The work that these guys did on my fifth wheel was an absolute masterpiece. Far better than the original people did to manufacture the fifth wheel. If there was a way to give them more than five stars I would.

Called on 9/24 to fix a small leak coming down my rv antenna shaft. Was told they would be there around 1pm. I left work. I waited 3 1/2 hrs and they never showed. Tried to call and they didnt pick up their phone. So I scheduled someone else to come fix. On 9/25 I hear someone on my rv roof after 5:30PM. I go out and its them. I should have sent the unreliable crooks away but I went ahead and let them do the work. I was told on 9/24 that the service call was 69.99 and then $110 and hr. They were there LESS than 15 minutes. The tech told me he would charge me a flat $100.00. He was going to write my credit card number down and take care of it at the office. I was NOT going to have someone write my credit card number down. So today, the office called and charged me $134.00! I told her thats not what he said he was charging me. She got off phone and asked and he told her he was charging me for TWO techs to come out! The job didnt NEED 2 techs!! NO WAY WILL I EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THESE CROOKS. Unreliable - cost me 3 1/2 hours of work and THEN OVERCHARGED to BOOT!!! DO NOT USE! LIARS and CROOKS. They lost a lot of money cause I have a lot of work they could have done in the future on this and other rvs. TOO BAD they are CROOKS and LIARS. DO NOT USE!!!

We were having problems with our fridge and the guy came early and fixed it very nice guy .tell everyone in the camp ground to call kills for any problems that they are good.

I have used their service twice so far. Extremely helpful and above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. If you are in their service area and want to be treated good, make sure you are using them.

We were traveling on vacation in our RV and had electrical issues, no headlights, clearance lights, and other random issues. We stopped in and Jay helped us right away. In half an hour, he had the problems diagnosed and fixed at an amazingly fair price!

I had an electrical problem with my van. We use the van as our traveling workplace. To me, it was a major problem due to our necessity to have electricity available to us. We had an upcoming job and not much time. We were in Celina, OH at the time and I found Kill RV on the internet with great reviews. I called them and crossed my fingers. I talked with Bryan and from the moment he looked at the van, he had an idea of the problem. He was very professional and the manner he talked about the problem, I felt very confident in his knowledge and ability. He was able to finish on the same day. We were able to get to our next job on time. If you need RV work, dont hesitate taking your project to Kill RV. You can be confident that they will treat you fairly and professionally.

Terrible w names but guessing owners son got my my propane furnace fixed while I waited even tho it was something as easy as it was to fix he still disassembled and diagnosed wat he could like a champ!!! After my father passed we discovered major water damage in our trailer. Having no luck with my first 2 attempts to find a good camper service I discovered Gordy and Justin who are top notch! They restored my trailer to like new! They payed attention to detail even down to cleaning the stove washing down walls etc. They met the deadline for memorial day and kept in touch through the whole process. IT WAS A BIG JOB! They met and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this service for big jobs! Thanks guys.....made a few true blue friends for life.

Kills RV have been doing work for me for the past 4 yyears. This was my first trip to his new shop. A good supply of RV products and as usual the staff was friendly and helpful.

Have had them come out a few times. I’m working 10-14 hours a day, so fixing things myself is out of the question. They are surprisingly affordable and very nice I highly recommend.

Its sad that a service takes advantage. I paid 150.00 to have a door latched changed. I wouldnt recommend them unless you cant find anyone else.

A/C went out on 3yr old trailer, called Kill RV, setup appointment, Gordon arrived on time, what I thought would be an all day thing was done in an hour. He replaced the a/c unit, very curtious, knew his work, will call Kills next time I have issues

Gordon replaced my awning last fall. We couldnt get it to roll in Saturday morning called about 10 and he came to our camper at the camp site by noon to help. Couldnt do it because of the wind. Got the awning put down and had us take it to him Memerial Day after we were done camping. Dropped off at noon back by 5:00 Pm. I highly recommend Kill Camper Service.

You cant determine the quality of a business until something goes wrong. Something went wrong, and we fried an electrical part. Gordon Kill took responsibility and treated me with friendship and respect throughout the 5-day process of replacing it. This is an extremely ethical and competent RV repair business. You cant do better.

Midway on a trip to Michigan, had an issue with the rv water pump and water heater. Kill Camper Service was available on a Saturday afternoon and got the job done in an hour. Top knotch experience with a low level price tag.
