Great vegan options! Barrista was very helpful and accommodating. I had an iced latte with vanilla syrup and oat milk, a matcha latte with coconut milk, and an iced Chai with vanilla syrup instead of honey and almond milk. All were divine and my only gripe is no real vegan food options at this particular location at the time of my visit .

Stopped in for a latte and even though the staff was very short handed they still managed to make a great drink with smiles in their faces so I was sure to tip them very well for that. Thanks for a great experience.

Amazing....Jax i believe her name is..... makes my super frozen carmel marvel scrumptious every time...Ask for jax to make your drink and you’ll fall in love with every drop of coffee. Faith makes scroungeable matcha teas....iced.....vanilla added.

I was having a pleasant experience, then I started talking to the people in the back because I was buying them coffee, I then turn to my left to find a angry barista. She then proceeded to tell me the prices were not outrageous, and that I had came in on a buy one get one half of day. I then told her I was not talking to her and she had the audacity to give me the silent treatment with a bad look on her face the whole time. Then after she gave me my coffee, she then did a 180 degrees turn, then put her hands up in anger. I give my experience a 0/10 and will not be returning to the Celina Biggby. I recommend to other people not to go to this Biggby Coffee. I also think it is outrageous how two coffees cost over 11 dollars. If you know who was working at Biggby Coffee at 5 o clock on Monday, June 8th, please let me know.

Ooooooowwwweeee. I love me some coffee and hot chocolate. Sometimes when I spill my coffee on my shirt, I take it off and suck all of the coffee out. I love coffee with fabric in my mouth, it tickles. My only issue is that it is overpriced

I just started doing Biggby Coffee. Probably my favorite coffee now! However the Biggby application and rewards system could use some work. I havent seen many promotions or deals. It would help me return more often, as the coffee is more expensive than you know who (we will just call em five bucks). Once again Great flavor just very expensive.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in the state of Ohio. I absolutely love their frozen coffees it has just the brighter mount of sweetness. in every time I stop there the staff is super friendly.

My wife and I love Biggby Coffee and this review only reflects the Celina store. The Celina store is so slow in the drive thru; it took us 20 minutes just to get to the window, only to find out that they made the wrong drinks the first time we went. The last time we went was on Biggby Coffees birthday, and they had all 20oz. or smaller drinks for $1.99. Every sign says that all frozen drinks are only 50¢ more, yet when I went to pay I was told it was a $1 more for frozen. I love their coffee but its not worth the hassle and trouble they put you through in order to get it.
