I will send a picture when the fireplace is completed. Thx again, John and Sue N.
We were extremely happy with this company. We had the opportunity to work with Elaine on one project and Ian on the other. Both were professional, providing wonderful guidance on the selection of stone and helping make sure the installation went smoothly, even when it needed to happen at two different steps in our project. Josh, the templater was so efficient and made accurate measurements so that every piece fit to perfection. We were very impressed with Vince and Bruno when they installed the granite, they took so much care not only with the granite, but also with our cabinets and flooring, there was not a scratch, anywhere. We give them our hearty recommendation.
We went in and Amber was available on a busy Saturday to help us.Ordered a slab and had it installed everything went as planned. They answered all questions and were always alerting us to next step. The installers also were on time and efficient. Thanks for your professalism
We had a personal nightmare last summer with Green Acres Granite. After the contract was signed (which has a no negative feedback clause in it) our stone arrived for our kitchen countertop and island. I knew something was amiss when the installers brought out angle grinders to help the pieces fit. The seams were bad and edges were uneven and even wavy in certain locations. The sink cutout was wrong even with a template I gave them. The kitchen island had uneven seams along the 2” edge and a corner was epoxyed after obvious previous damage. We fought for a month or more for a refund and to take their material back. The only bright spot was how professional and helpful Heather was at the Centennial store but she was handcuffed by horrible fabrication and installation. We also were not given ANY remnants after the installation after purchasing 3 full slabs of material. Be very careful with these guys!!!
Very helpful.
I was very pleased with my Granite Counter tops. Heather, Project Manager was very helpful. Vince & Bruno did a good job with the installation. And, Josh did an excellent job with the template. He also end up doing my plumbing.
We would like to give thanks to the staff of Green Acres Granite, for the absolutely awesome serviced we received. From the moment we met Grace and Ian the friendly and professionalism was ongoing throughout the entire process of having new kitchen counter tops installed. A special thanks to the installers, Jason, Zack, and Chris. They were quick, patient and of course professionals. For our next projects we have no doubt that Green Acres Granite will be the place we will go.Respecfully,Rick & Velinda
Green Acres Granite did a fantastic granite counter & tile backsplash at my home. They were very patient with all of my questions and went out of there way every step of the way. Ryan worked with me on designing the project and selecting the materials. Choosing the granite and tile was quite the process. I had multiple appointments during the process and Ian stepped in to help out due to my schedule restrictions. Josh stepped in with the template and placed the granite pieces on the template exactly the way I wanted. The granite installers, Tony & Hose did a great job with the installation. The quality of work was great. They were very courteous. There were a few drywall repairs and Bill took care of that. Fred, the plumber did a great job installing my new kitchen sink and did a few cabinet stain touch ups.Zack did the tile backsplash in the kitchen and he was wonderful! He went out of his way to make sure I liked everything he did. I am a very detailed person and he was very responsive to my needs and requests. He was very meticulous with his work and the end result was fantastic!I get many compliments on my new kitchen!I am very late in completing this survey and have had this wonderful kitchen makeover since last April. It still looks great and there have been no problems or issues!Overall...the workmanship and service was fantastic! I highly recommend them! Also...on another note...the cost was very reasonable. I had 4 companies come out to provided estimates and Green Acres was not the lowest, but also not the most expensive. I dont mind paying a little more for quality products and workmanship. I am very happy that I chose Green Acres.I would also like to thank the owner of Green Acres...because they employ an awesome team!Dale Q
Green Acres Granite has done a couple small granite projects at our home. Most recent was our laundry room. Great from start to finish...picking slab, measuring onsite to installation...no issues.Would use them again and again:)!
An exceptional experience for granite countertop installation! From start to finish, this was the smoothest kitchen transformation and was completed quickly. The team overseeing my project, Elaine, Ian, Juan, and Tony, were extremely professional and helpful, making everything go smoothly and seamlessly. Thank you for a job well done!
These guys were communicative, reasonable, reliable, and polite. I will definitely be working with them again.
Did a kitchen remodel and needed some new granite to replace the old ugly green granite that we had. Elaine was a pleasure to work with and answered all the quest that my wife and I had. Josh came out about a week before install to template our counters, he was very friendly and professional. When the day came for install Adriane and Jose came in and talked to us about any concerns and how the install would go. They were both very professional! Would recommend Green Acres Granite to anyone looking to do a remodel. Thank you!!
From deciding on countertops though installation, Green Acres staff were helpful, professional, and timely. John and Austin did an excellent and efficient job of installing the counter tops. We were extremely pleased with results.
Green Acres Granite did an amazing job with our countertop install. From picking out the granite and planning with Ian to the install with Juan and Tony, everyone was very informative, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this business who is looking to upgrade their counters and more.
Good company to work with. Communication is good, installers are very helpful, and Ian made the transaction very easy.
7-2019, Awesome company. We recently did a full kitchen remodel. We ran across Green Acres Granite from a flyer in the mail, and visited them at the Centennial location and met Heather, the Project Manager. Delightful, great listener, and fun. Prices were very competitive, and many slabs of wonderful Granite onsite. The best part, 1 week to install after it is measured and templated, vs 4-5wks at other places... including the Big Box stores! We choose a beautiful, exotic Brazilian Granite with a Crescent edge finish, and after the template, we worked with Heather to fine tune the layout to show off the best features of the exotic granite. They are fast and efficient...1 week later, it was cut, and they were installing several pieces in the kitchen. Everything went perfect, and their Laser measuring was spot on the money!Very pleased with the whole process.Thank you to the whole team; Heather, Vince, Michael, Austin, Zack, Bill and Big Mike, you are an awesome Team...!!!K&S 😎😊
We had a good experience with Green Acres Granite. Grace helped us through the process and was very responsive.
Everyone from picking out the granite to measuring, installing and hooking up the plumbing were fantastic
Visited several granite shops and we decided on Green Acres to do a bar top. Ian was our sales rep. and was very proffesional and helpful in helping select our granite. The installers were also professional and experienced craftsman. They installed the tops and then measured for the backsplash so that it would fit perfict and that it did, We are very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitated to recommend them or use them again.John
Heather, Dave, Bill, Vince, and Bruno did a great job from beginning to end with our granite project. From the tile selection and overall project management with Heather, the templating with Bill, problem solving when an issue arose with Dave, and installation by Vince and Brune, we could not be happier. A former granite installation expert friend was wowed by the finished product and price, as were we!
An outstanding experience from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent; checking on our cabinet order, answering our multitude of questions, keeping us informed when a problem arose. They estimated high on the countertop install, so our total expense actually went down! From the time we said “it’s a go”, it was just over a week to brand new, gorgeous countertops.Thank you Ian, Elaine, Josh, Tony and Juan. I love my new countertops!! We’ll definitely be back when we are ready to do the bathrooms!
67 square feet of old ugly granite removed and beautiful new quartz kitchen countertop installed in only four and a half hours, including the plumbing for a new sink. Juan, Tony and Fred the plumber did a professional job with the install, including clean-up. Great care was taken to not damage our flooring, cabinets and black-splash. They could not have done a better job. A few days earlier, Josh spent about an hour working up the new countertop template, and also did a fine job, answering all of our questions and relieving a lot of anxiety. Elaine, who handled all the paperwork and office preinstall meetings, was 100% professional and very helpful as well.
I had a great experience with Green Acres Granite. Nick was fantastic!
Very professional service!
