Organized Store with good people. Always have what I need..... ...And this very fine SS in the parking lot was a nice eyecatcher. (Recalling the days when you could open a hood and tune your carb with a screwdriver, and set your points with a matchbook).

Great service. Quick, in and out self service lines are nice. And the curb pick up is great. But taking the Layaway out of Walmarts around the USA SUCKS!! Its nice to get now pay little by little then last minute pay the rest, take home and Christmas gift is done. But nope everything is going to be tight and calling it a close one.

Fruits and veggies looked great...frozen food had some empty spots....alot of holiday decorations Halloween 🎃...Thanksgiving..and Christmas 🎄

Walmart is finishing a remodel that looks like Walmart used to look around 1989 / 1990 on the outside . The inside is polished concrete with mostly selfcheckout. Pick up list operations is on the east side of the building.

Great help and quick service in the automotive with tire rotation. Sure was nice seeing smiling faces and people wanting to help you in any way.

Above average for a super Walmart store. Aisles were not crowded with product as in some stores and fairly well stocked.

Not enough open registers. Wait times. Mostly self check out for quick purchases. Not enough cashiers for when you have a cart full of groceries.

I ran into use the restroom and to pick up some snacks. The trip was smooth and easy didnt have to wait in line. It was good.

I was looking for a new umbrella . it was in the jewelry section. I wound up buying a nice Totes umbrella for only $12.00. It automatically opens and closes, with the touch of a button.

2 hours waiting in line just to be told the phone i wanted wasnt in stock, and the ones they did have were marked up, hell one of them was over double the price online. Absolutely absurd, the people werent friendly, and i will never willingly shop there again.

Pick up delivery was awesome as always but the vision center wasnt exactly friendly. I never got one associate offer for help. Kinda disappointed since I really wanted new glasses and I already have a script.

1 once enjoyed the 1 stop shopping experience that I had at Walmart. I will no longer give Walmart my business after finding that they no longer contribute to the Republican party. They have recently announced that they only give to the Democratic party I now enjoy shopping only small local businesses.

I went grocery shopping with my roommate. I decided I wanted to a bottle of wine for myself. Im 29 years old and they wouldnt sell me the wine because my roommate had left her id in her purse at home. One my roommate was 21 second I was the one buying the alcohol so it shouldnt have matter. They need to redo this policy. We went to Kroger and had no problems there.

No cashiers. No merchandise. Filthy.

We needed diapers for our son. They had them but the price is about a dollar more than Meijer.

This store is much nicer than the van wert store and still have registers with cashiers not all self checkouts

Great place to shop. My wife needs to use a motorized shopping cart at this time, and when I pulled up to go in and bring one out to the car, one of the employees brought one out for us, now thats service and greatly appreciated! !

Grocery pickup service is horribly managed. I had a grocery pickup between 3-4pm and order was not confirmed ready by 4. Arrived anyways and called in to let them know that I was waiting. I was told that there was a delay of 30 minutes to an hour. After requesting to cancel my order, I was told that it cannot be cancelled once it was being picked. S, I waited another hour and half until 5:30 in which I called again and was told that it would be delayed another hour or that I could cancel. What is the purpose of scheduling a time for pickup if Walmart is going to continue serving customers in later time slots. We would have been fine with picking the groceries ourselves almost 2 hours earlier but were told that we would still be charged for the order being picked, to then in the end have it cancelled anyways. Complete waste of time and no trust in the management of this department.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price. Everyone was respectful in wearing masks. Good place to shop.

The electronic department is a joke but every thing else is spot on

Its probably the best Wal-Mart I have ever been to. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained building/parking lot. Great choices for the vegan, vegetarian, and plant based.

Awesome! So many people were not only wearing masks, but they were wearing them the right way! Refreshing. Today seemed to be really busy. However, we moved quickly and efficiently through not only the store but also the checkouts.

Lots of clutter in Spirting goods and ladies apparel. Ive yet to figure out your ladies area. I think Im in Misses (per the sign) but always see Womens and Juniors. Not much selection anymore (cheap looking). I was there yesterday and there was only 1checkout lane open. Today only 3 (its Friday!)

I would give this place a lower rating but i cant

I got in easily and found everything I needed relatively quickly but the checkout system has to be addressed. I understand that you want to push people to do self checkout but when I have 250 dollars worth of groceries in the cart after working all day and I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in a check out line to cash out. There is a problem. They had 4 lanes open and each one had atleast 4 people in line. I like this store but I give them too much money to not have a cashier check out my groceries.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with this Walmart Pharmacy highly recommend going somewhere else where they know what they are doing. My wife just recently had foot surgery and I had a prescription note to give to the Walmart pharmacy to get her Prescription since she was in a bunch of pain. The Walmart pharmacy told me there was an issue with the Prescription note that the doctor gave to me and said there was nothing they could do to the next business day until they got ahold of the doctor. My wife was in Excruciating pain all through the night and the next morning they finally got the Prescription taken care of but they didn’t even have me talk to the Doctor before I left which is mandatory when it comes to very strong drugs that are Prescribed. I had no information on how much to give her and how often. I didn’t go to be a Pharmacist but I can clearly say these people need to learn the importance of letting people know how much and how often the drug should be given.

Good customer service

Absolutely horrible. You cant get through isles because of employees picking orders instead of getting shelves stocked. Shelves were empty and where things were on the shelves in incorrect locations so you have no idea of cost. Over half the self checkouts were broken. And they did not have cashiers come to ring anyone out.

I went there to buy mens cologne and their selection was horrible. Prices were sky high too. Could get the same cologne at Marshalls for way cheaper.

Its a nightmare to shop there. I understand cause of Covid-19 stock is limited but this is ridiculous. The meat coolers are bare, bread aisle limited, pet aisle is scattered. Plus the employees are over worked or under trained on what to do or where something is!

For all that is going on with Covid, the employees are doing their best to help customers.

Do not ever leave that you are there on the answering machine because you will never get your food It took a half hour today and I watched all the cars around me getting their groceries. I know they were busy and did not have time to check the answering machine. Just saying do not leave a message keep calling until someone answers or you will wait

Its Walmart what else can I say. Shelves were well stocked, prices are reasonable. This store was very clean also. I had several sales associates walk past but none of them ask if I needed any help. Which is typical of all Walmarts.

Celina walmart has alot of employees who are stars, but than there are some who are just straight nasty ( Disrespectful ). Other than than, id give you two stars for that.

Its a Wal Mart. I was just in and out for two things I needed and thats it. Glad they didnt change things again or it would get a three star.

Very busy but only 3 checkouts open.After waiting over 15 minutes in line the cashier tells us she is closed. Had to wait in another line for 15 minutes manned by a boy who was on his second day of working there. He did a great job under the circumstances but I will get all of my groceries elsewhere from now on.Hire more cashiers or have the 3 people standing watching run a register.
