I called insight Auto Glass yesterday as they came highly recommended by my local mechanic! They were very professional on the phone and were able to schedule an appointment for this afternoon. The technician showed up on time and was very professional! The windshield repair came out completely invisible, and the windshield replacement looks good! Unfortunately the vehicle with the windshield replacement had some rust (22 year old truck) and is ineligible for a warranty. The technician explained the situation clearly and did his best to deal with and mitigate potential issues.

I was charged 2.8hrs and they did my job in 40 min when I called they were rude made excuses why they put 2.8 hrs put say ots for insurance but never used my insurance they straight frauded me in my opinionOwner now describes all the driving they did the cleaning the disposal!!! Now he recognizes I was charged by the hour! What if lived next to the company would I still be charges 2.8 hrs YES why cause his receptionist said thats the prices they charge everyone! For 1 window 190.00 in labor for a 49$ window when I called I figured the window was half that of the quote come to find out its not! So im gonna take the 100$ loss I just hope any other customer would find another honest business!

I have used Insight twice now with great results both times. They replaced the windshield of my 19 Wrangler with OEM glass after I caught a rock on I-25. Some time later I caught another rock and they were able to fill the chip before it spread into a crack. They also filled it without trying to feed me some line about the crack being in the drivers sight line like other companies have done. I cant speak for cost since I have $0 glass deductible through insurance. But the quality, timeliness, and ease of working with has been great both times.

I have used Brandon from insight auto for several years in several collision and hail repair shops.I trust him with my clients windshield replacements as well as the many other quarter glass replacements and successful back glass swap outs that he has done.He is always friendly and doesnt take short cuts. He is the only tech that will do additional work if I have it here and ready to do.The staff that answers the phone have always been quick and courteous to fill my demanding work flow. Heather and Suzanne are my favorites. Insight has always been able to handle ANY job I have asked them to do.

I dont recall who it was that did my windshield but they had the best price by far for my jeep. The installation is great the tech was earlier then expected and his finish price was slightly cheaper then the quote that was given to me and was happy to answer/explain any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to other people.

The repair guy did a good job on putting the windshield in my moms 2012 Toyota Tacoma, however, when he put the windshield into my 1992 ford ranger he did a very awful job, the windshield itself is great, the install is what i have a problem with. I walked over to my truck the next morning to remove the tape as he said to and when i looked at the top of my dash it looks like he dropped the windshield on it and drug it across the dash! There is a large foot long gouge in it! Extremely unhappy. Not only is that expensive, unexpected and rude, its a pain in the rear to take it off and replace it! Not cool man. And no the crack was not there before the windshield was replaced I know that for a fact.

I worked with Nick, and he literally got everything set up for me, I didn’t have to do anything except pay my deductible at the time of service... it was so easy and painless. Additionally, I would like to tell Insight that one of your employees deserves some sort of recognition or whatever y’all feel like doing to pat Kai on the back for going above and beyond by making it to me before the end of the day, being so friendly and professional (and super patient despite my 4 1/2 year old asking him what every tool does and what was he doing every 5 seconds and then wanting to hug him goodbye as he was leaving!) and just for doing an exceptional job all around. Actually, pat them both on the back because of how impressed I was with their level of customer service- it’s very rare these days, so thanks again guys!100% recommend!

On October 6, I brought our car in to have a windshield chip repaired. It was repaired, and I paid $50.On November 7, as temperatures dropped to below freezing, the previously repaired chip began to spread. In the course of a half-hour drive, the crack spread to nearly the entire width of the windshield.I called that same day to ask about a windshield replacement. We were told that 5% of windshield chip repairs fail, and that since ours had failed, they would offer us $100 toward a new windshield. The windshield we need was quoted at $258. This is completely unacceptable. Responsible drivers get chips repaired so that they will not need to buy a new windshield. Essentially what you are saying is that for the majority of your customers, they pay $50 and they are done. But for the unfortunate 5% of your customers, you will take their initial $50 and then still require them to pay over half the price of a new windshield that they should not have even needed. I am incredibly disappointed that this company is unwilling to fully guarantee their work, and that they are unwilling to offer decent customer service to the customers who need it the most.

I have had the misfortune of using Insight Auto Glass on two occasions. I probably should have learned my lesson the first time but one again used them to fix a windshield chip in my automobile. The tech was relatively nice but did a very poor job in repairing the chip. Whereas it was slightly better it really did not fix the problem. When I asked about his work, his response was bring it back if the chip starts to spread. At the very least, let me know up front that the repair job would not fully fix the problem. Similar experience with another tech in Vail. My advice - go straight to a car dealer repair shop. It may cost you a bit more, but they will fix the problem.

Justin from Insight was very helpful after I had concerns about the warranty work completed after the hail storm of 2017. I wasnt sure if the windshield that was put in was the heated wipers windshield and he came out and took apart the casing and let me see the wires that connected to the heating unit which put me at ease.Ill definitely be using Insight for future auto glass needs

Cant say that I have had a good experience with this company. I purchased an auto glass warranty with a vehicle about a month prior. Seemed like a good idea being that I live in the mountains and low cars take a lot of abuse from flying rocks. Two weeks later I have a long crack in the glass. But I guess I am stuck using this company with my glass warranty coverage. I scheduled the glass to be replaced. Since I live in the mountains they typically only go to the mountains once a week. I told the girl on the phone I could come down there one day on my weekend or meet them someplace warmer. She declined and said theyd come to me. So we scheduled. It was the one nice beautiful and somewhat warm day since the new year started. They called before they were scheduled to be at my place saying they had vehicle troubles and nobody would not be making it up that day. Ok, things happen. I was understanding and rescheduled for the following week at 7:00 am. Next week came and it was very bitter cold. I caled and told them it was very cold and the sun had only been up 5 minutes. Again they called after they were scheduled to arrive and said they were in my town but it was too cold to install the windshield that day. Ya think? Isnt that what I just called to tell them? Annoyed, I rescheduled yet again for the following week. The day comes and the highway leading from Denver to my place was closed do to blowing snow and low visibility. I called the shop early to let them know. I was scheduled for 10:00 that day. The guy at the shop tells me the tech has 3 stops before arriving to me. I am thinking, 3 stops before getting to me? 2 hours away? Who does the scheduling here, their 5 year old daughter? When do these guys start work? 4:00 am? Anyway... So I tell them they can take an alternate route that is only 15 minutes longer. At 12:35 I get a call from the tech saying he is leaving Denver and will be there by 2:00. I tell him the highway was closed earlier and he should check with CDOT and he may want to take that alternate route. He calls me at 1:30 saying he cant get through, the original route was closed. No S_*t Sherlock? Then asks if I can meet him 1-1/2 hours away. I said no, I just drove from close to there just 2 hours ago this morning. So he says well have to reschedule. I hung up on him. At this point I am getting rather furious with the inept behavior of this company. My warranty and miles are ticking away and these guys cant pull their heads out long enough to see the light of day. I may just get a refund on my warranty rather than dealing with these people any longer. Besides that, I see they dont have very stellar google reviews and I can see why.I have since updated my review and raised stars from 1 to 3. The owners contacted me since their last failed attempt. One of the owners of the company came up personally and completed the job and also gave me a bit of compensation for the 3 attempts prior. I will add that I live in a pretty inhospitable environment when it is winter, so there is that factor. Same as my job, some of the younger and newer employees these days are easily defeated and dont take shared advice in making wise decisions. So far it is day 3 and all seems to be fine with the glass installation.

I called and spoke with Heather who was very helpful, patient and speedy - she gave me a quote on the spot and answered all of my many questions. Within 24 hours Paul was at my office while I worked and he had my windshield replaced in less than half an hour! He was efficient, kind and very skilled. I will call them for any future glass needs! Described job in detail so they knew the scope of work to be done when they arrived. Technician was late and when he arrived he said he didnt have the proper diamond head drill to make the repair so he would contact the office and have them send someone else out or he would come back tomorrow. Office phoned to say they couldnt do the job and I repeated what the tech said to us. Was put on hold forever while they discussed it and they said that wasnt what their tech decided and he wasnt coming back. Poor communication, poorly prepared tech and gross lack of knowledge in how to make a repair on a crack. Wont use them or recommend them again. Now we have to leave on our trip with a crack in the windshield.

This place is a class act! We were traveling from Las Vegas to Parker CO. Just outside of Breckenridge a piece of metal hit and cracked our windshield. I called INSIGHT Auto and they told us to bring it in. They were fast, friendly, and did amazing work in a timely manner. Customer service rep was awesome and even though it was 1hr until closing time he was awesome in staying until it was repaired.

Insight replaced a windshield for me last August. Super strong winds and a splash of slush from an oncoming truck blew off the plastic between the roof and the windshield this March. (The windshield never leaked.) They came to my place to fix it, under warranty. Because of a very large rock chip that was difficult to repair, I decided to replace the windshield. They deducted the warranty work from the cost of a new windshield, and I was able to afford it. The entire time, the guys in the repair truck were professional, helpful, and friendly. They even called the insurance company to help with the claim. Service above and beyond. Couldnt be more pleased.

I had received a quote from Blake and started looking around and there was another company that would do it for $70 less. I mistakenly scheduled the replacement from both companies the same day. I called Insight in the morning to see if it was cancelled and he confirmed it was so when Insight showed up I didnt pay attention that it wasnt the other company. He continued to work (he didnt tell me the price upfront otherwise I wouldve realized that it was the wrong company). Once he was done and I received the invoice I freaked that I just let the more expensive company replace my windshield (silly me). I called and they were generous enough to take $20 off for me. I understand it was my mistake of not verifying who it was or ask for the quote upfront so I appreciate them working with me because they didnt communicate with the tech to cancel the appointment. Glass looks great as well, so Im happy and it was apparently meant to be.

They came at the time I scheduled, even calling a bit beforehand so I could be ready. The glass was put in really quickly and I got a great warranty (free glass replacement and rock chip repair).Unlike a few of the other places I called the price was exactly as quoted (they didnt charge for glass disposal, didnt try to sell me new windshield wipers, and the price included tax).

They got me scheduled the next day, came to my work and were finished in about 40 minutes. Afterwards, something looked off about where my windshield met the framing and I wasnt sure if it was normal. They sent a technician to my house the day after I called to check it out. All was normal, it was simply a cosmetic issue that he snapped back into place. Im very pleased with how simple this all was and their commitment to making sure everything was as it should be!

The sales guy was very friendly and accommodating. However the installation was not what I was expecting. The installer left all of the crud that came out of my old window all over my dash and scratched the paint on the hood of my truck. The glass was not cleaned, and hard to get off glue or something was left on the new window. The installer was in a hurry to try and get mine and one more car done before dark.I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Do not use this company! Unfortunately, Insight does not stand behind their installs or product. My husband had his windshield replaced with the company and the other day he turned his defrost on and the glass immediately cracked in the shape of the vent. We contacted the company, Brandon came out to check and stated it was a stress fracture so we would receive a call to schedule replacement. We did not hear from them and when he called to follow up they said there was actually a point of impact and that they won’t fix it howevr they are happy to charge us to replace it. Do not use this company when there are so many other reputable glass companies in Denver!

Gave us a firm bid for windshields in two vehicles--a Jeep Wrangler and GMC Yukon XL. Completed the YukonXL, but then said they had the wrong windshield for the Jeep. (Something about the correct VIN number pulling up the wrong part in their database.) They then proceeded to tell us that the cost would be double what they originally quoted. Suzanne in their office doesnt seem to understand standing behind a firm bid. Neither did Justin, their owner, even after I offered to meet him half-way on the difference. If their database in wrong, thats on them, not the customer. From the look of the other reviews, we are not the only ones who have had this experience. They left with the job half-complete and wont live up to their bid. Bait and switch. Buyer beware!

I was really happy with their service. They were half the price of Safelite and installed it the day after I called. I wasnt able to be there when they installed it, but the tech called when he was on his way and when he had completed the job. They even transferred my tollway sticker to the new window. Id absolutely recommend this company, especially if youre paying out of pocket and care about the price.

They refuse to replace my windshield under warranty because my defrost made it crack. They are claiming an impact, but ignoring photos of the crack that show no impact (they told me to take pictures when it happened, the crack became more damaged after it happened, and they are trying to use that damage as an excuse to deny the replacement even with photo proof!) . Their technician was also dishonest telling me one thing, and the shop another. Seek windshield work elsewhere from a more honest, respectful business. UPDATE In response to owner reply, no rock hit my windshield, I have pictures to prove it. Show me the damage on the initial pictures you made me take and Ill take my review down. See everyone, this is their stance even with pictures that prove them wrong. Also just learned that Autonation Toyota terminated their relationship with Insight due to several complaints from clients for equally shady warranty replacement denial.

I took my car into Insight Auto Glass a couple months ago to have a chip in my windshield repaired. In the process of attempting to repair the chip the tech created a large crack in the windshield. Insight offered to replace the windshield for free and that was done about a week later. Unfortunately they installed the windshield incorrectly. It sits significantly lower than from the factory, its crooked, and it generates a significant amount of wind noise at highway speeds. I also worry it might leak, so I have avoided washing it for the time being.I reported it Insight a month or so after the install once I pinpointed the problem and they stated that because I didnt pay for the windshield out of pocket they wont fix it under warranty despite providing me with warranty paperwork when it was installed. Since the first tech cracked my factory windshield and the second tech installed the replacement wrong I am not willing to pay them to send a third tech out to try to remove it and reinstall it correctly. So while I have not paid Insight any money out of pocket, I now have to pay a different shop to fix their mistake.

When the installer came to replace my windshield not only was a significant part of my car damaged but it took them 4 weeks to replace the broken part. The technician even went as far as hiding the damage. Each time a installer was sent to my house they arrived late, with nothing but an empty apology, upwards of 2 hrs late. Not worth the money. Ill be going with another company from now on.

I had a chip in my windshield, and looked up for a place to get it repaired. Not knowing the process of a chip repair, they charged me $50 to get it fixed. While watching the person work on it, all he did was to grind a small pit in the center of the chip, then filled it with hot glue of some sort. I was SHOCKED to see this cost me $50 for a simple process! Then I started looking everywhere else to see how much they would charge for a chip repair. $20 - $30. But for insight to charge $50? I will never go back to their business.

Chose this company over Safelite for the first time ever and that was a big mistake. I had my windshield replaced and within 6 months a small crack was noticed. I had them come out to repair the crack, of which spiderwebed within less than 4 months of the supposed repair. When discussing the issue with 2 different team members they were un empathic and even said I got lucky to go more than a year without replacing it (both employees said this as if it was a script they were to use) so I asked to speak with the manager, after a 7 min hold, I explained this and he said “oh. Ok. Sorry about that.” Then dead air so I giggled and said “I would just leave a review about my experience” and he replied “sounds good, thanks”

Insight mobile service is stationed at carwash express on 120th and claude. Blake H. Was able to view my window, he was professional talking to. I did reject any work to be done (window replacement, which it does need) he did come back offering a good deal for it to be scheduled. After much thought, i went with it. That was nice of him to go above and beyond to the extra effort to get my window fixed. Now, In the past I have had 2 window replacements. 2nd time was with insight and i was impressed with everything. I even paid out of pocket last time, which i did alot of price shoping. They had everyone beat for the price of my toyota camry. (now i have window insurance thanks to all the gravel trucks on the roads now) I do suggest this company for window repair.

Sadly I had a terrible experience with a one Josh Frentheway, he showed up horrifically late, when he did show up garbage just poured out of his truck along with him. He didnt seem to know a thing about anything he was talking about. It was an incredibly dissapointing experience and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid INSIGHT AUTO GLASS like the plague.

Initially, I left a review that blamed the glass and Insight. That was unfair to the glass manufacturer. I should of kept my frustration aimed at Insight. I took my poorly installed windshield to another company who was kind enough to show me something incredible. In his stack of other cars windshield, I saw perfectly placed seams on every other windshield on the pile. I mean, these look like someone who knows what theyre doing did it. Then, I saw mine and it looked like an epileptic at a rave during an earthquake put it on. On top of that, in the pinchwell you could see where the metal was bent up on near the mid bar from a previous installation. The tech had to ensure they didnt do the last job, or else theyd wave the fee. Funny how another company, on the mere hint that their service wasnt up to par, jumped onto the computer to ensure they didnt have my car last. What is even funnier is that from the mid bar to basiclly the far right side, where Insight messed up, was dang near spot on to the exact specifications of the crack, prior to spread it acquired since yall came out to inspect obviously. I could care less about your poor customer service from your tech who came out, so no, he didnt hurt my feelings, he just provided me with a profound example of how not toact when a customer is upset. But when you flat out tell me its an impact crack with installation like that, you truly earn that subpar rating youve acquired for yourself. If I could attach photos, of both my glass, the pinchwell and the other windshields who clearly wemt somewhere besides Insight, I would. Save yourself money everyone, theyll do poor service and try to blame you, all the while laughing into the warranty. If youd like the photos, this is for you Insight, let me know. I know youre company isnt 100% unsalvangable, like I said in my initial review, your receptionist I talked to was stellar and sweet. But, I know you said you couldnt find the name on file, that is because another family member covered the cost, so their name is on file. If you would like that so as to check the system, let me know and Ill include it with the photos.

Wow - these guys dont know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is plain and simple!! Called yesterday - first red flag, the guy that answered the phone talked so fast, like an auctioneer fast, I couldnt understand him, I continually said what? When he answered I even had to ask him to repeat the company name, cuz he spoke so fast he mumbled. He never figured out to slow down. Set an appointment for today, between 12-3, huge window to wait around, but whatever. Second red flag - At 228 (1/2 hour before the appointment window closed) today I get a call, that I wasnt able to answer, he left a message saying they were running about a half hour late, so theyd be there about 330. Ok great, well fast forward another hour past the second set time to 430, when they finally show up, and I turned them away. They claimed they called me twice and left a message, in REALITY they called once and left a message. But because I didnt answer, because I have other things going on besides waiting on them to show up, they went to another job sooooo apparently my business doesnt matter! And yes, I was at the location of my vehicle all day! When they drove away, or should I say, they sped away and floored it, good thing no kids were nearby, as they were in the middle of a residential area, sped limit of 25 MPH. Bottom line - just because they are family owned doesnt mean customer service comes first!NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Owner will not honor Lifetime warranty; tried to make me run it back through my insurance to fix rear view mirror after it broke off for the second time, taking glass with it. Refuses to take responsibility by saying I must have torqued on it. Warranty isnt worth the paper its written on.

Scheduled an urgent same day appt for awindow repair.Got a call 4 hours later saying it would have to wait until the next day for a part to be shipped in.Called the next day and they had no record of any of this.

Had my driver side front door window replaced by one guy he didnt install the door handle correctly had to have another guy come out to fix it so i could open my door from the inside. They still did not fix it right and now my door does not want to close all the way. Will be calling to have them fix it in their shop but will never return to them again because they did not want to fix everything they took off and didnt put back togeather right.

These guys get a one star review for their driving skills. One of their drivers cut me off forced me to lock up my brakes and about 2 miles down the road cuts me off again almost causing me to rear end him

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! I had them install a windshield and they scratched my dash and left glass shards all over. Then less than a week later the glass cracked again on its own and they came out to replace it again knowing they had already scratched my dash and this time they cut into my dash and left glue on the dash that couldnt be removed after it dried. They admitted that were wrong but only offered to try and have the dash repaired instead of reprelacing it. My vehicle is less than 3 years old and is n perfect condition. These people are SCUM BAGS! I should have read the reviews. Now Im dealing with a court case.

Called and quoted $200 less than Safelite. The tech came out that afternoon, was very friendly and fixed the windshield within 30 minutes, even gave us a free can of glass cleaner. Couldnt recommend the service enough.
