Like many other places these days, this store is understaffed. However the staff members I interacted with were attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and in short just great! In fact the checkout person noticed that the cutting people had double counted head charged me twice for one fabric so they noticed that and they took it off my bill which was awesome. Also perhaps by chance, every type of fabric that I was interested in, which was various fleece fabrics, was on sale and up to 60% off.

Nice store, but horribly understaffed! The staff who are here are handling things as best they can, but management and corporate need to something to actually get new workers. (Hint: you probably need to pay them more and treat them better!)

Great selection of arts and crafts and home decorating items. The store is clean and cheerful. I could spend hours browsing. Inevitably I find something to buy thats not on my list but irresistible.

Nothing our of ordinary. Needed to purchase yarn. Was disappointed in the variety. Came to this store because its bigger and figured they would have more in variety selection and quantity. Employees very nice and attentive.

Great collection of fabrics if u want something unique but not as cost effective as Hobby Lobby or walmart stuff. U do get unique options here so if u are looking for that, this is a must try. For something generic, you can get them at Hobby Lobby or walmart. Overall nice collection of craft stuff.

Jo-Anns has always been my favorite craft store. But during the past year it is also become my Safe Haven.Theyre doing an excellent job were sanitizing carts and register counter tops in between customers. And customers and employees wearing masks. I feel safe shopping here. Thank you guys.Their fabric selection is phenomenal. Not to mention accessories and other sewing supplies. Employees are friendly and are always happy to help if needed.Definite recommend!

I went down there and asked for two pieces of cloth to be cut 36 by 72 to be made into a blanket where you cut straps down the side and tie them together, well the lady with the long brown Har got the 72 right but cut on of the pieces to 43!!!!! I didnt remeasure because I trusted her! After hours of cuttingng then tying the two long sides first, I get to the two short sides and end up with a huge amount of fabric of the solid color just hanging there, ruined my whole project! $40 down the drain and hours of work down the drain and this was a donation to the veterans project!!!! Thought they were professionals!!!

First visit yesterday. Place can easily be seen from main road. I was looking for upholstery fabric. They had a good selection. Sales throughout the store.Staff is friendly and so helpful!!Will definitely make this my go to fabric store.

The employees are much better!But the store its a mess. I walk in at 9am and none of the fabric or anything else is even a little bit fixed or straightened up. I know a lot of customers put stuff back wrong, but it is very frustrating trying to find something the website says is in stock.

Nice place. I must be going at the wrong time because they are real busy when I’m there and the checkouts are usually long. They need to get more employees to the registers faster instead of making customers wait during the rush.

It was a normal craft store, had some decent sales, but quite pricey (like most craft stores) for most things unless you have a coupon or catch a sale.

Wow, I have always loves Joanns but going there during social distancing, I am so impressed. What an exceptional experience! They have pre-sanitized carts and hand wipes, a greeter directing the way, everyone wearing masks (customers and employees) and everyone was very considerate and friendly. I felt very safe there which I cant say about other area craft stores. I will be back! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The store over all is very organized and well stocked for the most part. The only issue I had in my visit here is that the employee are slow when it comes to customer service and check out. There was a long line of people for both the fabric cutting and check out and I realized that every employee was have a full conversation with every customer that came up. I do understand that customer service is number one, but when you have 15+ in a line and it takes over 10 minutes to do what you need to do customer start to complain and leave which is what happened today. If you are not in a rush I say go to this one, if you want any store to take this covid situation serious it would be this store. If your looking for someone to talk to the employees welcome a conversation. If your trying to get in and out I would say pick another store.

Great customer service in Park Meadows, me and my elderly business partner had ordered the wrong item for a score/trimmer, I tried to return the Score item. The closest one was on Colorado Blvd and the lady there was not helpful/rude and told me I would have to return the online item to Park Meadows. We lived to far to go to Park Meadows and did not understand, when I had the receipt and everything. But after calling and talking to a couple of ladies at the Park Meadows store. One of the workers by the name of Mary check with her Supervisor and was told they did not see a problem with my return to go back to the store and get my refund. I did as I was told and sure enough it was not a problem. Yea!! we have been trying to resolve this for a week. I guess the first lady at Colorado and University Plaza had a personal problem with me. But I am happy that Mary and her supervisor made things go a lot easier for me. Thanks so much Park Meadows staff for your patience and quality time. You guys are awesome!!!

Decent selection. Was looking for part spandex material for making outfits. They only allow so many people in the store at a time, so you have to be prepared to stand in line. It goes fairly quickly though. Then they are doing a good job of cleaning the counter between customers at check out.

With everything going on with the Covid-19 virus, I felt very safe shopping in the store. The employees were very cautious and helpful. They made sure the carts were clean and limited the number of people in the store. They had their masks on and I just want to thank each one for their caring for my needs.

Plenty of floral arrangement stuff and craft products. I was putting together a center piece for a buffet cabinet and I was able to find what I needed. Also they had plenty of craft stuff for the kids to do from painting birdhouses to coloring projects. I cant speak for fabrics but that section was pretty big and had a wide selections of things to choose from.

I dropped into this Joanns for some Fabric and the nicest rep in there was one of the ladies at the cut counter. The store is dirty- especially for being in the middle of a pandemic, but not so dirty, I couldn’t walk in. I also needed to use the rest room and while waiting had a question for one of the workers. The manager (or so it seemed), saw me looking right at her and ignored me, as she was having a conversation with another employee. I think private or serious conversations warrant a closed door? The bathroom was disgusting- and The doors, floors and sink looked gross. It was unfortunate.It is worth the drive to another location.Huge shoutout to the girl at the cut counter- oh and I don’t want to forget the 1 employee that gave me a heads up about the coupons!

Called and asked for specific sport team fabric. They said they had it and would put it on hold for me. Came to the store and they said they didnt have this fabric. Couldnt even find the person that talked to me on the phone.

Staff is nice but few are available to answer your questions. Expect to be there awhile if you need help. Looks like they offer sewing and crafting classes. Check online for details.

The curb side pickup was fast, but whoever cut my fabric didnt cut it right. Im either over or under. The two fabrics were 2yrd minimum. As you can see these are NOT same size. I think it may have been over but that just means someone else will be short.

I didnt buy much, only a patch for Jean shorts repair, and buttons for a jacket repair. The fabric is gorgeous but very expensive!! I would have to plan ahead of time and save up to be able to buy fabric to make anything!! Very friendly cashier, super helpful! Great selection of everything!

Not only did they not have what I needed and their website stated was in stock. But, there was not a single working employee available to assist me. I ended up finding someone who was on their day off but happened to work there. She was willing to help me oh, I wish I knew her name because she deserves a gold star.

Ordered fabric for a project I have to get done ASAP 3 days ago and my order is still not ready. This is ridiculous. Im waiting on 10 yards of fabric and a curtain rod and its taking them over 3 days to get it prepared. This is the LAST time I will ever shop at Joann Fabrics. Hopefully someday my fabric that is already paid for will be able to be picked up...

Took the wife there to get needed supplies.

When looking for an embroidered sheer fabric I found something that would work, fairly expensive but I was willing to go a little high for this project, when I came up to the counter to check the width against the tape there were 2 associates each with a customer and no one else in line I was asked to take a number, I said I just wanted to check the measurements she told me it was on the end label,I told her the label was missing and it just had the price hand written.... after that I went to get thread to see if there was a match, when I got back to the counter I asked if we could snip about half an inch at the embroidery to check how bad the fray would be... I was told that she would not do this for me because it would ruin it for another customer if I changed my mind, and I left the items on the counter and will not return to this store, Denver fabrics is worth the drive and the additional cost just in terms of service, thank you for the time in the past when your employees have helped me but after today I will no longer be customer

Staff was out right unhelpful. I asked a young girl behind the counter. For help matching some arm rest fabric. She waved her hand in the direction of where the fabric should be and I said yes I know but your out in a lot of spots. She just said we have none in the back whats out is out. Thank you I still have no ideal if you carry the right color or not. Will not go back to this store.

The personnel at the store were very nice and very helpful. The store lay out was poorly thought out and inefficient with fabric stock. I spent more time hunting down the fabric I wanted, than picking out the fabric products. If the psychology is to force me to impluse buy, then your retail strategy failed miserably, because it greatly frustrated me. I purchased 50 0/0 less. The store is hot and stuffy, as well.

I understand we are in a crisis right now, but I ordered for pick up over two weeks ago and just today got notified the items were no longer available. Thats insane. Communication isnt on restrictions last I checked. Fortunately after 5 days of no communication from Joanns I figured they werent going to have my items so I ordered off etsy which I will be doing not only for the remainder of this crisis but after because they had much better communication skills.

Came here for some help sewing a cover for my Jeep Wrangler. The staff was very helpful...guided me to the right needles and thread. I googled 40% off coupon before checkout and there was an online coupon. Save me a lot of money on the most expensive item. But all the prices seemed very reasonable to start with. Lots of free parking and location is in the heart of the Park Meadows shopping area. Highly recommended.

They are always having good coupon deals, so make sure you sign up or download the app. Plus, the people that work there are super nice. They are willing to help you with any questions you may have on sewing, if youre a beginner. I love coming in and buying fabric for my sewing projects, because I can always ask if the fabric that Im getting is good to use for that project.

I really like this Joanne compared to some others. It is usually pretty organized although their is fabric in all different locations. But it made me walk around and I spent more so good for them. I like that they have alot of displays and its really clean plus they get 5 stars just for customer service. Its far from my house but close to my kids school so I will make it a point to shop here.

I went to this Joanne Fabric for the first time today and while they do carry an impressive selection of fabric choices and craft supplies, I was ASTONISHED at how filthy the floors were-throughout the entire store. That’s the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but it must be done.

Ive been shopping at Joanns lately because Im boycotting Hobby Lobby. The selection is on par with any other large craft retailer. The prices are fair and the cashiers are efficient. The underused service they provide is the ability to take craft classes in the store. Ive never seen anyone do it, but Id like to think the staff knows a thing or two about the stuff theyre selling.The problem that is probably mine alone to bare is the candy selection. Hobby lobby has these dope coconut bars and I only buy candy when Im buying craft supplies. Joanns has all these fancy candies that are, frankly, overpriced and a small selection of brand name favorites. Its messed up, but sometimes, I sacrifice my morals just to have the opportunity to get one of those coconut bars. Its not your fault Joanns. As far as I know your corporate spokespeople and leaders hold ideologies similar to mine, but they dont suit my sweet tooth and Im ashamed of myself every time give into it.
