Great selection of lights, and an even greater staff. I drove here from Boulder to pick up some string lights for my house, only to return home dissatisfied with my purchase. I called in to ask about exchanging, and Michael was extremely understanding and helpful with my situation. Just like that, I have different lights in the mail for me, and Ill be sending the lights I purchased back in no time. Hooray!

Michael, Tomi and all the crew are friendly and efficient. Tomi walked out to the warehouse to confirm a low-stock item was still in-stock. Who does that these days? Been working with this company for supply now for the better part of 10 years now. Thats a long time to do business with someone but they have made it better and easier year after year and continue to get better. A gentleman by the name of Michel and there are many more but each one is a superstar of there game and do everything in there power to help and get you what you need asap. Great company and set of guys . Highly recommended.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. A number of years ago I decided I wanted quality old-fashioned Christmas lights, so I bought the strings and a whole bunch of lights from this company. Unfortunately the strings burn out and one is stuck with a whole bunch of useless bulbs. Twice I had to order strings even though I only used them for about a month and they are essentially covered. This year I called to ask about a fuse or something. The customer service rep. told me I should have used electrical tape to cover the end. These are billed as outdoor lights and no where do their instructions tell you to do this. The rep. said she would send me some fuses and a new string, no charge. I offered to pay. She again said no charge. Unfortunately they never sent me anything, and I had to go without lights as I waited, ultimately buying new lights from someone else and having a ton of useless bulbs from Novelty. I understand this is a first world problem. But this company sells a first world item. Bad business to lie to people when the timeframe for using holiday lights is so short. Dont bother with this company.

Did not get to test the product. A very unusual spring snow storm hit right as my order was about to ship. I paid for next day service--because I needed it right away. When they finally shipped it (and I didnt need it anymore) they still shipped next day. And they didnt ask me.They agreed to return the price of lights, but I had to haggle about the shipping fee. They did return the bulk of the shipping fee, but I had to pay the shipping back to them. So I was out about 40 bucks. Not the end of the world, but not what they agreed to do.They were not unpleasant folks to deal with. But they made a mistake and should have taken care of it. So I am doubtful their customer service is top notch.
