I would give them zero stars if I could. We had a system installed in 2018 and it hasnt been working correctly over the last year. They keep saying it is an old system. They are also charging us now to upgrade the software when they never sent us notice that we needed to complete. They have no pride in service or care about their products cause we are roped in by their one sided contracts. Also they automatically increase our bill every year by 8%.

When I got in touch with Terry and Adrian in Denver, they were so very helpful. We are so appreciative. They really were wonderful.

This company is overpriced, quality of service is poor and unethical. I purchased a commercial building and attempted to use Stanley for Fire Alarm Monitoring, Burglar Alarm Monitoring and Keyless Entry. All the equipment transferred with the sale of the building. Stanley tried to charge thousands of dollars to transfer the contract even though nothing was changing. Decided to use Security Central which I use on my other commercial buildings. Beware of Stanley Security.

Stay away! Everything about this company is poor. Save your time, money and FRUSTRATIONS and take your business elsewhere.

This morning a Stanley security truck was in a bear Creek area school zone tailing cars! It had temp tags and is giving your company a bad name driving in a school zone like that .

BEWARE! There is a separate contract for leased equipment and the monitoring contract. If you cancel before the term is over, they will remove their equipment but continue to charge the remainder of the contract amount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! FRAUDULENT!!
