We had tile installed about a year ago, whole house of wood style tile. The installation is perfect! This year we had a pattern carpet installed only on our stairs and we love, love love it!

I was pleased to find a local source for Schluter products, Ditra decoupling mat specifically that would sell only what I need (cut roll). Really friendly, helpful and product available same day.

Friendly service competive price knowable people

This company might have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. After running into problems with my kitchen floor, I reached out to my builder who directed me to Eagle Flooring. I called upwards of 10 different times over the course of 3 months and talked to several different people who promised they would call me back with more info but never did. Every time I called to follow up they had absolutely no idea who I was or what I was talking about. They finally dispatched someone to come take pictures of my floors, I assume to shut me up (never got a call back after that), and when I called to follow up they STILL had no idea who I was. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable. STEER CLEAR!!!

Why doesnt their website ever work?

These are the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. I would never to business with them. Make sure you don’t ask about Evoke flooring. They will refuse to help you.

They hire the cheapest installers they can find with no concerns of quality or how to make a customer feel their getting their moneys worth. Do your self a favor and steady far away from this shotty sweat shop.

Horrible installation. Bought expensive carpet and their installers botched the job. 3+ years later and the seams are still very visible. I tried working with them at the time but they kept sending out the same installer who kept telling me the seams would disappear. It was like the saying doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Too bad I cant give them a negative rating. RUN RUN from these guys.
